12/19/23 evening. 151 location. Female cashier was visibly sweating, face was flush red, and she was drinking from a to go cup. I immediately thought she was sick, but like an idiot, I still ordered, having never been here before. I ordered to go and sat down to wait. Same cashier continued drinking behind the counter. Nobody cared or said anything, as far as a manager. Nobody cared that this person was visibly sick, so I assumed she wasn't. I am now sick. Also the chicken lo mein was spaghetti noodles and the dish had no flavor. I don't normally leave such reviews but this was too much.

Ordered spicy korean shrimp with white rice. But as my husband was trying it I came to try some an told him that wasn’t my order. I was actually kung pao chicken we got. Got everything else but just not the Korean shrimp. So sad but was able to call it in and they stated they will fix and remake tomorrow for us. Other than that the food is pretty tasty.

We got the Kung pow chicken and the spicy korean beef and kids honey seared chicken. I used to love love love Pei Wei and went all the time when it was at 1604 and Potranco. I don't know if they changed suppliers or what but the meat is just weird. The kids chicken was mushy. The kung po chicken was like flat strips of meat but kinda chewy and it used to be cubed chicken breast. The steak was gristley and flavorless.

New, fresh, very airy and clean. Personnel were friendly and attentive. I had a to-go order, it was ready right one time. Would be great to have a clear sign for pick-up orders, have plastic utensils available (by the beverage station they had only silverware). I would love if this Pei Wei would have designated parking spots for pick-up orders to save time. Will be back for dine in.

They just opened this location a couple of weeks ago. The customer service was great, food was on point and atmosphere was clean. I will definitely be putting this place on the rotation.

Don’t be fooled by the way the food looks, it was flavorless and soulless. Wings were the worst part they were soft/soggy and just tasted like soy sauce.
