For me, a hygienist makes or breaks your dental experience. I can love my dentist but if the hygienist is not great, I will be looking elsewhere. I decided to try out Pearl Dentistry as I heard great things about it and it was close by. It was very easy to book an appointment as a new patient online. The office is very nicely decorated and the woman who checked me in provided exceptional customer service. I was waiting for my appointment, and I saw her help a minor to ensure that her parent/guardian picked her up safely and even walked outside with her, which I thought was really above and beyond. My hygienist, Danis (sorry about spelling) was so friendly and nice. She explained everything that she was doing and was thorough without it hurting. I really like that Pearl has the oscillating x-ray machine, it is so easy and fast! For the first time ever, I was able to see pictures of all my teeth close up on the monitor and she explained any trouble areas. For example, they showed me a picture of an old filling that was coming loose and you could clearly see where it was happening. My other dentist offices never caught it. The dentist came in and he was very nice, explained the condition of my teeth/mouth and provided treatment options. I did not feel pressured at all to do any work or treatment. Overall, their customer service is really exceptional here. I would definitely recommend and be back!

Very confused how they have so many 5 star reviews. My guess is people just believe what the dentist tells them (which you should be able to). So many red flags starting with my hygenist saying I might have cavities which made no sense seeing as it had only been a year since I'd had a cleaning and have never had a cavity in my life. It was merely staining on my teeth. The cleaning was sub par and the dentist told me I had a cavity in between my teeth which was also a lie. I was pushed so many things that would have ended up with me paying a lot of pocket. I recently went to a different dentist and magically I wasn't told I had any of the issues Pearl said I did. These people are only out to get money. There's a reason they have so many locations in town.

I am someone who has always had so much anxiety built up around the dentist. From the sounds to the bright lights. But Pearl takes it to another level of comfort compared to any dentist I have been to. They make sure that I am comfortable in the chair, give clear communication on what is going on and what will happen. Plus the sunglasses, tv, and headphones are a MAJOR plus when it comes to calming my anxiety. The Dr. Is also amazing! He is kind, and was extremely reassuring. Pearl eases my worries, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

My experience as a new patient was AMAZING. From the pre-appointment communication, ease of paperwork, and the appointment, itself it was fantastic. Such a beautiful office and even better people. I've had dental issues all my life. Safe to say I've spend thousands upon thousands on my teeth. I have never, ever, had such a thorough appointment. So many pictures, x-rays, and attentiveness. Dr. Naz was wonderful and gave me a great treatment plan for my issues. If you're looking for a dentist in Charlotte, look no further!

My experience at Pearl has been unparalleled. The professionals are experts in their field and are kind, gentle, and fast. The levels of comfort you are given during your visit are surprisingly luxurious, especially compared with other dental practices in the area. Where one might think that there is a tradeoff between a pampering dental experience and an excellent doctor, there really is none in this case. Pearl is certainly worth a try, and I certainly recommend scheduling an appointment before it books up.

Starting off with an amazing smile, I had a great first visit at this location. Evan did an absolute perfect job of making me feel both welcomed and comfortable when I was being walked back. She also explained the process of the visit which was super helpful. Nicolette was my hygienist who was amazing to work with and did such a great job at cleaning these pearly whites. Idk what they’re paying these two but whatever it is, they deserve a raise. Great first visit!

First I want to thank Dr Jenny for building this location, I loved the two original Pearl locations but getting Uptown was kind of a hassle. Yesterday was my first time visiting the new park rd location & I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else! The customer service is unmatched, Amanda was extremely nice and helpful even before my visit started. The team here is simply just like no other, They really have reimagined what dentistry is!

I am a new patient at Pearl in SouthPark and just had my first appointment. The reception team as warm and welcoming, the office is beautiful and they were prompt with honoring my appt time. My hygienist was Kim and she was quick, thorough and made a routine cleaning fun. Dr. Sal is approachable, thorough and you can tell he enjoys what he does. I can't reccomend this practice enough for anybody looking to switch dental offices.

Wonderful. You can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into the whole experience. Hailey in the front was very inviting and took care of all insurance details beforehand. Daines the hygienist and I had a natural relaxed conversation, and she did a great job with the cleaning. Everyone is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. It is a clean and comfortable environment which makes it easier to be there for extended periods of time if you have to. They explain and show in detail what they will be doing at your appointment which is very helpful if you tend to be nervous at dentist appointments. You can tell everyone is genuine and puts the patient’s needs first. Overall a great experience.

Pearl Dentistry has been an absolute pleasure for all my dental work. Hailey and Brooke will make sure to get you all squared away for your visit. Felicia was great getting me settled in and prepped for Dr sal. Also setting up future appointments working with my schedule. I really like Pearl and have been recommending them to everyone, anyone, looking for a new dentist. I moved to South End 3 years ago and have still been driving an hour to see my old dentist because I haven’t been able to find a practice that I trust and makes me feel comfortable, until now. The whole staff at Pearl is super friendly and professional, I love all the high tech equipment they use and Dr. Naz is top notch!

I’ve been using PEARL since they had one location in Uptown! They have expanded and I have been using their Park Rd location for a couple of years now. The service keeps getting better and better! From the all star front desk folks (Shenae and Hailey) to each Hygienist and Dentist that assists me each time, I always leave with a bigger smile then when I entered. Thanks for being so wonderful!

I'm obsessed with this dentist office. They are so sweet and funny and take really good care of you. Cool technology for making molds of your teeth. Quick responses when I needed my nightguard adjusted for a new filling. Just overall the most enjoyable time I've had at a dentist. The heigenists are awesome, the dentist is great. Cannot recommend more.

I think this is the best dental care I’ve ever had! It’s a very warm and inviting business! Everyone is so nice and Dr. sal makes you comfortable and if something hurts he stops to comfort your needs. And they also have great prices! I would recommend Pearl to all my friends! Recently went to the dentist for the first time in many years. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. Past experiences left me wanting nothing to do with the dentist. Pearl has completely changed that for me. Nicolette was absolutely amazing during my cleaning and Dr. Naz is incredible during treatment. Highly recommend!

My teenage daughters moved from a pediatric dentist to Pearl. The staff at Pearl are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very gentle when cleaning and examining one’s teeth. My children no longer dread going to the dentist! Everyone was friendly and happy to see us. The best experience we have ever had at a dental office.

Took off work three times for a crown they said I needed which I doubt that now too. The crown didn’t fit multiple times. Paid upfront and somehow still owed them money in the end. I honestly couldn’t tell you why they have any good reviews. Maybe just a cleaning is good with them, anything else I would go somewhere else.

Had such a great experience here! My hygienist, Daines, was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. She made me feel super comfortable and made my first time there great! The office itself is very clean and upscale. I appreciated everyone I interacted with and will definitely be returning as a patient! Highly recommend!

Was a very warm and welcoming experience. Kim did a great job explaining everything she would be doing during my cleaning, etc. My teeth felt so clean afterwards! I've never seen black toilets before. That's not a knock, just kind of strange. But it fits into the decor, anyway. Overall, a great dental experience.

It’s the manager telling me I’m too emotional because I questioned why I was paying $1,827.00 in co-pays! Then had the nerve to slouch in the chair and roll her eyes while speaking with me. Great dentist for your dental work, great staff but customer service manager, very unprofessional.
