Parking lot needs to be properly sanded before someone falls and injures themselves. The sidewalk on the east side of the medical clinic, leading to the city sidewalk, is not shovelled properly. Like many city malls, Pembina Crossing doesn't seem to care about the safety of pedestrians. January 2024 update - Even though we haven't had much snow the Pembina Crossing has problems keeping the parking lot and walkways properly sanded and safe. Many older people, who use Staples, Save-On, BestBuy, the restaurants, medical clinic and so on, are especially at risk of falling and sustaining injuries. The shopping centre has new management, and I hoped it would be safer this winter..

Location: A great spot to be. Service: It's always a tough task to get any associate to guide me through my buying process. The few available are often busy and leave many shoppers wandering around with no quick help. Not all shoppers have clear knowledge of what's on display. So, it will be nice to have more associates to immediately address concerns/questions about items before we take them off the shelves. I believe that may also help reduce the number of returns you process. Check-out: Folks at the checkout are the primary reasons I choose this location over others. They are always happy to help and reduce wait times at checkouts.

I love DQ esp freshly prepared sandwiches and fries. My son loves the icecreams and the slushies. Staff welcoming. Not a good experience at the new branch on Pembina plaza though. Staff couldn't answer my question -- they should be oriented on their products, maybe get them to try (if they are willing and not forced to do so) what they serve so they can give a more honest and reliable advice (or just an answer) to customers asking.

I go to shapes & I love it there! Great customer service and equipments. Their trainers are actually trainers and can make a difference in your health and well-being. I did not have that experience at GoodLife. The trainer that I retained at GoodLife screwed up my back and then they refused to reimburse my money because that's not their policy to give back the trainer's money even though they are incompetent.

Well stocked and helpful staff that don’t walk away when you look at them for help. They always price match appropriately and have a quick curbside pickup service which has been reliable. The staff is knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they’re open about it and will research the topic rather than leading you astray. This is my preferred bestbuy to go to in Winnipeg.

I understand safety is important, but you had a bad customer service, I was trying to buy something and they were rushing me to grab the product, here is what you want and follow me to the cashier, no please or are you looking for something else. Customers manners should improve. I spent 5 minutes in the store.

This Mall has just about anything that you may need. Fitness center, Toys and Videos Stores, Restaurants, Dollar Store, Financial services, Pet Store, Electronics Stores, and now soon to be opening a Grocery Store. It's a great Mall, and their hours of operation are excellent.

Extremely helpful staff who took the time to answer my questions about laptop specifications. Make sure to check the price of the item you're planning to buy on other websites as well. And if you show them the price is lower somewhere else they'll price match it for you.

Couple of good big stores are here. Staples, best buy, dollarama, subway etc are. People can buy their necessary products in a very competitive price. Staples basically provides printing, photocopy solutions along with the sell of different electronics and stationary.

Nice palce for shopping. This complex has different kind of shops to fulfill every kind of needs. Ranging from Dollaram, Petland, Stales, Save on Foods, Fitness centre, Best buy etc. I never seen it’s a crowded parking as there are a lot of slots.

It facilitates multitasking. You have Shapes Gym located to workout, which is fantastic, Petland to buy some stuff for your littles, Dollarama..subway and A&W wen you feel hungry..ToyRus to buy lovely stuff for your kids..All in one..!!

They charged me $100 to get a broken tv delivered. After that, they would not reimburse me for the tv until I paid a further $100 to get it returned. Boxing day sale was for a $300 tv and it was broken when they shipped it.

Staffs are sometimes hard to find and when you do, they are not always welcoming. Some staffs will take care of you politely. This was my past experiences though. It may be different from other people's experiences.

In store shopping and customer service excellent.. but don't rely on accurate info from their telephone customer service or chat lines.. lately they've been sadly lacking.. sent on a wild goose chase today..

This is the state of retail. No products on the shelves just placards to take to another desk for pickup and when you get there, even though there were multiple placards on the shelf, it's not in stock.

I recently purchased my electric scooter at this BEST BUY location. Its employees were very courteous and assisted me in getting my e-scooter to the vehicle. My "customer experience" was a good one.

This business allows a certain number of people in because of Covid 19 restrictions. The staff are doing the best they can under very difficult conditions. The store was clean and well stocked.

For Home Improvement place I'd say they've got great staff and everything the only problem I have is I'm more of a casual Builder and I find it very confusing to find like smaller items

Never a lineup for for any stores here and theres about to have everything from a clinic to grocery shopping to toy shopping and office needs and restaurants vlts to you name it

Most staff are not knowlegeable, when asked question about the product they either read the lable or go on the website!!! which I can do myself
