PetSmart in Mississauga, Ontario - the Lakeshore and Heartland location are grrreat!!! Brooke from Mississauga Lakeshore groomed our dog today (Nov 10, 2023) including trimming and grinding our dog's nails, softening our dog's pads as well as bathing and brushing etc. and I must say that we are delighted with the results. Our poor pooch could not be bathed for several months due to cruciate ligament surgery aka TPLO surgery. A such, she was in need of a good bathing and brushing even though I brushed her regularly. Brooke was amazing and ensured our dog did not slip or slide about and took excellent care of our dog. We drive 3+ hours to Mississauga to get our dog groomed there because the groomers in Mississauga know their stuff. We have been getting our dog groomed at PetSmart since she was 3 months of age back in 2018 then there was a lull when PetSmart shut down for a while during the height of the pandemic. But once they reopened we were back at PetSmart again. PetSmarts in Edmonton, AB and Mississauga, ON etc. have proven the value of their pet grooming services. But in my experience the Owen Sound PetSmart is seriously lacking on many fronts not least of which is the groomer's poor customer service and so, while it is so very much closer to us (45 minutes) we would much rather drive to Mississauga (3+ hours) and get quality grooming without fuss. So if you live near Mississauga, ON then I highly recommend Brooke at the Lakeshore location. I have also had our dog groomed at the Heartland location in Mississauga and was well pleased. The 137 St. location in Edmonton, AB was great too and we were sorry to see Grayden, our favourite groomer move on but he was moving into an entirely different career so we could only wish him well. PetSmart has a variety of grooming services for every budget and need.

Always wondered. The place has everything you need for your special family members and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Miss Molly and EJ love going there we get all our neighborhood dog friends gifts for bday Halloween and Christmas.... EJ is a very special popular dude and his new little sister is getting to party and spend time with all the human and animal friends.... Our yard is a leash free for all friendly pets. Thanks for everything and your prices are as good as it gets. I am so happy to see your adoption program is such a success. Keep you the amazing work you do for all of us

Our first grooming experience at PetSmart Port Credit was AMAZING. Jess is so friendly, and for Odin it was love at first sight! He instantly gravitated to her positive, yet calm energy like they were long lost friends and that's so important to us as puppy parents. Aside from the pleasant interaction, the groom was nothing short of fabulous. We couldn't be happier with it! Jess has lots of experience with doodles. We're so impressed. Odin will be back!

Lexi in training is the best! Big shout out to her, she makes my puppy feel so comfortable even though he’s a challenge for sure, offering different options and ways to train him. We had to leave the class because he was barking at other dogs and she came to us and offered different options of training and just connected with him. Loved that! All the staff is friendly and always ready to help, love this Petsmart!

Awesome grooming service from a very pleasant young lady, who took the time to trim Hunters nails correctly. I was a walk in, but am a regular customer. The staff throughout the store are friendly and knowledgeable! The prices need to come down, inflation is killing us! Also, the loyalty program needs to improve. It takes far to long too accumulate points. More points equates to more customer purchases.

Absolutely amazing PetSmart location. I have adopted two beautiful, amazing and lovely kittens from them. The staff are perfectly crommulent and so friendly. They offer all pet related items and accessories you can think of, and then some! I bought an absolut unit of a cat tree for my 3 kittens and they have such a great time with it. I will always go to PetSmart for all my pet needs.

I always love coming to Petsmart for my grooming. The workers really connect with my dogs and give them affection to help make their experience smoother. Typically, if you ask for a certain style they usually deliver. Only once I’ve received a cut I didn’t like as much, but they rectified the concern as best as they could which I appreciated. I’d recommend to friends

This is Paco, I bought him from petsmart 3 years ago, healthy and filled with life. The quality of service as this establishment was fantastic. Everyone in there loved animals and was willing to help with any questions I may have had in regards to Paco or any future animal I was going to get. I come here for everything.

All staff here have gone out of there way to be welcoming and friendly but we absolutely love Heather she provided so much wisdom and experience when we purchased our adorable budgie Mango. She was so knowledgeable and truly cares about the animals and there owners. Thank you Heather for all that you do!

Petsmart is the bomb. They are always there to greet you with a smile, sadly I can't see their smiling faces due to the COVID-19 BREAK OUT. They always greet my German Shepherd Opal and always offer her a treat. Keep smiling Petsmart Mississauga Lakeshore location!

Great PetSmart, well organized and clean. Good selection and variety even a few small pets and cats for adoption. A little "warehousey" in vibe with the tall shelf aisles but has everything you need and the staff was very helpful bringing heavy bags to my car.

Manager helped us replace a broken water bottle for our daughter’s hamster cage at no charge with zero hassle. We’ve also had great experiences in the aquarium section over the years. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable without exception!

This is a pretty nice Petsmart. All pet related stuff to food, accessories, grooming, adoptions & animal purchases. I bring my pet here bc she enjoys the walk and gets her services done. Staff are animal people so they help out if need

Had a delivery expected from this location, it was cancelled same-day with absolutely no information or update provided (just received a text saying 'sorry your order is cancelled'). It's been a few days now, with still no update

I’ve been coming here for years. Even though Petsmart Oakville is closer, I prefer coming to this one. The service they give to my furry one (bath and hair cuts) are really good. And the people here are very friendly.

Great location with friendly staff. We take our boy to get groomed here and have not been dissatisfied, they do great work! The store offers a great selection of products that can meet many of your pets needs

Nice clean store, with friendly staff members. Their small animal selection was kinda of sparse as well as cats for adoption. I scored a really colorful half moon male Betta fish here.

Come here to get my dog and cat groomed. Wide variety of stuff including mealworms for geckos. They are also an adoption centre for cats and bunnies.

Such a wonderful team of groomers! Oscar loves coming for his spa days. Also the personalized report card is a wonderful and unique touch.
