When I came for the check up appointment in May, I had specifically asked if a certain tooth I have would need any provisions or if I would be likely lose it in the future. From my regrettable appointment this morning with a member of staff; it was made clear that this information was not accurate and I was shocked to realise that I should have been able to discuss suitable future care at that appointment. The “complimentary” appointment I attended with said staff member this morning however, is singularly the most abhorrently rude service I’ve been met with. As mentioned above, they had provided health information in contrast with that of their colleague. Any decent professional; or human being with any shred of empathy, would have understood how this could be disappointing or shocking to learn. They acted personally defensive and adopted a condescending tone, beginning each sentence with “well” and remarking several times that they were giving me their time for free and that my shock and frustration at being given wrong health information was not what they were there for. This was accompanied with their abrupt mannerisms and feeble excuses to justify the misinformation I’d been given. I asked why they were being so unprofessional and they told me they felt I was being rude/ungrateful about their colleague by pointing out the conflicting information I’d been given. They asked “shall we leave it?(meaning end the appointment) but before I could accept, said “ok, well this appointment is cancelled”.  I told them I didn’t want the appointment to continue anyway and despite the door being open already they said “you are welcome to leave” just as I was clearly about to. I am shocked and appalled at the sheer absence of professionalism, or morally decent human conduct they showed me and am very surprised someone who harbours such an offensive vile attitude towards people has been appointed in a customer-facing role.

Ok...literally just had treatment today with Dr Shirin Vakilipour. As a former dentist myself, I'm ashamed to say I actively avoid going because previous treatments have left me a nervous wreck; especially when it comes to having fillings or deep periodontal cleaning sessions. This was the absolute opposite to what I was expecting! Dr Shirin is not only gentle and kind throughout the session, her treatment (including injections) simply DIDN'T hurt! Also I was left with the cleanest teeth experience that I can remember ( I have been treated by a gum specialist previously btw) and for ONCE both the fillings she carried out for me already feel natural and comfortable in the bite (the last one I had took 4 weeks to settle and was still feeling high in the bite for months after despite having it polished down). Moreover, the fillings are totally blended in with the surrounding tooth tissue and the colour match is just perfect. I've not had the pleasure of being treated by such a talented and perfectionist dental surgeon like Dr Vaklipour and can only highly recommend her expertise.

It is no surprise that I have already, recommended Naz to my friends,as I am so pleased with Hygienist service. It was my first appointment with Naz .She was friendly, warm attitude was truly welcoming and I am delighted to say, that Naz’s caring nature, put me at ease as soon as I walked into the dental clinic/room. Naz was very professional, she was extremely open about the treatment involved and explained everything with clarity, step-by-step, which I truly appreciated. Although, the process was uncomfortable, (I had a lot of complex issues with my teeth), the service performed was extremely thorough and her positive attitude coupled with her love of her work was very apparent. Naz kindly demonstrated how I should take care of my teeth/gums at home moving forward, prior to my next visit and she seems genuinely enthusiastic that I can continue building on the progress she achieved and even reverse some of the ‘complex issues’ that were presented. I am actually looking forward to my next visit which is a first, so thank you Naz

Had a bad experience - was booked in private when asked for a NHS app. Was asked for deposit on phone and then i got charged the deposit again after my appointment even though i said i already paid deposit on phone they told me yes and gave me to pay £70 when it should have been £40 so now i am waiting for a refund which they cannot do at the practice but i have to wait for a email which will take up to 2 weeks! They didn't even check if they have my email was gonna let me go without, i had to ask them. Also got given the wrong name for prescription, had to run back to practise and get a new letter. Not great customer service at reception. Very confusing and unapproachable. I have to suffer due to their mistakes. Also paid £70 for just examination and one X-ray when i stated was nhs patient on phone. This price is band 2? I have had no actual work done on my teeth just a 10 min look at my wisdom tooth and xray which website says is band 1. The venue is new and refurbished but no point when you are treated bad and scammed.

I had my teeth straightened somewhere else but I still wasn’t entirely satisfied with the results. My lower teeth were still uneven, and my upper front teeth had different heights and shapes, with a chip on one. Other dentists had suggested bonding as the only solution. However, when I consulted Dr. Shirin for bonding, she immediately advised against it. Instead, she recommended shaping and contouring to create even heights, remove the chip, and reshape the upper front teeth to be shorter and square, aligning them with the others. This took roughly 20 minutes and cost me a tenth of what other people had quoted for bonding! I was really impressed about how honest she was suggesting the much cheaper treatment for me. As a content creator, I used to feel self-conscious about smiling in my videos. However, after Dr. Shirin corrected my teeth and aligned them beautifully, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm now excited to showcase my smile more in my TikTok videos!

I had the privilege to have an extensive dental treatment with Dr. Bhavik Shah and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the very beginning, I was apprehensive about dental visits, but Dr. Shah's dedication and compassionate attitude put me at ease. Dr. Shah's expertise is fully outstanding. He not only performed my dental procedures with precision and skill, but he also took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering the best results is truly remarkable. His friendly manner and patient-centred approach made each visit a positive experience. I can confidently say that Dr. Bhavik Shah is an exceptional dentist who has completely transformed my perspective on dental care. Thanks to him, I now have a lovely smile again. I can't recommend him highly enough! Also, the reception girls are very friendly and always made me feel welcomed !

Avoid! I walked in asking to book an appointment and was told they were only taking private patients currently. When I asked why that was I wasn’t given an answer and the receptionist changed the subject. I decided to book anyway as the price was not much more privately (£35). I came back for the appointment, the dentist spent 2 minutes looking at my teeth and then said they were fine but was going to take some x-rays anyway (an extra £26). I refused as the dentist had just said them self that my teeth were fine. Makes no sense to be taking X-rays of something that looks fine when the patient is not experiencing any problems! I left paying £35 mind for a 2 minute consult! Disgusting. Not healthcare, purely a money making business. I have never had such a sloppy consult at any other dental practices.

I decided to get my teeth straightened and sent loads of enquiries to different Dentists office. This is the only place that replied straight away with a two page report on my teeth, just from my photos!! The doctor (Shereen) wrote me a detail report of every tooth and told me how to fix each problem. She then called me 2 days later and did for me a Zoom consult - all free. The other Dental clinics replied with only 2 lines saying these are the costs and they sent me a copy paste report which wasn't tailored to my teeth. I contacted Shereen last night asking for an appointment and she replied to me straight away at 11pm with an appointment for next week! I never had a dentist reply to me on Saturday night at 11pm so i had to write this review! They are awesome !!

I used to be content with this practise until they a) kept re-scheduling my appointments b) left me waiting 25mins for one of their re-scheduled appointments just for me to lose my deposit of £30 at my next appointment when I was 9-10mins late. A call to discuss this unfair treatment and to be informed about their cancellation/ late policy ended in them being happy for me to leave as a long standing patient c) I saw different hygienists every time I went lately. My advice is don’t bother going as they have not proven to treat their patients well to me. I am still owed £60 in refunds since January. I am having to chase and now they are not picking up the phone which I find very disappointing. - I have since received my full refund.

Very frustrating experience looking to set up a simple 30 minute appointment for a routine cleaning. On three separate (and consecutive) occasions, the hygienist canceled or asked to reschedule the appointment the morning of - with each time the next available appointment being a month or further away. What should have been an 17 August 2020 appointment was slowly pushed all the way back to 5 December 2020 before I decided to just go elsewhere. I understand there can sometimes be 'last minute emergencies' but its just poor business and customer service to cancel on a patient when they had reserved time in the diaries for over a month and then ask them to come back in 7 weeks later when the "next available appointment is".

I have been with the dentist for years. Never come across any rude receptionist. I have never been spoken to by the previous receptionist the way I was today. I spoke to a receptionist today at 9.31am called Barbara if I recall correctly. She was so dismissive and didn’t want to hear anything I wanted to say. She kept cutting me off and undermining me when I was trying to ask her something about booking MY appointment. Perfect smile you need to look into this and train this lady in some mannerisms. Every time I tried to get a word in edge way she would say I’m trying to speak and continue. I wanted to book an appointment but I hung up because of the way she was speaking AT me.

Perfect Smile cured my phobia of dentists, after a bad experience elsewhere. There are excellent dentists for NHS and/or private treatment. The receptionists and hygienist are terrific, too. The dentists (I've seen a few) have been friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. The treatment and options have always been explained very well to me. I'm very happy with the practice, and continue to go here after moving out of area. I've had check-ups, cleanings, emergency temporary crown repair, full replacement crowns (and they use the best crown manufacturers in London), fillings and a whitening product.

I am usually scared of teeth check- ups and have avoided it for years. However, from the reception to the whole procedure, never have I felt so welcomed and at ease at a dental clinic. I can confidently say how happy I would be to return. Dr Chung and the team were so lovely and put me at ease as they explained everything they were doing and how they were assessing the health of my teeth. After that they expertly cleaned them too! I wasted no time in securing an immediate appointment, and I must say that the staff at the dental office treated me with exceptional respect, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire visit. My dentist is highly professional and maintains a friendly and approachable demeanor. He took the time to provide detailed explanations of the procedures, making sure that I understood every aspect before proceeding. The treatment went smoothly, and I am elated with the results.

Having read some of the ridiculous reviews here regarding the professionalism of the dentists at Perfect Smiles, I can only imagine that there are some seriously unhappy and unbalanced characters out there!!! My dentist is Dr Shirin who has shown nothing short of excellence in behaviour, skill and care. Moreover she takes the time to carefully explain all the treatments she is recommending for me without rushing or pushing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a hygienist appointment today, I’m usually a little nervous of the dentists but Naz made me feel at ease. Her dental nurse was very sweet too and really friendly. Naz was very efficient and also caring , asking me if I was ok and giving me breaks. After she had finished she talked me through the correct oral cleaning methods it was very helpful and to be honest no one had ever done that. I left feeling happy and have rebooked for 4 months time.

Its a lovely practice, Hina who works at the reception was very helpful to book an appointment when I walked in and also after consulting with the dentist to refer me to another dental practice in Hampstead to fix my broken fixed retainer (after orthodontist treatment I had). Also, Sarah who is the dentist there, was very nice and made me feel comfortable at my appointment for a check up & cleaning session. I will come back again.

Visiting dentists was always a problem for me as I am hell afraid of it. I have never imagined even that visiting a dentist can be a joy! I am shocked! The way how they treat patients is a absolute pleasure. It’s really nice to be treated with care and truly appreciation! The hygienist Naz deserves special thanks as after all she did best job. Can’t be thankful enough. Definitely coming back again and again! Highly recommended !

When my partner came to see Naz her teeth and gums were in a terrible condition and she was expecting to lose a lot of the teeth. With such specialist care and a program of ongoing treatments,her gums are fully recovering and her teeth are strong and she have no more bleeding in the gums.We are so pleased with the levels of service and professionalism from Naz.We could not recommend her highly enough!

People generally fear going to the dentist, and to some extent with good reason. However, my recent experiences at Perfect Smile with dentist Emily and hygienist Pooja have been very good. They were professional, kind, caring and - dare I say it? - actually even fun. I spent more of the appointments smiling and laughing than I did wincing, which I'd say is a pretty good result in the circumstances.

Pretty poor. Due to work commitments changing, i asked to reschedule (not cancel) a hygienist appointment. I gave them 23 hours, rather than 24, but they wouldn't let me roll over the deposit i had paid to another appointment. I would have to pay again. I have instead booked at Zental, which is much better. Rude staff, total lack of respect for people having challenging work requirements.

Nas one of the most kindest and caring hygienist I have been to in my life. She did an amazing job of providing a cleaning during my hygienist appointment. I had some staining on my teeth due to use of Corsodyl. This mouthwash stains teeth!!Nas advised I should cease use of this product and simply continue to brush and floss as I normally do. I'm very happy with the service.

I do like this particular dentist as the staff are really nice and always welcome you with a smile and that makes me feel relaxed instead of being nervous. I am patient for more than 2 years and I am happy, satisfied and never had a bad experience. When it comes to book an appointment the staff are extremely helpful to try to find the best solution in my busy schedule.

If your an NHS patient prepare to be treated very badly. Appointments will be moved around private patients given priority. The first time ever I've had a check up without even using dental tools in my mouth, just looked inside an that was it. Dental association need to look into this practice. I'm now happy with a new dental practice.

My dentist Dr. Chung is so great. Not only does she explain everything before we proceed with the treatment, she communicates throughout and is very attentive to my needs and comfort. The receptionists are very lovely as well. I am NHS patient and would thoroughly recommend using their private or NHS services.

Had a cracked tooth during the pandemic and managed to get an emergency appointment. Unfortunately the tooth needed extracting (I am a very nervous patient) but Shirin, Ramona and the team made me feel completely relaxed and the procedure was over within an hour. Highly recommended.

It says Free Consultation on the window, so I walked in and asked for a free consultation and was told its 70GBP. It would cost me that just to get a quote on working a painful tooth?? Obviously something lost in my understanding of Free Consultation.

I always enjoy my appointments with Dr Shirin here, she is professional and no nonsense. As a (former) dentist myself I am not the easiest patient but Dr Shirin handles all questions, queries and slight wobbles with a smile and a magic hand.

New hygienist experience in particular was superb. 30mins of cleaning (after 1.5 hears unable to visit dentist) so lots of work to do but she did it and it was near painless! quite an achievement. I was expecting a lot of painful scraping.
