I would highly recommend this place. I enjoy training with Jacob. He’s professional, patient, friendly, and always encouraging. He’s very good at helping me find my own workout pace. The programs he designed are very goal oriented. And he’s been constantly measuring my progress and adjust the intensity of the workout.
From day one, Jacob took the time to understand my fitness objectives, my limitations, and my preferences. This personalized approach made me feel confident that I was in capable hands. Jacob created a tailored workout plan that not only challenged me but also kept me engaged and motivated throughout our sessions.
I've been coming to P4L for two years and it is a wonderfully welcoming gym with trainers who support your goals. Jacob's guidance has really transformed how look at strength training. He focuses on technique and helps to push you out of your comfort zone. Highly recommend his classes and the gym in general!

I have to say, this team is just awesome! Not only have they helped me lose 27 pounds, but they are constantly educating me on nutrition, various methods of exercise, etc. If you are looking for a boutique gym with a no nonsense approach, then you have found your new home here at P4L.
It’s a great place to do PT sessions. Some days you get the whole gym to yourself with the trainer(which is nice), and some days there are 10+ people with multiple sessions happening, but it doesn’t feel intimidating. Scott is fun, energetic, and a motivating professional trainer.
