We ordered a dog grate on March 19 and was advised the item would be delivered April 1-4. The item has not been received so the tracking number was cross-checked and the advice was the item was delayed. PetJoint use Aramex as their courier so they were contacted. They advised that the item was received in their Perth Depot on April 7 however they were attempting to locate it before they can advise when it would be delivered. I queried that with the current technology available, locating the item should not be an issue. Aramex replied saying that they distribute thousands of items and this creates problems. Isn't this a key part of their business? Aramex still cannot advise when the item will be delivered. For us this is important as we have to transport a 6 month old dog where the grate is an important part of the plan. Therefore PETJOINT have failed in their key requirement of supply and deliver. Pet Circle use Australia Post and we don't have the same issues with their supply and deliver offering as they normally deliver on plan and if not will advise rescheduled date. Suppose that provides an indication on what choice we should make next time? [Covid has been affecting some of the delivery areas in Perth however our area is not one of the nominated areas!]

Good quality products, fantastic customer service & great prices. Ajay was extremely helpful when the shipment for our 2 x XXL crates was delayed. We had two new Rottweiler puppies at home & were desperate to get them in their crates. Ajay kindly lent us a display one from the warehouse until our order arrived. We also bought an XL Pet Enclosure Playpen. Late review but super happy with all our purchases almost 3 months on. Thanks so much Ajay & team.

Recently bought Large Wooden Dog Kennel With Balcony Crate from Pet Joint for my new Kelpie pup and couldnt be happier. Easy to put together and has everything we need to keep puppy and owner happy. Especially love the storage in the roof which has come in real handy. Good value for money, would hightly recommend. Pup is still small enough to fit through the bars but will grow into it soon enough!

Ordered and received my dog kennel within a week and I am very happy with it. Instructions are clear and materials are easy to put together. The customer service provided is extremely good and helpful and they were able to answer any questions I had. Responses to emails are quick. Highly recommended for dog kennel purchases.

Ajay the owner was very helpful. Quality of the play pen and crate was terrific. I would recommend petjoint anyday. Best prices, best quality, great service and lots of variety.... We looked for the products at other shops like petbarn, petstock etc... but the quality and the price was not as good as petjoint.

It's just a factory for pick up. Don't expect a store front at all and there is no display, but for online orders it's a great store to get pet enclosures from at a very reasonable price. If you're handy with a screwdriver I'd definitely recommend

Service was excellent!! Delivered same day metro melbourne only 4 hours after ordering. Good price for a great product. We needed a high dog panel set for our climbing 15 wk old Staffies so they can’t get to stuff.

Really fast delivery and great customer service. The product definitely seems heavier and more sturdy than what you'd get at the pet stores and I love that I can wheel it around to different parts of the house.

If you like to waste too many days arguing,constantly on the phone and being told false information and blaming the delivery company,etc,etc than this is company for you. Not at all Impressed...

There was a problem with a product after the voluntary warranty period had ended, and staff within minutes (after hours) were very attentive and reasonable in helping me deal with the problem.

I Have experienced that worst service from this store. its been two weeks and I still do not have my dog crate. its paid for. suppose to come by courier. still do not have it. NOT HAPPY

Warehouse and small front showroom have limited tems but heaps of stock but at great prices with friendly helpful staff/owner.
