Excellent trainer and great person to guide you on your way to building strength. I was already quite fit from yoga and cycling, but I was lacking strength and there was some/considerable room for improvement in the physique department . Jan gave me an excellent initiation into strength training. First by showing me basic outdoor exercises with TRX and bands, which I can now do as part of my home exercise. Then in a gym (once restrictions eased) with machines and weights. What I liked most about Jan is his obsession with the importance of form and focus, both in terms of progress and safety. Jan also showed great judgement in knowing when I was ready to move to the next step, never too early or too late. This doesn't mean he didn't push me hard, he did!!! After 8 weeks of working out with Jan, I noticed considerable improvement in both my physique and level of strength. Even now at home, I am able to knock out several sets of pulls ups and push-ups (before I could barely do any, at least properly). Finally, Jan is a really fun and interesting person to work out with (well as long as I am not getting distracted when I should be focusing on the exercise )
I have learned so much from Jan in the time that we have been working together. I am fitter and stronger than ever before. If you want results and are not afraid of hard work Jan will keep your workouts fun and interesting, whilst pushing you to achieve your maximum potential and keeping you motivated at the same time. Always friendly, always approachable and always there to give you a good kick up the ass should you need it !! Jan has such a passion for Health & Wellbeing and has provided me with invaluable information on diet and lifestyle. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer and/or Lifestyle Coach I would highly recommend Jan.

He is professional, patient and not only that is now a FRIEND, we had nice moments and shared activities after training and i know anytime can contact him and have a conversation in the meantime we do some trainging together or just over a beer. Had a pleasure of trying Jan's traditional Thai massage. I have tried many other ones from other professionals so can honestly compare & give an objective feedback of my overall experience with Jan. I honestly could feel the difference on the next day. Felt much better. Jan knows what he is doing, and was very attentive & professional during the session. Would highly recommend, especially if you suffer with some deep muscle pains & look for a treatment which will last longer.
I went in for a body composition assessment, and Jan helped me whip myself back into shape! I lost almost 8% body fat over a course of 10 weeks, and have never felt better - it's amazing to fit into my old clothes again! :) He's very good at keeping you motivated and accountable and giving personalised guidance on your eating habits in a way that's sustainable, and not just a fad diet. Would recommend to anyone struggling to keep a healthy lifestyle!
I trained with Jan for approximately 5 months. I could not recommend him more highly to anyone who is looking to get fit and understand their bodies and abilities better. Jan is very knowledgeable, a thoroughly nice and easy-going guy, non-judgemental and tailors great work out routines for your ability. I hired Jan as a personal trainer because I wanted to improve my upper body but always found the gym boring and difficult to keep up. Jan made gym work interesting because he explained what we were trying to achieve with each exercise and because he makes you to them correctly, I soon saw the results of my training. The marked improvement in my posture and department was noted on by friends. I heartily recommend him!
I had a Thai massage with Jan and came out feeling like a new person. He has a fantastic understanding of the body and how to use the techniques safely while still getting great results. He is very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend regular sessions with Jan to achieve the best results.

Jan has been an amazing coach to me and has helped recover from a bad injury by giving me specific exercises to take part in. He has helped me become fitter and more energetic with his great sessions. He is a great teacher who is super professional and really knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition.
