Natasha is simply THE BEST!!! After years and years of coloring my hair very dark to cover greys; I decided to go silver! I talked to Natasha about it and she explained the entire process, step by step and booked me right away! It took 5 hours on the first day, and even though we were both tired, she was always happy and making sure everything was going well! I wouldn’t trust anybody else with a task like this, I knew she would make the impossible to make me leave the salon with a smile on my face! Natasha is always very professional, friendly and sincere! She tells you what would look good and what wouldn’t! I will always go back to her, even if I decide to go back to black hair… Haha! I highly recommend her!

WOW! What an incredible experience! Super friendly staff and professional salon catering to both women and men. Complete premium hair care, makeup and straight shave services. Natasha is an incredible stylist and a wealth of information. VJ is a great stylist and seasoned barber that provides an incredible "old-fashion" straight shave. Located on the main floor of the Sheraton Hotel in Eau Claire, the salon is extremely clean and is now my salon of choice. It is a smaller salon that accept walk-ins but strongly recommend you make reservation as the salon can fill up fairly quickly. Kudos to Natasha and her incredible staff! See you in a month!

I booked Natasha for a hairstyle as I had flown in for a cousin's wedding and was staying at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire hotel where her salon is. I am always nervous about using someone I don't know but from the moment I met her, I felt very comfortable with her and felt like I was in good hands. I just told her to do what she thought would look good for the wedding. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my hair and got a lot of compliments. In fact, my aunt told me to wear my hair like that every day. Like I could do my hair as Natasha did, not! lol. Thanks, Natasha for my beautiful do!

My family has been going to Natasha at Pearl the Salon for many years now and would highly recommend her salon. She is flexible, friendly, and we always have great conversations. I have long, thick, curly hair and she always takes the time to make sure i am happy when it’s done, even though it takes a lot longer than most of her other clients. She is also wonderful with my kids. It’s a great place to go during Co-vid as she works alone so the salon isn’t packed with people and she is very careful about cleaning between clients. Natasha really cares about her clients and it shows.

Evacuated from FMM via road...... found a room at the Sheraton Suites to call home for the next little while ...... headed down for a haircut, tired, drained and in a bit of a daze. The owner, Natasha, chatted with me, gave me an excellent haircut and didn't charge me at all! Class. Thank you for making my day, Natasha :-) She even hooked me up with a free meal at this gem ..... I went for the first time today to get a balayage + haircut with Natasha. It was such a great experience. Natasha listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out what style would work best considering my hair/lifestyle. She was professional, efficient and did a fantastic job on my hair. I was anxious about going back to a hair salon in this post-covid world, but it was an extremely safe experience. It has been a long time since I walked out of a hair salon and got exactly what I was hoping to get. I'm super happy. Natasha fixed my COVID hair and roots and gave me a new colour that was perfect for my skin tone....She also took my unlayered hair and made it look healthy and fantastic again. It was a HUGE relief for my wife to finally find someone who could do exactly what she wants done with her hair. After many frustrating and expensive trips to other places, Natasha explained thoroughly what she was going to do and how much it would be ahead of time and then she delivered exactly what she promised. Larysa did an amazing job of my most recent cut and style. I came back for a shampoo and blow out three weeks later, and the cut still looks great. Larysa is a gem who recently arrived from the Ukraine. Using a translation app while she works on mastering English, she understands hair in any language. You will love her!
