Hi nice place but if you people think of opening a shop in verlam it will be of great help please and the mean problem is there is no pet stores in verlam and due to that if you people are kind and really love animals please as soon as possible open a pet store in verlam bird products are hard to get and many birds die due to this and it is hard to come from verlam to phoenix thank you.

Bought a hamster and when I took it out of the box it had injured back leg tried calling the shop no answer when I tried to enquire if it's natural coz it's so small the guy denied selling me the hamster injured and was very rude

The customer service was friendly and helpful. The products we needed were in stock and at a good price. The store was well kept,organized, and clean. The children loved seeing the rabbits, fish, birds, and hamsters.

Called in for assistance, was rushed off the phone. Not helpful, limited information, no telephone etiquette. Really disappointing.

Standards has dropped ever since change of location stuff is clueless and live stock is not kept well
