The cruelty of some people is astonishing. On that fateful Friday, I brought my three precious puppies and their mother to the vet, hoping for help. One of my pups was already sick, so I pleaded for them all to receive treatment, including their loving mom. The world shattered when I returned home to find two of my puppies gone, their lives extinguished after the very treatment meant to save them. I'll never forget that one of those lost souls had been healthy and full of life before the vet's touch. The pain was beyond words, but I mustered the strength to bring the sole remaining pup and their grieving mother back the next day, a sorrowful Saturday. They were treated outside, and I was asked to wait beside them. As I waited for my ride, raindrops started falling, each one mirroring my heart's heavy tears. I couldn't let them be drenched, so I took them inside the vet's shelter. But there, a woman, void of compassion, told me to leave with my dogs, disregarding the pouring rain. She coldly opened the door and ordered us out, saying my dog will contaminate her environment, the gesture dripping with disrespect and indifference. I was broken by the inhumanity of her actions, yet I complied, staying in the rain with my dogs. This heartbreaking encounter marked my first and last experience with PET TOWN. A week that had already brought me to my knees, losing two pups in one day, and now this woman's heartlessness added to the unbearable weight. I can't, in good conscience, recommend Pet Town to anyone after what I endured. The mother dog underwent the Pavo test that same Friday, which she took twice and was concluded by PET TOWN. The results came back as negative. Additionally, I made sure she was up-to-date on all her vaccine shots and brought along her pet card as evidence. So, I must admit that I'm a bit confused about the term "inconclusive" that was used to describe the situation. It was disheartening to be asked to wait outside in the rain for my ride. Your emphasis to “I came as a first time client” gives PET TOWN enough reason to treat me better! No justification to this, the act was inhuman and disheartening and it’s an experience I will never forget! I was walked out to the rain with my beloved pets. Isn’t this inhuman ?
I brought my dog for her routine checkup and deworming, and to restock on her food and I could see the attention and care given to all the pets there. While I was there, I saw other dogs being groomed and I was impressed by the professionalism and care given to the animals. My dog was not left out, as well. She was promptly treated and checked, and I was given advice and follow up medicine. There are trained, knowledgeable veterinarians and other animal care specialists at the clinic, and it is clear that they know their onions. The place also has a shop with a wide range of quality supplies for almost any popular kind of pet, including food for all life stages and animals, grooming and potty training materials, toys, snacks, chains, leashes, collars, cages and many more. They also have actual pets for sale — there were a number of parrots and cats at the store for sale I’d recommend this place to any pet owner or potential pet owner. Whether you have had multiple pets, or it’s your first one, or you want to get a pet, you can enter and have all your concerns addressed.
My cats and I love Pet Town. They have excellent service and are always willing to help. I think their best service to me is their reminders. I’m mostly busy and I forget my vet appointment but they make sure to remind me a day before or same day. My cats are also very passionate characters but they’re treated with care whenever we visit the vet.
Took my rabbit here on some health concerns, the vet doctor prescribed and administered some drugs. However I wasn't impressed by the doctor's response as it didn't appear to reflect the concerns I raised. Unfortunately the rabbit died a few hours later
The environment was neat, the staff were respectful and pleasant, their customer service is top quality. They sell pet food, pet toys, pet cage/bag, pet collar and chain. They're veterinarians (Vet).
A great place to take your pets. I like how all the staff have an almost personal relationship with each animal that walks through their doors. Keep up the good work please …
