Diesel specialist, what a joke! Took my VW van there for a second opinion and quote for repairs. Drove in with intermittent engine noise, 8 days later and after pulling apart the whole front end of the van in search of the intermittent noise, I was told that the vehicle was not worth repairing and I should "just scrap it and buy a new 1". The level of communication and transparency from peninsula diesel repairs was appalling and I ended up paying $1250 in ransom to have the van released, plus towing fees. After speaking with a VW specialist and VW Australia it became apparent that they have no idea on how to handle VW vans. I had to get the van towed back to the original mechanic who had already give me a diagnostic and quote. The van was fixed within 4 days and now everything runs exactly the way it should. Thanks for nothing Peninsula diesel.

Wow... Stuart from Peninsula Diesel what a breath of fresh air! OLD FASHIONED SERVICE, i called enquiring about servicing a unique motorhome (after calling at least 5 other centres) i was greated by a knowledgable and caring consultant "STUART". After dealing with less than mediocre diesel repair centres and seriously frustrated and concerned of the quality of service i was receiving i discovered the light at the end of the tunnel. I was welcomed with a knowledgeable response of my needs and furthermore was called back with instructions to a concern i had with my vehicle. If you own a TIFFIN you need to use this facility. Needed to get a RWC urgently on my Iveco light truck Everywhere else, I was getting a 4 week lead time just to get a booking Rang the guys at Peninsula Diesel, and spoke to Stuart He could sense the urgency, so he said if I could get the vehicle to him straight away, he’d get it in (even though he was short staffed) Got it to him and he quickly got back to me to inform me what needed to be done and an approximate cost 2 days later, job done, no fuss and nothing to stress about I can’t recommend them high enough, and the can do attitude showed and willingness to help Well done guys I’ll be back for sure Adrian

Wow, message, Leroy told him I had a problem broken down in my motorhome bus Christmas Eve. Told me not to worry and to give him a bit of time to work it out. Boxing day morning came to Anthany‘s nose in Dromana and fixed my motorhome and got me on the road and on top of that he followed me to Caple sound so I could get to work to make sure that the motorhome was okay. bloody amazing. I was recently told of Peninsula Deisel while talking to 1 of their happy customers and thought of them today as I was in a bind with a flat battery and a motorhome going nowhere. A quick call to the girls in the office gave me the info I needed to source the battery and a chance to have it fitted that day at Mornington. If your prepared to have parts missing from your vehicle peninsula DEISEL is the place to go. Had the head gasket replaced on 1 of our trucks and the truck came back with NO OIL in it!!! Brakes were adjusted and all the rubber grommets that they removed had not been put back!!! A service on 1 of our other trucks, fuse box cover is missing and never replaced Multiple chrome wheel nut covers are missing. Rear brakes replaced on our truck After 14 months they were metal to metal, drums had to be replaced Original brake lasted us 9 years

Dangerously useless mechanics in response!! It was 12 months ago not a few years ago!! You're guys changed the brakes on my bus but didn't know how to reset the brake warning light, you're mechanic told me the engine was shot but it was a damaged turbo! You left the air intake disconnected from the air filter!!!! who knows what damage that caused? This is a PASSENGER VEHICLE! ZERO STARS!!!! LOOKING FORWARD TO YOURE RESPONSE. you still have my spare handbrake hub btw!!

Recently bought a new truck from NSW but dealer was taking to much time to obtain a RWC for registration, I contacted Stuart at Peninsula Diesel, he could see the dilemma I was in as I needed the truck on the road to keep my small business going. Well I just purchased a motor home serviced by Peninsula Diesel, with a road worthy attached, TOO much oil in the sump, drained 1.5 litres, finally the the oil light went out, fuel filter full of dirt and parking light in bull bar not working As it is a new sort of vehicle,52 000km, I’m getting it serviced again and am scared of what I will find Never going there for any work if they can’t get a basic service right

Excellent service, professional and knowledgeable team. My car is running very smoothly. I have had a number of major repairs in the last two years, the car is at that age now, but confident the work has been completed to a high standard. The team are comfortable discussing the repairs both before and after they have been completed. I am happy to have found this company on moving from NSW to VIC in 2021.

This company say it straight. Stuart was the real deal, made no outlandish promises but fixed our motorhome within the time frame and just exactly right. We needed to have confidence after being mucked around and the service department was just fantastic. Gave us a comprehensive report and advice on our next steps. Will recommend highly to my diesel driving friends.

I rang Peninsula Diesel seeking a pre purchase inspection on a truck. I spoke to Stuart and he was fantastic in assisting me with what I needed. He was full of knowledge and advice and was very easy to deal with especially with me being interstate. I can't reccomend him and his team highly enough.

Car service was good, car is fixed however I was made to feel quite embarrassed and upset when the man started commenting on the way my skin looks as a young girl in an already intimidating environment this was quite uncomfortable & I probably won’t go back.

The guy on the desk there is so rude and helpful when in about getting a bus service said he didn’t know and someone would come for five minutes and was ignored family own company what rubbish they’re only interested in you if you’ve got a fleet of buses

Whole crew are great to deal with, sent my Iveco Daily in for an induction clean and engine flush and got great results for a reasonable price. Will be switching from Iveco dealership t o here for all my vehicle maintenance now.
