I brought my two spaniels to Dr Zainab with a severe skin condition. My female dog Lily had wounds on her lower back from biting too much and both dogs had extremely dry, flaky and irritated skin. I came to her for a second opinion after previous treatment had not shown consistent improvement. They had taken antibiotics and anti allergy amongst other things for treatment. Dr Zainab recommended a course of treatment over multiple months,ranging from medicine to a change in diet and some home remedies which has really helped my dogs condition. Their coats are visibly better, skin is less irritated and Lily is no longer biting her skin and itching as she used to. They are both adult dogs and they do not like coming to the vey. Outside of the treatment she also actively tries to make them comfortable so it becomes easier for me to bring them to the grooming. I have also used their growing and bathing services for my dog. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone as well. Anyone who has ever owned Spaniels knows how important it is to mess up their hair cuts but Dr Zainab always makes them look cute.

If I could give Dr Zainab and Dr Nazar a million stars for their help in bringing my cat from Lahore to France, I would do so. They took responsibility for the research on required paperwork and tests/vaccinations at a very affordable price. They're not just compassionate veterinarians, but very responsible and honest individuals too. They were just as worried for my cat, Subukatageen, as I was during the process and dealt with all associated hiccups, especially issues created by the Animal Quarantine Department (AQD) in Lahore (Zero stars for AQD!!). Dr Zainab continuously checked up with Subukatageen and me while we were on our way here as well (which was very cute! :D ). Needless to say, we left Lahore airport (via Turkish airlines) and entered France with zero problems. I highly recommend their services for regular check-up of pets and for international travel. Dr Zainab is an angel sent from heaven! She takes care of animals like theyre fragile babies I am a regular visitor at Pets Inn for years and have never been let down. Last month my extremely pampered cat Luna got a bad allergic infection. She was boarded at Pets Inn and Veterinary Clinic for a week. Not only was she giving the best treatment, Dr Zainab made sure to give Luna her favourite treats and played cat games for her on her tablet (Luna loves tv). I was really worried at first about leaving her alone as Ive never been away from her but when I went to the clinic to see how Luna was doing, it looked like she was on a holiday having the time of her life❤️ I recommend Pets Inn to all furrbaby owners, whether your cat needs medical treatment or a loving home while you’re away, there is no one who can take better care of them than Dr Zainab

I recently took my beloved 3-year-old male Golden Retriever to Pet's Inn & Veterinary Clinic, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their services. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was well-maintained and clean. My dog was given the best grooming treatment, and he came out looking and feeling like a million bucks! I also got his teeth scaling done by Dr. Zainab, and she did an excellent job. Dr. Zainab was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pet's Inn & Veterinary Clinic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pet grooming and veterinary services.

Always supportive and helpful. Have taken my 6 cats to them, Some in very critical condition. They are very kind towards treatment of rescues and have a great boarding facility. I trust Dr. Zainab with any diagnosis. I personally had a lot of trust issues with a lot of vets before Dr. Zainab, because most of the time my rescues were not given attention by vets. Dr. Zainab has been very accommodating and kind to even one of my most difficult to handle cats. The rest I know that life and death is no one's hand, sometimes our companion animals can't be saved but knowing that the doctor tried their best is what matters. Dr. Zainab loves animals from her heart and the clinic staff is also very kind.

so I left my cat Hazel at pet’s inn and Veterinary Clinic Boarding for three days, firstly they were very accommodating as this visit was unplanned but they were sweet enough too book Hazel a place. My experience with them is better then what I expected, I was being informed about my cat 24/7, and tbh never seen her happier before, it was a mini vacation for her, have used other boarding services as well and regretted but Dr Zainab made sure to make my baby feel at home. Hazel bonded with her Over a very short time period. Now I know a place where I can leave my cat without hesitation.

I visited pets Inn and veterinary clinic to get two of my cats neutered and I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. Dr Zainab made sure to clear all my doubts and took care of my pets like her own. I was a little skeptical about getting my cats neutered at first because I couldn't find someone I could trust with my pets but I could easily trust Dr Zainab the first time I visited her clinic and I'm happy I made the right choice. We were never into pets and one day we rescued stray baby kitten with having lot of issues like stomach upset on and off, not taking meals sometimes and at very small age on heat. Our experience with Dr. Zainab was amazing, she not all took care of all these but also available on petty issues related to pet as how to handle, She guides very well the owners so they can take care of their pets. Allah Pak has given shifa in her hands. Our kitten is very healthy and playful Alhamdulilah. May Allah bless more to Dr Zainab. Highly Highly recommend her if you truly love your pet.

Dr. Zainab and her staff are simply brilliant at the services which they offer. Pets are treated with extreme love and care along with excellent medical treatment. We also availed their "Pets' Hostel" facility and our pet Zoey was left with them for two nights while we were out of the city. By the time we returned, she was so happy there that she barely wanted to leave the place. We were also regularly updated through chat and media about our pet during these days. Certainly a highly recommended facility for people who want their pets to be in safe and professional hands.

I made a move from Islamabad to Lahore 3 weeks ago with my 8 month old Husky , Freyja. My biggest concern while doing so was Freyja adjusting to Lahore. Our male Cat Novu got seriously ill three weeks back...luckily we took him to Dr Zainab's clinic at the last moment and she immediately started his treatment and I can't thank/ praise her and her staff enough for their expertise and caring attitude towards our Novu ...and the support and guidance we were given by Dr Zainab helped us alot in Saving Novu.. I visited pets inn and Veterinary Clinic for spaying a stray cat . The compassion they have for animals is extraordinary. After spaying they took the responsibility of after care for few days. Released the cat after 10 days of surgery. I am very happy with the service. Few days after that i found a kitten in rain . Baby was shivering and had fever. Dr Zainab treated that kitten with utmost care.From cleaning to medication. Someone adopted that happy and healthy kitten after. Very friendly, helpful and clean environment for animals.

I got my cat's neuter done from kamra n ik month tk woh kharab raha n thek ni howa..i got back to lahore n got it reoperated from her. my male cat ( Babbluu) having sever vomit & coughing a month ago. i came with him at Pets Inn and vetneray clinic for general checkup. Dr. Zainab diagnosed him chest infection with kidney fungal infection. She started his treatment quickly with weekly update and checkup. And now there is no vomit, sneezing & coughing after the treatment and Babbluu is healthy and active too . thanku so much Dr. Zainab u did a lot for us !!! ALLAH Bless u.

We came at "Pets inn and veterinary clinic" for second opinion because my cat was having vomit issues since 3-4 months and he got a lot of symptomatic Treatment before but he didn't feel better. Dr Zainab diagnosed him kidney dysfunction. She immediately starts his treatment and After 3 weeks Alhamdulillah My Cat (Alpha) is doing well and there's no vomit observed after the treatment started and he is active now. All Thanks To Her ❤️

Got my tomcat neutered by Dr Zainab. I must say she is expert in her field and is quite empathetic and humble. Unfortunately my cat's case was little complicated and we had few days in Lahore to get done with procedure as we traveled all the way from Balochistan. Well i think i should take a moment and tell everyone about how efficient and perfect i found this dr and clinic. Week ago my cat suddenly behaved abnormally and dr zainab diagnosed his problem on time and treated him so well. I am fully satisfied with her. She is amazing and her concerned about pets is commendable. Always reply on time and suggests whats good for pet.

I went to Petsinn since 2022, My Cat (Shairoo) had a corneal opacity with svere conjunctivitis and the staff started the treatment and it went very smooth.
