Staff are very friendly and nice, however what I hope is an honest mistake did result in my cat becoming quite unwell. My cat has severe inflammatory bowel disease and so far there is only one food on the market that she will willingly eat and does not cause vomiting and diarrhoea. Recently I had huge difficulty sourcing this anywhere online or in store. I enquired at Pet-O if they knew when the supply issues might be resolved - the staff member I spoke told me the manufacter had changed the name of the food to something else but kept the formula the same. After researching and noticing the nutritional analysis was different and the line of food they told me had replaced the Sensitive was not reccomended for cats with IBD, I realized this didn't seem right, but did believe them that the Sensitive line was discontinued or at least no longer available as I could not source it anywhere. As a result, i went home and purchased over $100 worth of a different IBD-friendly food from PetCircle in hopes it would be ok for my cat. 3 weeks of intermittent explosive diarrhoea later, along with vet visits, metronidazole and probiotics, I see that the Sensitive line is now available again. It took just one call to PetCircle who credited all my remaining intact boxes of food and put the credit towards the food that I know works for my cat, all shipped in the same afternoon. The best part is they did not ask me to return the unused boxes, instead asking me to donate them to a local animal shelter which is just amazing. Although this was a stressful time, I firmly believe we all make mistakes and despite the misinformation, the staff were kind, friendly and understanding which does go a really long way, so much so that I went back to the same Pet-O store and purchased over $150 of the food my cat needed when I saw it was available there again. I will however go straight to the manufacturer in future with any questions about difficulty sourcing this product.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly. There is a young girl who was so helpful when it came to dog food and storing soft dog food after to avoid it getting spoilt. On another occasion she also helped me bring the dog food into my car parked nearby (as I had my dog with me and was holding another product in my hand so no hands free). Another time one of the guys was very knowledgeable on dog beds that are hard to destroy - he did not try to force me to buy any products as what was in store at the time was not the best for strong chewers (my dog has destroyed several of her own beds previously). Overall, this is a great store with a good variety of products and friendly helpful staff. Cleo also loves coming in to get pets and treats from the staff. The staff have all been very lovely to my dog.

Outdoor, DIY dog wash. Warm water, soap and conditioner, flea and tick wash, rinse and blowdry - $10 for 10 mins - bloody brilliant. So simple to use, needs two people - one to wash, one to turn the dial to the next move in the cycle. Bring a couple of towels too. Fantastic service open 24/7 …

I love their patience, loyalty, knowledges and politeness every time I do my shopping there. They go way out of their way to help me ,and if not sure!! They wouldn't hesitate to get help from the other staff, and that makes my life much easier and saves my time and expenses. Thank you, guys …
