This dentistry has changed my views in dentists, well Ms Zayna has changed my view! I haven’t ever been comfortable with a dentist and that’s why I tend not to go and get work done, but I really needed a deep teeth clean and Ms Zayna had previous done a charting of my gums so seemed like the right person to see! From the moment I say I’m the chair to the moment I left I felt nothing but comfortable! She is amazing at her job a perfectionist and is down right an amazing human! She is a major asset perfect dental at Fairfield! Azal was assisting her and she is a fantastic assistant, living and caring and great to be in the room with! I honestly couldn’t say anything bad about her and her assistants! I went back today for fillings and she did them with the utmost care and perfection! Julia was assistant today and did an amazing job! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a loving, caring and gentle dentist Ms Zayna is the dentist to see

When you first walk in, you might think you're about to get a massage instead of see the dentist. The reception looks and smells fantastic, there is art and greenery everywhere and there's lovely relaxing music playing that sets a nice, calm mood. The same is true even for the operating room. You're greeted with an offer of tea or coffee on arrival, and we saw first hand how the staff diligently clean after every patient leaves, leaving the reception area spotless. I suspected that all of this lovely presentation might be compensating for poor dentistry, but nope. The dentist we saw was professional, did a great job replacing my mums filling and explained clearly what we needed to do moving forward as part of her dental care plan. Highly recommend!

Ok how to start …. Firstable the stuff were very nice, they make u fell very comfortable and welcomed!. The lovely lady at reception she was making me fell very comfortable when i told her I had bad experience at the pass regarding tooth extractions.. I was a like a little child keep complaining about how scared I am when it comes to dentist consultation and taking teeth’s out … Thanks Olivia ☺️… In regarding to my doc ((Carolin)) she’s was amazing it took her less than 15 minutes to pull my tooth out I was amazed, as in the past I had bad experience regarding dentist checks up and tooth’s extractions. Just wanted to take the time to provide an updated feedback about perfect dental Fairfield. Unfortunately our initial experience was not the best. However, the manager actually took the time to call my wife and discuss the review I had left here, she showed empathy and seemed to really care about the patients experience at this dental clinic. Further, she offered a free consultation to see another dentist. The experience with Dr Caroline Gohar was perfect, she was polite, communicated so well, was quick and so confident in the job she was doing. We appreciate the time the team took to turn our experience around.

I was very impressed by the level of care and professionalism by Dr Naj and the staff at Perfect Dental. She was very thorough in explaining what treatment was required and the options available. Dr Naj is a very skilled and honest dentist.Honesty is a very rare quality for most Dentists. She is especially great with children, she took the time to make sure my daughter was happy and comfortable and now she loves going to the dentist which is really important for us. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to visit Perfect Dental.

My first dentist visit in at least 20 years, and was welcomed by Amy who was lovely and friendly. The procedure went quickly and efficiently, there was clear explanations on what was happening and what Dr Malik and Amy were about to do, and the next steps was clearly outlined for me by Dr Malik. I enjoyed the visit and only regret is not going sooner. Amy also walked me through my health insurance and how it works (my first time also). Thank you Amy! Overall great service from both Amy and the Dr Malik. Great vibe and excellent experience, and looking forward to going back next week!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Had a consult to get 2 front implants after an accident that knocked them out. They did the surgery that day and finished past 10pm. Everything was explained, and got a bridge done straight away. Let’s not forget the beautiful reception area that makes you feel calm and welcomed, rather than the usual hostile and intimidating dentists. Beautiful staff. Definitely going to be my regular dentist, and am more than happy to travel if needed. It’s also very well priced!

I went with an inflamed gum and i had ulcers in my gum as well. The dentist did cleaning and i felt so bad for my self lol!!! Like it was very wrong and my teeth were in a very bad condition because of my gum and what the dentist did! When i went again she wanted to do another cleaning and i did not accept it! She got so mad when i said that the cleaning is not good for me! Perfect service to be honest the girl there is the best❤️ But sorry the dentist was so bad

My Autistic 8 year old daughter had the most amazing dentist in Dr Helen ... the way she was with her was just amazing ... oh and the girls at the front desk talk about lovely service with a smile ... the environment was so warm and welcoming I forgot I was at a dentist office ... Honestly I am so grateful that I found Perfect Dental and look forward to staying with them...

Can I just say ZAYNA you are amaaaazing! Before seeing you I was Petrified of the dentist, now I walk in with ease knowing I’m getting looked after by you and your assistant Azal. Zayna & Azal make you feel so comfortable through out the whole procedure and even have a laugh during it My teeth have never looked and felt so good, no more pain thanks to her! I’ll never go anywhere else

The receptionists are nice and the office is pretty fancy. My complaint was that my child was in the play area and the worker comes out of nowhere and tells my child to pack up. But what's the point of a play zone if you're told to pack up abruptly? My child was dejected. Anyway I packed up after them like a good parent. Of course I won't leave the place in a messy condition.

I experienced a little problem on my first visit. But on my next 3 visits with Dr. Aysha, it was excellent. She's very careful and always made sure that I was feeling okay. She's now my favourite dentist. ❤️ Thank you so much Dr. Aysha. I am very happy to say that I finally had the Perfect Dental experience. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you all.

It's a wonderful place, calming and relaxing. Very informative with your dental care and fantastic customer service. The workers there are very polite and there to support you with any questions you may have about your teeth and how to care for them. Will be definitely back there for the next 6 month check up, love that it's nearby my home. Convenience.

I'm so mad at this perfect Dental Fairfield for giving me a bad experience. I asked the doctor to fix my second-to-last tooth, but he fixed another tooth that didn't need to be fixed. I spent $250, and I got nothing in return. Today was the first time I've ever been to this dentist, and I don't think anyone should go there because their money will be wasted.

This dentistry is clean and beautiful. staff are wonderful people, so nice and generous! Great customer service over all. They offer free coffee, biscuits and chocolate while we wait which is fantastic. Dr.Nael is an outstanding doctor, gentle and great at what he does. I was extremely pleased with the work done, would definitely recommend this place.

Dr Raghad Al-Attiyah is AMAZING. Friendly, professional and always makes sure our teeth are healthy and clean, along with his fantastic assistant, Dunya. It's my first time to undergo root canal and I was very anxious at first. Yet, Dr. Charbel explained the procedure very well which relieved my anxiety. Had zero pain from the first appointment up until the last. The receptionist and dental nurse were very friendly too, always with a smile. I highly recommend Perfect Dental!

I have been with perfect dental for a while now and I am immensely pleased with their service. The new management are very beautiful people (all the workers and both dentists). Dr Nael did my Root Canal. He is really good and professional. The staffs are very nice. The room always smells nice with beautiful candles. It’s very clean, kids friendly and does not make you feel nervous waiting in that environment like most dental clinics do. I really recommend this clinic. Thank you Dr Nael.

TV in reception was too loud when asked if possible to put the volume down as I had an ear infection, I was told to wait outside of the practice and the receptionist would call me once it was my turn. I left then and there from the practice have not met anyone as rude as the receptionist chewing gum so loud

Excellent service. Was told by another dentist that I would need a root canal or to have a tooth pulled. Went to Perfect Dental and they fixed my tooth with a filling quickly and painlessly. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing (considering it's a dental office!) Highly recommend!!!

I have tried many dentists, but this one was great, Dr. Malik was so friendly and so informative, the other ladies were so friendly as well my daughter was so happy with the doctor and she didn't cry besides all she gets her lolly and coloring bag her happiness has doubled. Highly recommended.

Dr Najibeh and the entire staff at Perfect Dental are truly remarkable. They make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. I always feel relaxed and comfortable during the treatment so that I am able to close my eyes and get some rest on the dentist chair, so no dental anxiety.

Zayna and Azal are the best!!!! I used to be afraid of the dentist and needles, but when I came to her, everything changed. She and her assistant have a way of talking that gives you comfort and entertainment. I have never been to a dental clinic like this before.

I had the special $99 deal done that included, a clean, polish, check up and x-rays which I found to be a very reasonable and cheap deal for the job that was done. The dentist did a great job and the receptionist was also extremely friendly! Very happy 10/10

This is my experience I had an appointment at 5pm and waited 1 hour and half to see the dentist only to have a 1 minute consultation the receptionist was sweet though and apologised constantly.
