2 years ago, I posted a low star review. 4 times, the response to my review by the business has been changed. The most recent time was just 2 hours ago. All of the replies have attacked my character. I can honestly say I have no idea why a business and the individual who runs the business, would be so angry with their lot in life that they feel the need to call me names, 2 years after I wrote a review, which merely said they were too expensive. 2 years! Not only that, but they have also attacked my work place, three times, for no reason, other than they are presumably still angry. They physically entered the premises and waited for me outside the premises 2 years ago and today wrote libellous statements about my workplace, right here in Google reviews. Pet Pantry's products are lovely, I have never said otherwise, but they are expensive. Please go and buy their products, but know that they are very angry people and may say horrible things about you and your workplace and continue to do so for years. Also, in case you're wondering, my original review used an abbreviated version of Cockney rhyming slang, to more politely say 'taking the p**s' (with their prices). The angry man who owns this shop was offended by my use of this phrase and even though I apologised (2 years ago) and told him then, explicitly, that I meant no offence by using that phrase and that my intention was only to exclaim about the exorbitant prices of some items, he still continues to harangue me with libel statements made on a very public forum. Unfortunately for him, I have now been encouraged to write a much more lengthy review, which will likely mean that my review will now come top of the list when people view the reviews for this business. I won't likely change my review to a simple star rating until the reply comments are changed.

Best products, knowledgeable friendly dog loving staff. I have always bought top quality food for my 8th mth old Cavoodle. She was a fussy eater and had no interest in food since day one (somedays she wouldn't even eat). That all changed when we started a month ago buying all her meals and treats from Pet Pantry. She gets so excited when it's meal time, we even had to buy a slow feeder because she eats it so fast. I'm happy to pay a premium price ($4 a day = meals & treats.. less than my daily coffee) as I know I'm getting incredible quality, the best food for my puppies health and it makes her so HAPPY! My dogs health and happiness is #1

I've bought treats and food for my pup from this shop a few times now. They've always been incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a great range of food and treats. I mainly just grab some treats and additions for my dog's meals rather than buying all their meals but you could definitely do that. I''l keep coming back because of the friendly staff and because my dog loves their stuff.

I first visited the store in Port Melbourne and visited this store in Elwood that's closer to my location. Not sure why other reviews complain about pricing when no one is forced to purchase here. It's a fun place to visit and no hassle to decide on fur babe gifts and treats. I also highly recommend the store in Port Melbourne.

Exorbitant prices for the same stuff you can get for the fraction of the price from other small business owners online. On another note, my dog almost choked on the dried kangaroo tails as the pokey end went down her throat. Lady at the cashier has zero customer service skills other than taking your money.

I just can’t get past the pricing. 3+ kilos of salmon fillets from a supermarket or 1kg of salmon skins for same price. You decide. The owner tracks you down to your place of work to coerce you to change your review if he thinks it’s less than favourable. If I could give zero stars I would.

I walked by this shop by chance and I’m so glad I did. The lady was super friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful regarding my pet dog. She taught me so much and I can’t wait to try out all the treats and food I bought to my . I’ll definitely be back!!! …

OMG! I've studied animal nutrition for years and always bemoaned the difficulty in sourcing great pet foods. Well...no more. This place is unbelievable. They CLEARLY know what they're doing and the lady Anne was a delight. I'll be back. 10/10 guys! ❤

Good variety and I was happy to pay a bit more to support a smaller, local business, but they don’t really accept cash unless you have basically the right money.

Got some stuff for my teething puppy, got a few things recommend from the shop owner and he was right about everything, she’s loved everything so far!

I love this store and so does my dog!! The owners are full of knowledge and I love the variety of food and treats that my dog is loving.
