We contacted Perry Wellington to provide a quote to paint the exterior of our 100 year old house. The stucco had been painted once before but had not weathered well. The quote was reasonable and better than the others we received. The price included power washing, priming and painting with a high quality paint. Painting the trim was included. The crew that showed up were professional, capable and prompt. The power washing needed to be done 3 times as the old paint had chalked up so badly and could not be cleaned easily. The crew was usually there by 7 AM and the entire painting job was completed within a couple of days. The clean up was meticulous and the only indication that we had work done was the beautiful change of color of our house The only delay we had was due to the weather being so hot that it would be unsafe for the painters to work and the paint would have dried before it hit the walls. I am very pleased with the work, the painters and the price. I was consulted each day as to what was going on and what needed to be done. I was asked to voice any concerns I had and any concerns I did have were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I have recommended Perry Wellington to my friends who were looking to have their homes painted and know that at least one has hired them and has also been pleased with their work. I would hire them again.

Perry Wellington painted the interior walls and ceilings of our 20 year old house. We wanted to hire a professional (but reasonably priced) team because of our vaulted ceilings and cracks. Most of the cracks that concerned us were in the ceilings or walls near ceiling level. We were incredibly happy with the quality of the work and the friendliness, professionalism and speed of the painters. They took pains to patch each and every imperfection, many of which we hadn’t even noticed ourselves, and cleaned up every day. Lloyd, the co-owner/operations manager was intimately familiar with what we wanted and checked in a few times to make sure that we were happy with the process and results. Six months later we experienced some foundation shifting that caused many of the ceiling cracks to reopen. Lloyd brought in a taper and painter to fix and repaint all of the affected areas at no cost to us. He also offered to repaint the entire ceiling area if we felt that the touch-up paint didn’t blend perfectly. We declined that offer since everything looked great, but he said that we could still have that done at no cost later if we changed our minds. The initial job and then the extra work later really was above and beyond anything that we could have hoped for. They do a great job and definitely stand by their work!

We hired Perry Wellington to paint the exterior of the house and do some stucco work in 2020. We selected them among 3 other painting companies because of the overall impression of organizational efficiency, reasonable pricing, and excellent communication. They recommended us to use elastomeric paint and explained the benefits of that product. They were not the least expensive quote we received, but the price was very competitive. From the beginning until the end of the job, they maintained excellent communication, good control of the subcontractors, and adherence to the project schedule. The estimator was honest and very professional. The preparation team (pressure washing), stucco contractor, and painting team arrived on schedule, and perform their work quickly and accurately not causing damage or leaving mess behind. After the winter, the house still looks like it was painted yesterday. Very happy with elastomeric paint too. Snow and rain don’t seem to affect the stucco. It doesn’t get wet any longer. The work has 3 years transferable warranty on labour and 25 years on the paint. If we ever own another house and it needs painting, we will go straight back to Perry Wellington. Excellent experience; highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend Perry Wellington Painting. They made our house painting project a very positive experience. From the initial conversation with Tom to the final inspection with Christian, every single person we interacted with during the project was exceptional. After we received the quote from Rick, he patiently answered every single question we had. Lloyd did a great job of keeping us up to date on the schedule and he was super fast about returning emails. The guys who prepped and painted our house did a fantastic job. They were all very personable and respectful and when they left, we didn’t know they were even here – other than the fact that our house looked waaay better. They took everything with them – including the empty bottles and cans from the water and pop I offered them! Seeing Christian the very next day to do his inspection was very impressive. He offered to fill the holes where the old mailbox and numbers were and re-painted the boards. He was very accommodating. and even talked to my neighbour about a paint problem she was having. She said it was not the answer she was hoping for but she got great advice and totally appreciated the honest answer.

We've used Perry Wellington several times and it's always been a great experience! The combination of Tom in Sales and Lloyd in Operations is a perfect fit! They always do their best to ensure a quality job and our satisfaction always remains at the top of their priority list. The first time we met with Tom was for a quote on a 2000 sq ft commercial space. It included baseboard trim, walls, ceilings, and doorways. He quoted an extremely reasonable price (to be honest, it was the only price we got because we felt it was very fair and we like what they offered).The job was finished in a very short time and after we inspected the job, it didn't need any touch ups (even though Lloyd offered to come down personally and do touch ups). Since then, we've given out referrals, had our home painted on the exterior (brick and stucco) and some interior rooms done as well (patched plaster and painted the entire room incl. ceilings). We are always glad to support a local business and would definitely recommend Tom and Lloyd to anyone we know!

Long overdue review. There was close competition between the companies I looked into for the service, however Perry Wellington Painting came up on top, primarily the customer service and the price. The customer service from beginning to end was definitely the highlight, I was able to communicate with the owners even provided me with their direct numbers and are professional, friendly and receptive to how I wanted the painting done, they also advised me of what fixes were required before the exterior painting begins, and provided background why it is needed. Referred me a carpenter who I also received excellent customer service from. Workers on site were also friendly and professional, once completed the lead supervisor made sure I was content and happy with the end result, and listened to my request for some retouches and sharpening paint lines. Wife and I were very happy with the results. I highly recommend them, there are many more positive experiences, but will drag my review longer. Thank you for your service.

Perry Wellington was excellent - I had a tight timeframe for painting the entire interior of my home, and they fit me in in under three weeks. They were also incredibly friendly and receptive to me - which, as the woman of the house, isn’t always the case! I felt nothing but respect. When I changed my mind on paint halfway through the project, they troubleshooted with me and helped ensure the right paint would be there for the next day to finish the rest of the project. There were some touch-ups required, which they quickly and proactively addressed. The taping job could have been done better, but it was mostly adequate. The entire job also took several days longer than I was originally quoted. However, overall it was excellent value and phenomenal service. I would (and have!) recommend to anyone looking for a painting company.

We hired Perry Wellington to paint the exterior of our home at the end of the season in 2017 for a spring start of the project in 2018. As soon as the weather warmed, we were contacted by Mr. Liontas to complete colour selection (which by the way is very efficient - as long as you can provide the brand name and the colour codes for the paint, they match the selection exactly), and shortly after the work was started. There were several painters on site each day, and the work was done efficiently and with attention to detail. Foundation planting was largely undisturbed and covered to avoid paint splatter. Overall we were very happy with the quality of the work and the efficiency in which it was completed. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

We used Perry Wellington to paint the cedar shakes on the exterior of our second floor. They weren't our cheapest quote but offered great value! Good communication throughout the job, and we're very happy with the final result. A few days after completion of the job we decided we wanted a ceiling painted, and they were able to come back and quickly take care of that for us. All in all, would recommend and would use again.
