I have worked with Dan and the team at PerformancePro for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are consistently professional and attentive, delivering intelligent and appropriate training which works. They provide a great training environment which is friendly and fun when it needs to be. I have trained with Dan McCarthy for over a year. I had some fractures and so wanted to work on strength, coordination and balance. With Dan you never feel you are working that hard - it’s a build of slow incremental steps which over time build up and now I am much stronger and physically as well as mentally fit.

Perfect combo of physio and then 100% tailored training to suit my goals and recovery. Will makes the plan and sessions stretching but enjoyable, with constant, tangible progress. All in an incredibly professional, yet unintimidating and friendly environment. Literally worth every penny.
Great facility and the coaches really live up to the pro name. Ben specifically has helped me and I can't thank him enough for his knowledge and how much he cares about my results and follow up. If you're wanting expert coaching, this place is worth checking out and give Ben a shout.
Great gym, great location, great trainer! I've trained with Ben for years & he's an excellent PT. Training is varied, he's v reliable & professional. Would def recommend for anyone who wants to train around an injury – we made loads of gains despite my carrying a bad hip for a year.
