Used to be better when they just had opened this location. They had seemed to care about customers, anyone walking into their shop but they've lost it since a couple years ago. Every visit got more and more disappointing that I decided to not go back until I had to get a new helmet in May. I went back because at that time we were still in quarantine and the particular helmet I wanted order online was gonna take a couple weeks to receive. The owner guy's daughter was working at that time. She offered a 15% discount on the item I picked because it was the last one they had and straight off the shelf. Then I found a scratch on it that was bothering so she'd again offer 10% off for it. Later I found on the receipt that she didn't honor the offers fully (only 10% off). What's even worse is the LED light on it doesn't work properly; the light's very weak and won't turn on/off well. I had the same model (from this shop) so I know how it's supposed to function. So afterall I paid almost $100 for a helmet that's not completely new and doesn't do the job right. Also I was interested in checking out other accessories too as I needed some gloves but she couldn't seem to care any less when I made a question. So yea it was a mistake to ever go back and I won't repeat it anymore.
I don’t remember his name but the mechanic who worked on my bike needs to be fired before he gets someone killed. All the pieces on my handlebar were just left hanging and he didn’t tighten anything. Sure, that’s not a safety hazard but it is annoying having to finish the job yourself when you paid for his labour. But the worst thing of all is the big bolt in the back. (Pic included). He only tighten it to 65%. I had to finish the job at home. He didn’t bother finishing up the bolt. I’m used to bike shops making sure everything is good to go before handing me back my bike. But now every-time I visit a new shop I have to check everything. I came to this shop because my usual shop was overbooked. I gave this review a second star because at least the prices were good. I’ve only dealt with one mechanic at this job. Customers beware check all your important pieces after you are given your bike back. I recommended talking to the mechanic before you give him your bike in order to judge whether he or she actually looks competent.
Awesome service and reasonable prices, these guys will personally help you get you on bike you need. When I went in I told them my budget, what I wanted to do with my bike, and my worries about buying a new bike; they took the time to explain all my options and the different tradeoffs. I wasn't ready to buy when I just walked in the first time, so I went back a few times and every time they remembered me and what I needed. Once I compared my options online and at a few other stores and was ready to buy, the team even took some more time to explain what tires may be better for my style of riding and swapped them out for me with no extra charge. So far my impression is that these guys are a small business that honestly care about people. Can't wait to to put this bike through the ringer. And pretty confident these guys will take care of me if I ever have issues in this crazy canadian weather. Will report back.
I was very happy with my experience at Pedalinx. The staff were exceptional in terms of their knowledge, and their generally positive attitude has to be commended. I went in with a bike in mind, and with no prompting they set it up for me to test ride - and went the extra mile by also setting up similarly spec'd bikes from the other brands they carry so I could compare between them and be certain of my decision. They are also priced very competitively, and offer plenty of after-sales support which to me further adds value. This probably summaries my experience but after I had bought the bike and stepped out while they set it up, I realized we had talked about a kickstand but I had forgotten to pay for one. When I returned, they had installed the kickstand and chose not to charge me for it, which was a very nice gesture and spoke to their customer service standards. Thanks for the great bike!
I never write reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. Excellent service and the guys couldn't be any nicer! I got there when the place was closing (I didnt know) and they still took my bike and were very friendly. My bike was ready the next day, because it's an old bike they had to order a new tire but they fixed it with a temporary one so I can use it until the new one arrives and they didn't even charge me! And I don't even know what they did but the bike works better than ever. This place has become my new bike shop and I'm definitely gonna buy a new bike from them for the next summer! I had gone to other bike stores before and I always have the impression that they try to charge me double the moment they see I don't know much about bikes. These guys did the job for free and on top of that it was an absolute pleasure to have a chat with them. I definitely recommend it.
I recently bought a bike from Pedalinx on college and it was an amazing experience. This was my first bike buying experience and they made it very easy. I have had trouble finding a comfortable seat and they have been very patient with me as I try different seats. I love the fact I know they are there and will help me at any time if I run into problems. The entire team is great and I highly recommend buying a bike from them! I wish I could write another rave review.. but I just had another amazing interaction with the team at Pedalinx. I had a small accident and had to bring my bike in for repairs. Paul got me my bike back in no time and in great condition for an unreal price. I cannot recommend this place enough. You cannot go wrong buying a bike here. If they don't have the brand you are looking for I would consider one of their bikes for the customer service alone.
A few weeks ago I was commuting along College St and all of a sudden my bike seized and I could no longer pedal. I pulled over. The problem wasn't something I could fix on my own. I needed tools which I didn't have. Luckily, Pedalinx was right there. I walked my bike over and was met at the door by a friendly and helpful person, who may have been one of the owners? Not sure, but she was super helpful (sorry! I forgot to ask her name). She took the time to look at my bike and fix it. It was a simple job, and I was more than prepared to pay for the service, but she refused stating that it was really no problem at all. I was very appreciative and thought the least I could do was write a review. So here it is! Many thanks for your awesome service and for helping so many commuters get home safely!
This is now my go-to bike shop for servicing. It's a really fantastic place - everyone here is so kind and so helpful. Service is always very quick and very well done. In particular, they were a tremendously big help with fixing my bike up for me after a collision! My favourite part about this place is their lack of judgment and attitude that so many other bike shops tend to have. It doesn't matter who you are, what kind of bike you have, or how good you are at maintaining it - they're always so friendly and welcoming and provide the same exceptional level of customer service to everyone. I would highly recommend Pedalinx to anyone - their service is worth every one of those five stars!
I just wanted to say thanks again to the folks at both locations for the excellent help that we received over this past weekend with the purchase of my new bike. It is the first shop and only shop I visited at the Bike Show at the Enercare center at the X over the weekend. Of course, I already received a referral from a family member about this bike shop but the service, advice and hospitality I received was second to none. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be moving my tuning up needs for my other bike to pedalinx from my current bike mechanic. Thanks again boys Paul, Paul Sr, Giudo, Carl and I hope got the name right Latso- Stevie Wonder lol
I am always in good hands with these guys. I can't thank them enough for all the help I've received over the past two years with two old and decaying bicycles I've used to ride for Foodora. Whether I needed new bearings, tires, chain or brakes, these guys can always help. They work fast and always for a reasonable price. Last week I needed a guard sawed off from my pedals to free-up a jammed chain and Peter took the job for free and was done in 5 minutes. Consider this place the place to go for all your bike needs in Little Italy. Little modern shop with honest and trustworthy (almost family-style) mechanics who will really make your life easier.
I really appreciate the quality of service I received from Paul at Pedalinx. I went in for a classic tune up for both of my bikes and he put my bikes right on the hoist and we discussed some other things we could do. There was no pressure and the way he explained things gave me comfort that my bikes were in good hands. Even though the shop was super busy due to a fantastic promotion, I received my bikes right on time 4 days later as promised. Pedalinx recognizes Cycle Toronto memberships so let them know you're part of the community as well! I will definitely go back for future service, thanks for your help!
I would give a negative 5 star if it is allowed. Asked for a simple flat tire fix and pointed to the exact spot where air was gushing out The mechanic did not have the replacement tube and made me buy it from another bike shop ..1 kms away and he could have suggested I get it fixed there itself as they are not just a retail outlet as I thought they were After walking 1km up and back with the tube got it fixed Only for the tire to go flat in literally 5 mins after.. because the underlying tire issue was never addressed despite me pointing it out earlier They call themselves professional bike shop..what a joke
Pedalinx is a great shop! I just purchased a bike off and Pedalinx has been a wealth of resources and knowledge about cycling. Additionally, they've helped me get my bike fit and maintained to have it ready for the road as the summer months are fast approaching. All work has been done for a reasonable price and I feel like the service at Pedalinx has been top notch. The team is very welcoming and the experience is like none other. I look forward to using Pedalinx as my primary resource for all of my cycling needs. I highly suggest using Pedalinx when you are looking to buy a bike or repair your current one!
I love this place. Every time I go in, the guys are lovely and they always give me a deal. They also looked at my derailleur for free, right when I walked in. I bought my bike from a large bike chain (which shall remain unnamed), and wish I'd bought from Pedalinx, as they said they would have given me a better deal, and probably would have thrown in skewers and a bottle cage. Plus, they offer free lifetime tuneups when you buy a bike. They're also one of the few places with employees who aren't patronizing (a common experience for ladies in Toronto bike shops, I find). Highly recommend!
Bad assembly job - bike started to fall apart and became unrideable within 10 minutes of picking it up from the store. Had to walk the bike home and bring it back another day as Pedalinx wouldn't wait for me to walk it back to the store. Pedalinx blamed the issue on the bike manufacturer for not properly assembling some of the parts (even though I was paying Pedalinx close to 100 bucks to assemble the bike properly ...). Later as I become more experienced with using the bike, I also found that brakes were poorly aligned and the front gears wouldn't shift.
Service here is 5/5. I brought in a bike that they said would be very challenging to fix as the specific part was very difficult to source. They searched for 2 weeks and couldn't find anything. Then they continued searching with other Toronto stores and was finally able to find it for me. They really went above and beyond to fix my bike and did it in a very timely manner. Plus during this whole process, they kept me updated on any necessary status updates. Prices are very fair for the services they provide. Will come back again for any bike repair needs.
I've been living in the Dundas west/Little Italy neighbourhoods for over 20 years now and there is definitely no shortage of bike shops. I've tried many of them and some were really good (and still are) but I have to say Pedalinx is my go to since they opened. The service is fantastic and the prices are very competitive. The other day I noticed the headset loose on one of my bikes and I swung by and they had it tightened for me in 3 mins.....no charge. Knowledgeable and courteous service goes a long way and these guys nail it. Great job Pedalinx!
I just left the place. The guy who i spoke to was so incredibly rude. I cannot believe the tone he used to talk to me, i was interested in purchasing an ebike, and he basically told me to go look somewhere else, saying "yea but these are 4000 dollars..." as if i couldnt pay it? Do i look too young for you? TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY, I asked you what's the range on these and u gave me NO ANSWER. im mexican, im 22, hes white, in his 60's. Did that have anything to do w it? Maybe. Dont come here, they dont deserve your business. Rudeness at its worst.
I cannot speak highly enough of Peter and his team at the College Street Pedalinx store. I would recommend to everyone, brilliant selection of bikes and staff who really care about helping you find the right bike. Peter went above an beyond to help me find my perfect bike, he was informative, accommodating and just a fantastic person to deal with. I visited other bike stores before finding Pedalinx and I can honestly say no other store had the same incredible service from the moment I walked in.
I called this store to get an estimate on a tire replacement. The guy who answered was very rushed. When I asked him an additional question, he told me to make it quick, because they were people in the store. His tone was very rude. I don't know a lot about bike tires so I had questions. If he was busy, the appropriate thing would be to take my number and call me back at a better time. Even though they had the part I needed, I refused to support a place with that type of customer service.
Unfortunately they sold me a bike that was too small. I bought my first road bike here and just thought the fit should run smaller than hybrids. Told them I ride a large Giant hybrid and they said a 56 Allez was the equivalent. Took it in for a fitting at MEC and was told it was too small. The Specialized official size chart confirmed that I should've bought at least a 58. Some staff here are friendly but I have to give them 1 star for selling me a $1000 bike that was the wrong size.
The nicest people work here!! I had a problem with my bike and they were so friendly and helpful and also honest in fixing it... they could have charged me but didn't because they were able to find a quick fix.... other places would have charged me for sure. I looked around and they have great prices and good quality stuff... I agree with the review that says they have the mentality of a small neighbourhood shop with the inventory and expertise of something much bigger. Thank you!
I visited this place a couple of times before, never bought anything though. But I always had a wonderful experience. Today I went with my friend to see bikes. Paul was so nice, calm and answered our never ending questions. Their lifetime tune-up is a deal. We finally baught two bikes and biking gears with them. It was a lovely experience shopping with Pedalinx. I would certainly recommend Pedalinx to everyone who is looking for a new bike. Thank you Paul.
I am so glad I purchased my bike + lock + helmet from PEDALLINX about 4 ish years ago. The deal was great and the offered me free tune ups and repairs for life! Every time I’ve given them my bike they’ve done such a stellar job. They tune it up so well that it feels like a brand new bike! I’ve recommended them to anyone who wants to purchase a bike. Great customer service and staff. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and are polite.
Had a very uncomfortable encounter with a white mechanic in the back who made a racist comment. When I asked if a basic check up would be ready before the next day he looked at me and told me if I had blue eyes I could have had faster service. When I told the owner of the shop before leaving, he simply replied “Ok”.. I bought my bike from them years ago but will not be returning and will be telling others to avoid this place at all costs
I came here looking for a rear derailleur bushing cos I was clumsy and lost mine while servicing my rd. They gave me the part for free. I talked to Peter about needing tires for a cyclocross bike. He recommended a very budget friendly tire that would suit my needs. I tried the tires today and was very impressed how grippy it is. I also got it at a discount. Definitely would recommend this place. Very friendly people who know their bikes.
I've brought my bike in twice. The first time, after an accident, they sorted out the mess I had made of my bike. The second time, last week, I brought it in for a tune up. After picking it up there was an unresolved issue and they fixed it right away and very graciously threw in the additional parts for no charge, for my troubles. It was an unnecessary but appreciated bit of customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone.
After being turned away by my neighbourhood bike shop for brake adjustment citing a 1.5 week wait for repairs, I made my way to Pedalinx after they said they could maybe do something by tomorrow. I showed up <30 min before closing. The mechanic tightened up my brake cables right away, making my bike safe to ride again and refused to charge me. And I got to enjoy a beautiful evening on my bike! I’ll definitely be back to this store.
Remarkable bike store. Didn't even know this place existed when my bike broke down as I have plenty that are closer to me but from now on I will do the extra trek for repairs every time possible. Older, experienced, friendly staff and no annoying bike hype or overpriced trinkets. Would give 6 stars if possible. For the record, I never review anything unless I am floored by the place. Probably 2 years since my last review on google.
Best bicycle shop I have ever gone to. My husband’s derailer cable broke on this beautiful long weekend and the guys at the shop stayed overtime to fix the cable. Wasn’t easy as they had to thread the cable through the bike frame. They were patient and very nice. The end result was a perfectly functioning derailer. We would definitely highly recommend the shop and will be doing our repairs and maintenance there ongoing.
My go-to for any bike-related thing. I bought my last bike there, and it's awesome. They offered me several accessories with it (chime, the water bottle and its holder, ...) and it comes with a year of free tune-ups. I also went there for a small repair on my partner's bike, they changed the break cable and tuned up the gears, they did it right away and it only cost me around $15-18 ... I really recommend the place !
Pedalinx is by far my favourite bike shop in Toronto. Great service, competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff, and a good selection of bikes, gear and components. My boyfriend and I have both purchased bikes (Specialized Crosstrail for him and Specialized Diverge for me) here and the ongoing support has been amazing. Plus, it’s nice to know your local bike guys and support a local shop! 11/10 recommend.
I just wanted to thank the man who closed up the Toronto location on Halloween night. I was working food deliveries, and my chain broke mid delivery. I was in a tough spot after having run 1.5km with bag and bike just to get to Pedalinx (nearest bike shop), and he took the time after having locked up to get me running again. Thank you so much much. You saved my bacon. I'm sorry I forgot to ask for your name!
I would 10/10 recommend Pedalinx to anyone in the market for a bike! The owner and sale associate were both attentive to my cares and needs and helped me find a bike that suited by biking style and preference. After choosing a bike that fit my lifestyle, they offered me a price adjustment that fit my wallet size too! Thank you so much Pedalinx for making my bike shopping experience a great one!
Being from Toronto I know its hard to find quality good people to work on your bike. Usually you walk into a bike shop and they say " it'll take two weeks " The two guys who are usually working at pedalinx are awesome! They understand how much we rely on our bikes and that why I come here for anything I can't put on the bike myself. Cheers guys, Thanks for being good neighbours
As a first time bike owner, I highly recommend Pedalinx. The buying process was very easy. I didn't know very much about bikes, but I did have a price-range. The staff didn't try to upsell me. In fact, they gave me a great deal! I've had my hybrid bike for about a month now, and I've taken it all over the city. It handles well on roads, dirt trails, and even gravel pathways.
Everyone I know that has been a person of colour has been treated unfairly at this place. This place is BLATANTLY and unapologetically racist. Even in the reviews, it is pretty clear as to what "kind" of people receive good service. This is Toronto, do better. The canned apology responses from the owner are useless unless you fix up your staff or better yet, get educated.
These guys are salt of the earth great guys. Really enjoyed going to them. Had a Groupon and they treated me like I was paying full price. So helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my experience a good one. I ended up even buying more stuff while I was there. Thank you for having quality customer service...it can be hard to find. I'll be back!
Went into the bike shop with a million questions and Paul helped me, answering all of them. Paul was so friendly and genuine, and made the entire process of getting a new road bike so seamless. Come to Pedalinx for all your biking needs, because I can guarantee you will get A1 quality service. And the complimentary lifetime tune-ups aren't too shabby either!
Great selection, great people. These guys have always treated me so well, and helped me find the things I'm looking for. Colin has the patience of a saint and tonnes of knowledge, and Peter is always willing to help find you a deal on what you're looking for. They have a long time customer in me. This shop is the real deal; the model for Toronto bike shops.
Every part of dealing with Pedalinx is a pleasure. You never feel ripped off, you ALWAYS feel listened to/respected, and the team is fantastic. Paul sorted my chain out straight away, and is always a pleasure to talk to. Great prices, and very down to earth. Don't be exploited by other bike shop prices...get down to Pedalinx and let them help you out!
Fantastic shop. Went in for a flat repair and they had it done in the hour. When the same tire went flat the following week, they replaced the tube for free - also within the hour - on the chance that they hadn’t cleared the offending debris from the tire the previous time. Super reasonable, nice folks, will be coming back for future work.
Best experience I've had at a bike shop in this area. The staff are very polite, friendly, helpful and know their stuff. I purchased new pedals and they mistakenly installed more expensive ones and told me it was their mistake when they realized. I offered to pay the difference but they refused, insisting that I enjoy the new pedals.
Been to several bike shops in Toronto, this one and the other one on Dundas street are my favorite. Quality service with affordable price and the precision they have is amazing. Even without telling them, they knew my riding habits and the tune up worked so well. Bike rides are so smooth now and the communication is extremely clear.
Very disappointed I bought my bike from here Went there today asking them if they can assist me with putting on 3 bolts on my kick stand and they flat out said NOPE… Went down the street to another bike shop and they did it for me in 5 minute , oiled my bike and would refuse to take money from me! Wish I had given them my business
Awful services, I've came here with problem with the breaks on my e-bike I bought from amazon. The worker who saw me first was talking to me like I'm a robber invaded in his house. I understand that you don't want to work with the e-bikes from amazon, but maybe you should teach your workers how to behave politely with customers?
This is one of the best bike shops in the city. Great selection if your in the market for a new bike. Excellent service and repairs. Peak season they are busy so expect to leave your bike for a day to be service. Their prices are wildly in-expensive for the quality of work they do and they are super friendly. Highly recommend
First bike shop I have been to which suggested I keep my existing bike as it is in decent shape rather than pushing me to buy a new one. Went there with my mountain bike having issues. They fixed it while I waited. Offered me wifi while I waited. Also adjusted my gears for free.. Its good to see honest businesses out there.
Excellent service! While visiting Toronto, I needed a tune up on my bike and found this gem of a bike shop. The staff was friendly and expertly tuned my bike at a very reasonable price. They have an excellent assortment of bikes and accessories as well. Thank you for making my biking experience in Toronto 5 stars!
My favourite bike shop in town. Knowledgeable, friendly and effective. I took my bike in recently for a problem and they have it running like a dream - and didn’t charge, because I bought the bike there and it’s still covered by their free tune-up. Great service and my first stop for anything bike-related.
These guys were great. The service and patience they had with my wife was amazing. They threw in a bunch of deals on locks and bells and water bottle holders. In the end she was extremely happy with her purchase which is not easy to pull off. Thanks again! I'm probably going to buy my next bike here.
Fantastic service. Brought in my bike making a funny grinding noise after going to 4 other shops who could not figure out the problem. Left the Bike overnight and the had it fixed the next day at a very affordable cost. Really down to earth crew working there, would definitely recommend for repairs.
I had a really good experience at Pedalinx and will be going back. I do not have a lot of technical knowledge, and had a problem with my bicycle wheel. They were great at explaining what the issue was and the options to fix it. Cost was very reasonable, and everyone was a pleasure to interact with.
My favourite bike shop in Toronto! Rodney is super nice and always really helpful. I bought a bike that I really wanted for a while and it turned out it didn't really work for me and they were awesome and let me return it and helped me choose one that did. Always a great experience at Pedalinx!
The best bike shop in the city. Zero condescending bike shop culture. No attempts to upsell on things you don’t need. Just kind, high-quality service and their in store accessories are fairly priced without the crazy markups often seen in shops across the city. I send all my friends here.
Great service! They don't overcharge me. I have come in twice before, asking about various things from a bike pump, helmet, to servicing my bike. Things I had done: changing brake pad and another rubber piece and tire/seat bolts. Very nice looking selection of helmets for a decent price.
If I could give these guys a 10 star I would. I had such an easy experience with my purchase and they were super accomodating. Helped me load and showed what needed to be done and how to maintain. Excellent place and very competative. Do yourself a favour and don't waste time elsewhere.
I have been buying bike at wrong shop... until now I never had such an amazing experience Paul helped me select specialized S1 bike he is knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very happy with the purchase, store has excellent warranty. Also offered 20% off on accessories with bike purchases.
The staff at Pedalinx College St are fantastic! They hooked me up with my dream commuter. The build quality is fantastic and the guys walked me through their product lines and helped me decide what I needed. 5/5, highly recommended. This will be my new LBS for the forseeable future.
Went in to repair a crank arm, was able to get it done in less than an hour. They also checked the other crank arm without being asked to see if the same problem occurred on the other side, which it did. Fair price, great service. Would return for all my Specialized needs.
Exceptional customer service. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and are trying to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. The prices are great for the quality you are getting. I got my bike here and absolutely love it. Definitely highly recommended.
Amazing customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rodney carefully explained different bikes and let me test drive a handful of them so I could make an informed purchase. Was given a great deal on my bike, plus they threw in some free accessories!
Stellar and friendly service. I came here after my neighbourhood bike store in Parkdale tried to upsell me for a tune up and repairs. Pedalinx got it done at half the price. Would recommend this for good honest service. They know how to take care of their customers.
I had a very good experience with the staff at Pedalinx Bike Shop! Everyone was very helpful, accommodating and friendly! I walked in looking for a bike and 20 minutes later I walked out with a great deal and very happy with my purchase. :) Thank you so much !!
Amazing staff and truly helpful. Recently bought an end-of-season bike and they gave me a great deal as well as letting me pay in installments with no interest. Cannot recommend enough. They know they're stuff and genuinely want people to walk away happy
Bought a new commuter bike from this store shortly after they opened. They had great service and gave me a really good deal. Highly recommended, especially if you want an entry level, multi-gear bike for getting around the city and moderate trail riding.
Pedalinx is a very professional bike shop with a friendly and helpful staff. They have great deal on fixing flat tires! They also carry most bike equipment that experienced cyclists need and also have an impressive selection of bikes for sale.
Amazing place, amazing staff and most importantly amazing products. Came here to buy a bike, the owner immediately recognized I am student and fit me with a bike not only within my price range but also rides great. I would highly recommend.
The best bike store in the city! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to choose the best bike for me with great deal and also they did very professional service. If you look for bike, I would definitely recommend Pedalinx!
This Bike shop is amazing, took my sister with her bike there and got a 5 Star treatment and a 5 start result shortly after. THANKS TO LOCSA and Kim for the wonderful service. I will recommend this bike shop to my family and friends!!!
I got a FELT women's bike from there, new model from this year! The bikes are amazing quality and Peter is awesome: he really knows which bike suits you. Staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend getting a bike from here! :)
I felt a bit dumb going into the shop because I couldn't figure out how to put air in my tires. The person working there was very kind and spent the time to show me how it's done. Friendliest experience I've ever had in a bike shop.
This is a LBS that cares genuinely about riding before sales. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Lawrence. Not only can he help you choose a bike, he knows bikes and will talk at your level. No condescension or assumption.
I just want to reach out and say thanks a million to Paul for servicing my felt 50 surplus e-bike yesterday on such short notice. Great service I would truly recommend your shop to my friends who are looking to transition to e-bikes
I wouldn’t take my bike to any other bike shop for a tune up or repair, ever. The team at Pedalinx is not only incredible in their knowledge and the efficacy of their work but the service is friendly, caring and genuine.
Pedalinx was an amazing, easy and positive experience for me! I am a new biker to the city and the staff helped me get everything i needed for my bike to make it safe (and stylish)! I would highly reccomend this shop!!
Can't say a bad thing about this place. The prices are fair, the service is awesome and they are very honest. Peter is a magician repairman who is not trying to gauge you for money. Bring your bike here for anything!
Favorite bike shop! Super professional, friendly and great price for services. It’s very well kept and the energy is always nice. Perfect sweet spot between being local/reasonable & having high quality standards
Visited bunch of bike stores and find the best quality bike grip here. Although there was a small discrepancy in the price tag and in their system, they fixed it right away. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great people. I was in a year ago and they remembered me. (I am not such a memorable guy) anyhow they gave me a terrific deal on a bike. Adjusted it, gave me a few freebies. Great guys, highly recommend them.
Amazing bike shop. Knowledgeable service team. Super reasonable pricing and reliable turn around time. They (Nick) also cleaned a truly miserable looking chain so that it sparkled again. Highly recommmed.
My bike broke down in front of the store. Luckiest break of my life, as I was invited inside and quickly serviced - for free! The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I rode my bike away - thanks Peter!
The staff were fantastic and knew their products very well. I picked up a new bike at a great price after comparing a number of models from a few other shops around the city. Will definitely be returning
Always friendly and fast bike repair services at super reasonable prices. The only place I take my bike. If they can help you out immediately (instead of leaving the bike with them) they will. The best.
Bought a low-end bike at an absolute steal of a price. Low pressure sales staff committed to helping me find the right fit for me . Extremely friendly and knowledgeable – cannot recommend highly enough.
These guys are the best in the city. I purchased a decent bike at a decent price from these guys and It has been a great experience! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Highly recommended.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Know a lot and are very reasonably priced. Went in to get a quick fix on my bike and they didn't even charge! Amazing experience. I will be back soon.
Absolutely fantastic service! Staff went above & beyond and quoted extremely fair pricing which ended up being less than the quote! Many thanks to the Pedal Lynx team for helping me!
Stopped by Pedalinx in heaps of trouble. No appointment, no problem! The guys fixed my chain/gear/wheel snag and sent me on my way. Great shop with friendly staff, 100% recommended.
Bought a new bike there to replace one that was stolen. Paul went out of his way to help me out and get me riding again. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back!
Just got a used road bike and brought the bike here to get serviced and purchase other items needed to on the road. All the folks here are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
These guys were amazing. Full tune-up plus parts for a very reasonable price. Friendly, excellent service that speaks for itself... my old bike is running like a dream. Thanks!!
I bought and service my bike at Pedalinx. Their customer service is beyond reproach. Especially the mechanics who always put in the extra effort to get my bike fixed just right.
These guys were amazing and super knowledgeable. Really knew what they were talking about and very helpful. You don’t find this good of customer service in Toronto very often.
Pedalinx is the best place to get all your bike needs met. The staff were warm and super friendly. I was thrilled that I was able to get spinning shoes in this pandemic.
Dropped by here a few times for repairs and these guys are always very helpful and quick on the turn around. Good prices too. I'm happy to see them in the neighborhood.
Stopped in today to buy a lock and new tires. Got great service and advice on a range of bike related topics - same as every time I visit the shop. Two thumbs up!
Dropped in for the first time, exceeded my expectations, wow got my bike fixed, great conversation on bike maintenance. Just amazing and my bike runs amazing
Great shop with excellent service. I love going to my local bike shop instead of ordering on amazon. They help you out and have great quality products.
Kim was kind, well informed and took the time to answer all of my questions until I felt comfortable with the purchase. I'm definitely be back!
