I reckon the true test of great customer service is how companies respond when things go wrong. I have used Pet Circle for a number of years and ordered a large bag of pet food for our dog. While it always arrives pretty quickly (which is great), this time the bag was split and some of the contents had spilled out. I contacted them by email (with a photo of the split bag) and within 30 minutes they had contacted me back by email and a phone call to apologise and offer me several options to refund or replace the whole bag. I chose a store credit because with that sort of service I'm confident I'll keep buying from them, knowing that if things occasionally go wrong, I'll be well looked after. Terrific response by this business - thank you!

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Delivery is a nightmare! I specifically put a note on my order to deliver Monday to Friday but when was it delivered? a Saturday. After I received notification it was out for delivery on Saturday I contacted them to ensure it was not delivered Saturday as it is my work address and no one will be there until Monday. It is a busy area so it's quite possible it will get stolen. Pet Circle only use chat on a Saturday so I could not speak to anyone. Still not resolved after contacting customer service twice! Last time I will be using them. Not worth all the stress!

I have been a recurring order customer for my food and flea/heartworm treatments for my dogs with Pet Circle for almost 10 years. They are amazing! They price match, delivery is always on time and they have the best customer phone service and online vet help. I needed food urgently delivered when I broke my foot and ran out of food earlier than expected. They organised a next-morning delivery for me and also sent a gift of puzzle books to keep me busy while recovering. I always feel like a valued customer with their over-and-above customer service. Used Pet circle a few times. Last order I bought a Eheim vac it failed after two uses. Was sent a switch (looked used and worse than the original) to try and it still didn't work. Pet Circle then asked me to send it to their supplier. So currently no Vac and out of pocket on shipping. Support is shockingly poor. An Australian company should understand the warranty laws but these guys are flouting it. Never had such poor service. They don't even have a complaints form and ask you to e-mail.

Pet Circle has always had good prices, fast delivery and a really easy to use website and notifications for setting up auto delivery. When our dog passed away recently, I was helped by a really lovely customer service rep David - he was so kind and understanding on the phone as I was really sad. He helped me sort out what to do with the final delivery that was not going to be needed, cancelled my auto deliveries and then sent a handwritten card. I couldn't ask for more.

Order since 13 Oct 2023 and pick fast (one day) delivery but no one delivered my stuff. Anyway customer service is nice but they still don't know where's my parcel. They offered the replacement but I don't know how long I'm going to wait for it. So I decided to cancel my orders on 18 Oct as I still get nothing. I have to wait for 2-5 business day for the financial institution to clear the funds back to me. That's my journey in 6 days and get nothing

This review is for Pet Circle online. I had ordered some cat litter on a Sunday and I received my order Monday. I could not believe how fast delivery was, not to mention check out was smooth and efficient. This place was one of the few places I found to carry Tidy Cats cat litter, however they seem to have sold out as I no longer see it on their site. I truly hope they import some more in as the other cat litter brands quite literally suck.

I have been ordering with them for over a year now. Very convenient ordering experience and effective delivery service. I only had issue with my order once, which is not even their fault, and their customer service (Marie) got back to me on the very second day and provided a feedback to my satisfaction. I’m glad that I have found such a trust worthy online pet shop. They are definitely worthy of my loyalty.

I honestly have not dealt with a better online company as yours. When I received the recall notice for the product I used, not only was it an easy process to receive credit for my recent orders for this product, but Pet Circle gave us a generous discount for another product. Just seeing your branded trucks around our neighbourhood gives me such additional confidence.

Spoke to Ellie this morning to place an order over the phone. Ellie was so helpful, friendly and lovely to speak to. As with all the staff I have never had a bad experience and always first class customer service over nearly 5 years that I have been dealing with them. Well done Pet Circle.
