No management to speak to. very disorganized office. I've reached my limit with this office. If it's not them, setting up appointments without my knowledge is the other location they have calling me to set up appointments in their other locations. Then, to top it off, they lost my sons oral pictures and said they never took them. Went again to re-take them . I'm waiting for a call to see what now. But my insurance says it doesn't cover braces after they them selves told me to change providers because my old provider didn't cover many things. I dont recommend this nor any of their dental clinics since they're all the same. I was told to do a review with my complaints from one of their workers because this will be the only way they will do something about it. She really did say it all to me, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. And to Ortiz Alex and Acosta Enrique, I hope you know that your employees are making a mess out of your business. It's a shame because the Allapatah office was very convenient for parents in this area. Unfortunately, it's not worth the head ache,stress, and all the disappointment. Good luck to the other parents may they improve so you and your kids can have better service.

This dentist is EXTREMELY slow. They double book patients and only have literally one doctor working , for multiple patients. People that came after me was called before me and the front counter representative act as if she didn’t know what was going on. When I finally got in the room I had to wait an additional 30 minutes like this has being a poor doctor visit and I will not be returning back despite the location being convenient. If I can I would rate this office 0 stars . Sanitation is horrible as well, you don’t touch different objects with gloves on and then come assist your patient and touching the instruments you use to put in the patient mouth . Este dia me sentí super mal..esperamos con mi hija de 8 años empezar hoy con su tratamiento hable con la consejerá acordamos un monto con un total $3000 me dijo de un primer pagó de $800 y 24 meses con una mensualidad hasta completar $3000 ..luego de 20 minutos no se me respeto el precio antes dicho y otra persona me cambio la tarifa ..sin razon se me hace muy poco etico y nada profecional ..decirme que mi hija es una ""casi adulta "" y por eso el cambio ..muy mal esa misma mujer muy grocera sin empatía alguna sin ser Doctora porq se le 'nota" me aumentó a $4500 tengan cuidado abran bien los ojos..

HORRIBLE!! I waited 3 hours for a cleaning for my daughters. Lobby was super full... waited outside. After a SUPER rushed cleaning I asked the Dr questions to be told to wait. Not personable. The icing on the cake was when I went to leave and had to pay 15 dollars for a parking fee. I went back upstairs to see if they validate it to which they told me no. I spoke to the doctor and he said. Oh, well, that's how it is and to have a nice day. They lost a client today. I will surely let people know how I feel. Think twice not worth it!! I don't EVER write reviews.. couldn't let this one go!

Pésima atención tenía mi cita a las 4 de la tarde vine faltando 10 minutos para estar puntal y llevo exactamente 1 y 20 minutos esperando . No es posible que pongan citas a tantos niños a la vez o atiendan primero a niños que llegaron tarde a su cita , una se programa pide permiso en el trabajo y no es posible tanto tiempo de espera . Me cambio de otra clínica por lo mismo y venimos a lo peor . Mala organización , citas para nada , demasiados niños queriendo atender increíble el tiempo de todos de todos es importante.

Fui por primera vez, con tres niñas que a pesar que trato de controlar siempre hacen ruido y pues es complicado tenerlas tranquilas y aquí se portaron muy comprensibles, las atendieron con buena actitud el joven Héctor si no recuerdo mal el nombre que asistía a la doctora, trato con mucha dulzura a mis niñas se hizo más fácil revisarlas, y me ayudó a llenar unos formularios, les agradezco a todos la atención

Pedí una cita para mis hijos a las 4pm .. tengo más de 1 hora y media en espera y aún no los atienden , agendan las citas de las que pueden atender .. cuando llegas es por orden de llegada no por cita.. todos los niños en la sala de espera están llorando de hambre , sueño por la espera tan larga, definitivamente 0 puntos

I called pediatric dental center to inform them of new insurance information …. Two weeks prior to appt. Upon arriving to the appt I was then told my new insurance they don’t accept . Which is fine but should’ve been discussed prior to arriving to appt . This was a complete waste of time that could’ve been prevented

I took my one year old daughter here for her first check up and the experience was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The ambiance was clean and modern. We were in and out in less than an hour. I am happy to have chosen this location and I will continue to bring my daughter here.

The dentist took in consideration that my son had a hard time with his last filling, so she suggested another different that was quick and no pain. My son was thrilled. When we walked out the office, he said mommy that was the best dentist ever. Thank you for thinking of my son’s feelings. ❤️

Had a appointment for 11:30 didn’t get attended until a hour and something later and then had to wait for the doctor another 40 min. I don’t get the reason on why they have appointments if they gonna attend you 2 hours later
