Horrible experience! The worst service ever! I went there to buy some running shoes and the girl told me that I had to get this computer test when you run on the treadmill and they get your feet analyzed. She said it was 20$,but if you buy shoes the same day you don't have to pay for it. I decided not to take it and asked her just to measure my feet. After she measured my feet I asked her to recommend me the running shoes (what I meant,show me what they had for my feet),but she said she wouldn't do it because I didn't take the test. I was like: "What do you mean? It's a sports shoe place and my husband got his running shoes here without taking any tests!' She said "I guess your husband knew what he wanted". So according to her I didn't know what I wanted! She said it was the policy of their store and without that test she wouldn't recommend me anything,she was very rude and didn't even try to act nicely. I told her that I would go to a different place in that case and she was like "Ok". She almost kicked me out of the store! I wish I asked her name,but it was Saturday Aug 13,in case the owner of the place would read my review and would know whom I was talking about. This kind of people shouldn't work in customer service.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They analyzed my gait and brought out a couple shoes based on the way I run. Based off my comments on the first two shoes, they brought out about 10 more shoes that all fit great, with slight variations. The staff assisted with the shoes and gave me tips on lacing them. I settled on two shoes that I really liked and they had me run around outside with them to make sure I was comfortable. After picking my favorite, they continued to work with me to make sure the fit was right and I was as comfortable as I could be. They worked hard to stay in my budget and gave me tips on running, why I am feeling pain in one hip, great places to run, equipment, etc. I have been running for about a year and was very thankful for their help. I live out of town, but will definitely be a repeat customer. I've had the shoes for a few days now and my feet and hips have never felt so good while running.

I don't even want to give them even a one star. I went there 5 years ago and did the whole treadmill thing. The owner then put me in some Asics trail running shoes that I've worn ever since. I run every day and know exactly how I run and what works for my feet now. Since then I have had a bunion problem and thought I could try on some Altra's to see if they help. The new owner wouldn't let me even try them on if I wasn't going to go through the whole test thing. I told him I had already done it with the old owner and he then went on to bad mouth the guy. After I tried to politely say no, he told me to come back when I decided to let him help me. He came off extremely rude. I just ordered them on Amazon and if they don't work I'll send them back. I will never go to this store again and I will tell everyone my experience and hopefully he will be out of business soon.

I visited this store last week after having many failed attempts to get the right running shoes for me. The store was not busy which meant that the sales assistant was able to spend more time with me and tailor my experience to my needs. Within a few minutes he knew the exact shoes that would be best for my feet. Without asking me what I had used in the past he fitted me with the newest model of my previous trainers in the right size for me which sadly I can no longer get in the UK. A week later and they feel like my feet are walking on clouds. I cannot thank the sales assistant enough for finding me a pair to suit my needs after three years of agony. The only drawback is they have a very limited range of formal footwear and only one pair of running shoes in my size (I wanted to buy a second pair to keep me going and was disappointed that I couldn't).

I just started running again and needed a pair of real running shoes. Going off of reviews I bought a $170.00 pair of running shoes online. I went for a couple of runs and the new shoes were garbage. I looked up another brand online found shoes that I used to wear and the website said they have a local retailer in town that had the style and size that I needed in stock. Sorry I didn't get her name but the woman in the store was very knowledgeable and told me the brand I purchased before was a good shoe but was not the rite shoe for my running style. If you want to have pain free runs go to performance footwear and talk to them. People buy shoes by looks and not for the mechanics. Go to the store and let them get you the rite pair the first time don't spend $300.00 like I did.

This was probably the best shoe buying experience I've ever had. The two ladies who were working at the time were very knowledgeable about different brands of running shoes and various running styles. They had me run on a treadmill while taking video and then analyzed the way I ran. They then had me try on 10+ pairs of shoes and eventually helped me pick out the perfect pair. They even ordered some pairs in my size that were not in stock at the time, and invited to come back and try those pairs on, giving me the option to exchange my shoes for the new pair if I liked them better. All my future running shoe purchases will be made at this store.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with not only the outstanding service but their amazingly comfortable shoes! We had the pleasure of being assisted by Sarah! She was able to engage, access our needs and make recommendations really showcased her expertise not only on her products but foot/leg/back concerns. I have sciatica and when Sarah put the shoes on my feet and started walking on them, I was able to immediately feel relief of some of the pain on my back, legs and foot! It was so fun to watch her do her thing! We will definitely be taking our kids here to purchase shoes. Keep up the outstanding work Sarah!

Hoka tennis/ hiking shoes, wow, they are beautiful and Serra went above and beyond and laced them up for me so they came ready to wear. Thank you Serra!! Wow, Serra, the store manager is off the charts with shoe knowledge. She will help you get the shoe that is best for you. I'm in foot heaven after visiting her!!! You won't be disappointed

Very disappointed in my experience here. I basically begged to buy shoes from them and could get them to show me anything other than one pair. Went back three times and was told they were ordering more. What a disappointment. I got better service at the outlet mall. Edited to add that the owner is rude and condescending. He's a know it all and doesn't allow you to speak before interrupting you. I can't express my disappointment enough. I so badly wanted to purchase shoes here.

I feel called to write a review for Performance Footwear, because they have always been so kind to me and their service is exemplary. They remember my name when I walk in the door. They're also very knowledgeable about the shoes that they sell. I have flat feet and fallen ankles, and they always know which shoes would support me the most. They honor returns and are just unmatched by any other shoe company in the city. They deserve this review and much more than that.

My sister, nephew and I were looking for school shoes for my nephew. After extremely poor service at other stores and no luck finding him any shoes, extra wide. We went to Performance. Visiting vegas from tampa, feet were killing me, found this store on internet, it was a long drive to get here from Caesars palace. It’s in a small strip Center, Omg this salesman here is the best ever, told him what I wanted, brought 3 pairs of shoes out, I bought 2, these shoes feel so good. It’s so refreshing to encounter sales people that are actually competent and care about what they do. Great job. If you need shoes, this is place to go!!!!

This was my first time here and I loved it! The lady was super nice and she had me run on the treadmill so she could see what to fit me in which was cool I had never been tested before and it turns out I have over pronation as well . I needed new shoes because mine were worn out and I was having bad shin splints. She brought some pairs out and I picked the ones that were the best for me-brooks. Overall it was a great visit!

Most amazing and incredible customer service. Staff took their time with me to educate and find the perfect shoe that’s fit me and my needs! Hip pain that my current shoes were intensifying I switched over to Mizuno! Feels like I’m walking on clouds amazing shoes I will definitely be back and definitely highly recommend performance footwear! Thank you all again for the relief from the pain in my hip.

Great shoe store that takes the time to get to know what type of shoe you need. Stopped in about 30 mins before closing and they had no problem helping me. I was a little bit undecided so thought it over and came back the next day. Their customer service is great and you can tell they truly care. If ever I'm in Vegas again and need some running shoes I would def come here again. I got the Hoka Clifton 9.

Sarah is awesome! My doctor suggested I get fitted for shoes at this store because they are so knowledgeable and I’m pretty sure he was talking about Sarah! I walked into the store in pain with tendonitis and walked out with some newfound comfort and relief. I recommend her and the store for footwear, orthotics, socks, slippers etc... I’m extremely happy with the customer service and selections!

I've been getting my shoes here for three years. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. It's also very convenient to walk in, have them assess your shoes based on what they've tracked in their in-store system, and then recommend based on experience. It's nice to find a store with which you can build a relationship. This is that store.

Love this place! Needed a new pair of good running shoes badly and found this place online. I came in an hour before closing and I was in and out within 20mins. David was awesome and helped me find the perfect pair and even laced up each one we tried. One of the only places that still does a full fitting. Will definitely be back.

my sales associate David was amazing. i had old nike shoes that were not working for me while running. I also have flat feet and needed better arch support. I ended up getting a pair of ‘Brooks’ shoes but i tried on many shoes before that and he was very patient. go here if you’re a runner or are on your feet all day.

Amazing customer service. I never write reviews but I had to for this. They took the time to make sure I got the right shoe for me. I’m still relatively new to running but I can tell a huge difference already with the right kind of shoe.

Shop here for my wife shoes often. She is on he feet 10 hrs a day as a medical lab technician and needs hi quality shoes. Great staff that know their busines and makes the trip almost enjoyable we hate to shop for anything.
