Great car wash but Dryer is not that good and leaves water drop marks. Free Vacuum fails on power and cleaning ability. All in all value for money if using it regular. My reason for giving 3 stars is the misleading communication being send when you sign up for the unlimited $50 wash. Text message that is received upon sign up says Unlimited wash until XXdate (11/07). If you go for wash on 11/07 which is last day as per the message their system says membership expired and need to renew first. Staff at the centre advised that owner is aware of this and wants customers to count 30 days form signing up. They should fix the issue as this is clearly a case of misleading information to customers and not a good customer service.

This is the only car wash in West Melbourne that really washes off the filth on my husband's work car lol. I know this because I've been to a few. I have been here before and the vaccum suction was not really good but today the vacuum suction was fixed! Today topped it off, the big boss was there today and they offered to rewash my wheels again because it wasnt up to their standards!!!You don't get this in other car washes!!! Thank you for today!!Appreciate it!! Overall experience today was perfect! I'm bringing my whole family, friends and neighbours

I wasn't really impressed. Lost two stars because they didn't leave the car mirrors and settings the way I had it before, especially the back cover boot of my hatch. It was flipped up causing a hazardous blind spot for me when I drove off. Since the place is right in the city it was tricky for me to pull over and fix. Another star lost because the free WiFi was not working and given it was a hot day the air con was not turned on in the waiting bay. Car cleaning was okay but they were rushed.

Hi i m gold members last 4 months but so many times i told you your air blower not properly working because my car back side and front side not clean properly but I don’t no not solutions clear right now so i m not happy.k already talked with owner and so many guys ther working they told me i told you you’re situation but what can i do . So please change your air blower system. Thanks for understanding

I have been visiting Perfect car wash since the day its opened and i can say i have never missed a day of car wash with them. Lovely staff always helpful. Awesome products to use from tyre shine to seat polish they have got everything. Its worth getting the $50 car wash membership. Plus you can always ask for a Perfect car wash fragrance which smells lovely. Check the shine of my car.

Great wash and vaccum. But the wheel clean left blue stains on new car side steps which hasn't gone away after 4 months and numerous washs. Anyone else had similar issues? Have emailed the team . Update- Owner called up and cleaned it up for me. It took a while to get the stains removed but he ensured it’s all gone with a wash. Terrific response - Happy customer. Highly recommend

Phone number goes to MAGIC CAR WASH and is unanswered and says office closed. But website says open for contact Monday - Sunday 8am -7pm Maybe owner needs to re-look at website and see what's missing. Wished to sign up for the monthly wash club but it doesn't say if it activates the same time or you need to wait and if can use on weekends. Will go elsewhere.

This is good car wash but the vacuum suction is very low and secondly the dryers are not good enough to dry the vehicle. The water droplets left all over your vehicle and looks not nice . You have to spend extra time to clean it manually. If you guys fix it that will be much better.

Perfect car wash Tarneit provides an excellent service at a really affordable price. I would recommend this place and staff to anyone. Sandeep who works their was kind enough to polish my tyres while i vacuum my car and offered me an air freshener as well. Really good service

Good Car wash..should give discount for 2nd 3rd car for same family. vacuum suction is low....overall good car wash need to increase timings of opening and closing 6am to 9pm good time. i will give 5 star if timing increases at least summer time. winter can change

Doesn’t allow to clean mats before or after the touch free car wash even though we get membership or pay 30 for the car wash its ridiculous and joke.
