Can't say enough about this place!! The first time we went in when they first opened we were amazed at the stock and staff ☺️. We haven't shopped anywhere else since!! They have it all. They make it easy on my pocketbook and our pups are extremely spoiled and they love going inside and picking out their own toys/treats!! It's clean and always organized and it's local, like family when you walk in the door!! Go see them & oh yeah, they have a self wash dog center you just bring your dog, use their products (which smell great), they clean up. Your Welcome LOL

I came in with my father a couple nights ago to pick up some fish for our new tank. A worker named Justin came over to help us with prices because there are tags missing and to help pick some fish for us but we could tell he didn’t know much about the different types. He was struggling to catch the fish and he got very aggravated and frustrated. After a long wait he made me hold the bag so he could put the fish in and he spilt water on my clothes. He later told me he was a manager and i am taken away with how unprofessional this store is.

Really great place to shop! They have a bunch of great deals and they’re rewards program is really easy and really gives back to you! They also always have a coupon on fridays! Ive been shopping here since these guys first opened and came to their grand opening had ever since them i no longer shop at petco or petsmart ! They have a way better variety of products at a way better price than petco or petsmart does! The staff is really really friendly and supper helpful and knowledgeable as well! 10/10 recommend this place

We just went to pet supplies plus and loved our experience! We accidentally went in 30mins after they closed (unknowingly!!) and the staff were nothing but friendly, helpful, and loving toward our puppy! They took extra time to assist us, offer treats, and suggestions. We didn’t know until after we left that they were already closed, their attitudes never made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. We saw 4-5 employees and each were awesome to us! We will be going back soon (during business hours lol)

We absolutely *love* our groomer Kristi at Pet Supplies Plus! She is patient, kind, treats you and your pets as if you are her only client. In other words, she listens sincerely to each client and makes sure we are both on the same page in terms of what we’d like for our dogs. She asks many questions and both my dogs have grown to feel quite comfortable and safe with her. She is *outstanding*!!! So affordable too!! How blessed to have her in Kingwood!!!

Brand new in Kingwood and they are out of stock on so many items that I wonder how long they will last. Went in Saturday and it's the second time they did not have my dog's food brand and they had a special on some Chuckit balls with BYGOF but they only had one on the shelf. I asked if I could get it for half price and the manager said no, he could only take 20% off.

I would give higher rating, but shelves are always low on merchandise. I have been to other Pet Supply Plus stores fully stocked. Tuesday is the lowest supply day. They do a great job of lining one row of cans to make it look full, but you can't get a shrink wrapped dozen cans of many of the wet foods. Neighbor loves diy grooming service.

So glad this company moved to Kingwood. They have great stuff for all of my pets (dog, cat, bird, and hamster). Been getting my dog food from them for years but always had to drive out to 99. The animals arein great condition and many of them are friendly and socialized already. I highly recommend this pet store.

Honestly super excited about this place. Specifically the dog wash area. Tons of options for treats, CBD, and so much more. You can also buy fish, birds, hamsters, and we saw ferrets. This will definitely be replacing our long drive to petsmart. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I went there 3 weeks ago to get Aspen chips and left with 2 White Tree frogs instead. They are thriving well and loving their new home. The staff was super friendly and cared about the animals. The bugs they sell look nice and healthy. Unlike their competitors. Thank you for my new babies

Love their petwash station as it has two large dog and one small dog that is perched higher than the others. The vacuum is amazing and works wonders on thick coats. Personnel are always friendly. Pricer items but comes handy in a pinch. Def invest in the 40$ dog wash membership

I had visited the store twice before today & both times the store was clean & the staff was super helpful. Today was a sad return as my 12 year old Natasha passed away on the 11th. They took the return & were very sympathetic. Would rate 10 stars if possible.

I'm so glad that I found this store. The staff are so friendly and the prices are good. Other customers are also very kind to each other. The atmosphere is not slick and shiny but I'm not buying artwork, I'm taking care of my canine companion.

This was my first time in the store and I was amazed at the selections they had. The staff was very courteous and pointed me in the right direction for what I was looking for. I will definitely shop here again for all my fur baby supplies.

Awesome store, super nice people! My wife and I take our German Shepherd puppy here every few weeks to get her nails trimmed. The ladies in the grooming area are always so welcoming and sweet to our pup. 10/10 would highly recommend them.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have noticed they tend to get low on inventory more often then I would expect, specifically on Purina pro plan wet cat food. They have a good rewards program and run good specials.

Friendly and helpful associates. Lots of hard to get and whole food items for dogs, cats and smaller animals. I have not seen any live pets for adoption. Grand opening is Saturday, July 16th and Sunday, July 17th.

Staff was helpful but still new. Tracy in grooming was very helpful. Did a great job on grooming my dog. Very good with the animals and knowledgeable. I am very happy and will continue to bring my dogs here.

This is a great place to buy pet supplies ! There are some great sales going on right now on new Christmas toys and snacks . Also , the employees are friendly .

We were so pleased with the grooming of our Miniature Australian Shepard by Ally at Pet Supply in Kingwood. Her grooming of him perfectly fit our expectations.

They had a huge variety of everything. Alot of different types of food and treats not carried at petco and petsmart. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Super friendly staff and good selection. My only wish is that they had a pharmacy. If this were to happen, I'd have no reason to go to the big stores.

They don't keep in stock the 12 pound bag of dog food that I usually get. I had to get the 4 pound bag which is way more expensive. Disappointed.
