I wonder if all of the Petsmart staff comprehend and apply the AODA in accommodating people with invisible disabilities because the young blonde lady with long hair, who assisted me yesterday between the time of 5:30pm-6pm in the cashier checkout (Jan 2), lacked customer service and critical thinking skills. Imagine that I have only interacted with her for less than 4 minutes and my experience was very upsetting. The payment division she made in my receipt was even incorrect when I asked her to separate payments of my purchases. I was still packing my purchases in my bag when she had already called in the next person in line to come to the cash. So the next customer was only 3 inches away from me while I was still packing my items. This staff: -didnt implement/ promote the social distancing safety measures to protect me and the other customer as she had already called the other customer to come to her when I was still in the cash packing my purchases -didnt respect me in that case as she didnt wait until I am done removing the items in the cash for packing (I have rheumatoid arthritis and this is affecting my capacity to lift or move things, so this is my invisible disability) I do appreciate how she helped me locate our reserved bird cage but I wish she was patient enough and genuine, and smart to assess the situation on how to apply her customer service and critical thinking skills. She shouldnt rush any customers at all. A lot of seniors go to this wonderful location so I wish they do not ever have the same rushed experience as I did. You know all of us should be kind to each other and this simple act is not very difficult to execute. This staff is still young and it really doesnt matter if she is a senior staff or even the supervisor, but she still needs a lot of pointers or reminders to improve her life skills.

Worst pet smart ever. Wish I could give zero stars. We bought so many toys from here for our teething puppy and he destroyed some of them in a day and some of them didn’t last even over a week. One of the toys plastic got stuck in his mouth and he could’ve choked we had to literally get it out of his throat. When we were getting these toys the employee never told us that he would be able to destroy them or that it’ll break so easily she simply told us that they’re really durable and suit best for our puppy considering the fact that he’s teething and is only 3 months (1 month old when we got the toys). When we went today to talk to the cashier about this situation she called the manager who was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let us complete our sentence she was constantly interrupting us saying that I will not be returning these. She also just threw the toys on the table and said no toys are dog proof and also left in the middle of the situation since she was completely avoiding facing the problem. We even told her how the employee said that there was this returning policy if we weren’t satisfied which was also written on some of the toys and she completely avoided that part. We do understand that some toys don’t suit puppies but the employee should’ve told us that instead of giving us a guarantee that he won’t be able to break them and that they are durable. Instead we got these extremely durable toys from PetValu that our puppy loves and have lasted quite long and are still going pretty strong. I’d recommend going to another Petsmart or trying other toys stores like PetValu since this one has rude staff and extremely poor customer service.

I enrolled my 6 month old puppy in the beginner puppy classes. I did like the instructor Avery she was very nice, approachable and patient with the dogs this was the only reason I gave this review three stars. The course itself I would rated it only 2 stars. I found the course curricullum for my puppy wasn't advanced enough and what was taught in class was far too repetitive and basic.  We were given a booklet at the beginning of the course and a lot of material was not covered during this 6 week course and the final class was only a half hour. I found when we were given homework the following class it wasn't covered the next class and when I mentioned it the next week in fact the task was never covered. The training area is too small you break out to practice in the aisles of the store which is counterproductive so regardless of the curriculum it really doesn't allow the dogs to fully perform the required tasks to their full potential most of what is covered in the book can't be done until you get home to their own environment. My only takeaway from this course was I was able to expose my puppy to other dogs and people and was very pleased with her focus and manners. If you are a brand new dog owner or someone who just wants a refresher I would suggest looking elsewhere for a larger training facility. I won't be enrolling in any more classes. A tip to the new dog owner I found a lot of helpful information on YouTube and downloading puppy books from the Toronto library.

I used to use this company for all my pets needs/supplies, grooming and doggy daycare and after the way I was treated today at Kennedy commons location I will never step foot in one of these establishments again. I highly don’t recommend this location the people who work there have no respect for their customers and no regard for how they speak to them! I can’t imagine trusting these people with my dog ever again after seeing how they handle the customers. It’s sad, you just lost a regular, Pet Valu here I come!!!!! Thank God theres one within 1km!!

Patti was the cashier. She was a slightly older lady with a very positive attitude. She was kind and helpful assisting me at the cash register not once but twice. She was pleasant both times and gave my dog a lot of attention as well. We both enjoyed our experience and would return to this location given she was so pleasant, kind, helpful and shared comments about her own turtle and talked to my little dog as if she truly cares about pets. She was a lovely lady who deserves recognition as she was pleasant to everyone! She was working really hard the entire time I was in the store. She was able to multitask and then cash out customers with questions about fish purchase, assist buy online pick up in store person there to pick up and cash out the next customer while another was waiting to speak to a manager. She did a fantastic job handling the busy line both times and absolutely deserves recognition for a job well done in a very long line and busy store ….she was one of the hardest workers I’ve seen at PetSmart!

i was just in there and i really only needed to buy dog food, and they said they couldn’t do tap on the machine they were using cause it wasn’t working and because it was the only register open, so they couldn’t accept tap. which was all i had at the time as i just got off work. the young blonde girl at the register offered to hold the stuff overnight but i even told her, i just needed the dog food today because i’m out and all other pet stores are already closed. i was even buying a different brand from the one my dog is used to, but i was desperate. she said she couldn’t do it because it’s the only register open. i would understand if the issue was with the machines overall, but as somebody who’s worked as a cashier and as a supervisor of cashiers, it’s not hard to just use another till if one’s not working, especially if the persons not paying cash. it’s beyond easy. weird and lazy service. and my dog still needs food just btw if you’re seeing this sis.

The worst service ever. I had a question but they had no one working on the floor, they only had one cash and one person working in the training area. I had to wait 20 mins for the guy at the training area to be done with the dogs to get my answer. Another time, I needed to return a bed I just bought, but I couldn't find the receipt - realizing the cashier didn't give me one... But then I remember last time I was there them asking me if I was a member, which I said no to. So I guess if I was a member they would've emailed me the receipt but since I'm not, they forgot to hand me a physical copy. So then I go back and tell them that they forgot to hand me my receipt for the bed and they tell me that they can only offer store credit. After all of this mix-up on their part why would I want to continue to spend my money there? Honestly such a waste of time, do not go to this location. It's too busy anyways to get what you want due to understaff.

First time ordering and picking up an item from this location. I ordered during boxing week for the discount but couldn't pick it up until a week later so I called to let them know to prevent then from cancelling my order and it was super easy to do so. When I went to pick up my one item, the staff were reasonably quick in retrieving my item to give to me and I guess I understand the purpose of putting things in bags for neatness, but I really did not need a plastic bag for a single item. Wish they had just slid the order form into the edge of the box and handed me the box to reduce plastic waste but I can see other people having an issue with that. With curbside pickups, it'd be awesome to see the online ordering system have a section to ask if we want things in a bag and we can select yes or no bag if we are purchasing less than 3 items to cut down on plastic waste. Overall pretty good experience with my item and staff friendliness.

I went to this location tonight ( Tuesday January 4th 2022) and asked to use my points to get $5 off. The cashier insisted she took off the $5 from the points after I questioned the total multiple times, but when I looked at the bill It was not taken off. She was very rude, with an attitude she kept repeating herself and implying that I did not know what I was talking about. It took 3 employees to sort out the problem and I was given a refund and recharged with the $5 coupon. A huge waste of time and obnoxious employee ( Young, Caucasian with blonde/orange tied back hair on the first cash register by the door at 5:43pm cashier # 738914 according to the receipt) This is unacceptable customer service and I will no longer shop at this pet smart for my large bags of dry food.

I tried calling to book a grooming for my dog but no one answers the phone whenever I get transferred to the grooming department so I end up booking it online. I took a day-off work because I want to get it done the soonest. I went on the day of his grooming appointment on October 16 at 10am only to find out that they will not do him because they said my dog is matted. He is only matted on the ear but not even heavily matted. A guy spoke to me saying this is their policy. If this is your policy, you should have included it in the bunch of questions you got when you pre check-in your pet. It even say there that the charge depends on the fur condition. What does that mean? But it doesn’t say that if your pet is matted, they will not groom your pet. So disappointed!

We took our just turned 1 year old lab here for a bath and their FURminator (supposed to help with shedding). I wasn't sure she needed her nails trimmed so I didn't book that ahead but the staff was super helpful (turns out she didn't need them done — but they were happy to accommodate if we did). Communication leading up to appointment was great (and not overwhelming) and I appreciated the 30 minute heads up for her to be done. All the staff were super friendly and it's clear they love animals (which is so important) Chelsea was the named staff on our pups receipts — so thank you to her! Totally affordable (I tried to go local + small business but their pricing was at least double (in one case more than double) — would recommend this location for sure.

Extremely disappointed in grooming services. I would give negative stars if possible. For our latest appointment, my dog came back damp, no sanitary trim, didn’t trim his dewclaws, no cologne spritz, no bandanna, and paw pads weren’t trimmed! I was too busy calming my parents down that I didn’t check the receipt for what we were supposed to get done. I didn’t want to cause trouble, and I regret not complaining. Just checked today since I wanted to schedule another appointment and I realized I bought the Top Dog add-on for nothing. Definitely not coming back here. I thought that I imagined I opted in for the bandanna until today. Wish I checked before paying. Do not come here, and do not book with Leo (if this person still works here).

Been coming here for a while now but today I wasn’t impressed with the cashier she acted like I was holding up the line when it was their fault that their sale items were not priced properly they had reduced prices but they were coming up full price when I went to go solve the matter with the lady down the aisle and then came back the cashier acted like I held up the line. wasn’t really impressed with her and she was training someone and the trainee was actually very apologetic Due to the price problem. I don’t know with an attitude like that I might just go somewhere. The door guy was really friendly and even the lady who help me solve the issue with the reduced price matter but the cashier rub me the wrong way! that is all.

I called in to book a last minute grooming appointment for my Japanese Spitz. I dropped him off at 12:30pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a family emergency and could not come back to pick up my dog for the scheduled 3:30pm.. I called to request if they could keep him longer until I arrange a pick up, which they did no problem! They did a great job with the grooming, his nails were trimmed, coat trimmed and cleaned up. They even gave him a little bow! I rated them 4/5 due to the fact their system/computers were slow and kept crashing.. when I dropped off my dog, they lost my number due to a computer crash.. Overall, I would recommend and will definitely return!

I have brought my dog there for grooms since she was 4 months old and she's now almost 7 years old.. I've not once had a major complaint about their service or anything like that.. I was satisfied.. up until recently when I brought my dog there for a groom, one of the groomers clipped a chunk of my dogs skin/flesh and then later caused a big infection that needed to be treated by the vet. When this was brought to management's attention, instead of apologizing the management argued, requested pictures to be sent as proof, etc. I've been a loyal customer for so many years with no complaints but I feel how the handled the situation was very unprofessional.

Getting a dog in a few weeks and have stocked up with a few items from PetSmart - have also heard good things about their training programs and plan to go with PetSmart for socialization training when the puppy is past 10 weeks old (Update: training comes highly recommended. Completed the 6 week course with puppy and learned valuable lessons). Clearance section is hit and miss and some products/toys are cheaper online/elsewhere, but overall seems to be quite fair and good selection. For extra coupons to use in-store, create an account on the petsmart app and play the treats trail game - I used the 25% coupon to get $15 off a bag of food today!

Very rude manager. We were returning one dog bed to this store since our puppy was not using that. Since it was around 90 cad in total, they need the manager approval. This lady was not happy doing her job to approve the transaction and after doing everything she was rudely told that these products needs to be returned in the same store purchased. If this is the policy, why petsmart is saying we can return the items in any of the stores? If she dont like to work , its better to find another job instead of yelling at the customer. Most interesting part is there no other manager in that store in order to give a feedback about her. LOL.

The worst PetSmart store I ever visited and I do not recommend at all. Please save your time and go to a better store. The manager girl was very rude and not helpful at all. I called them before I visited the store and the employee lied about my question, the manager was refusing to believe it and telling me as if it was my fault. I drove all the way there just to leave unsatisfied and VERY unhappy with the experience. They were not happy to help and act as if you own them money. The manager girl was especially mean and she did not try to understand the situation and what was going on. She was literally talking over her customer.

My daughter was red to get a fish for her 4th birthday. I had no idea what I was doing but DONNA was so helpful!! She gave us fantastic information on how to start taking care of a fish! She was helpful, friendly and so sweet to my daughter! She walked us through the experience! We walked out of Kennedy Commons Petsmart location with a our first family pet (a fish) and all the necessities we needed, it to mention SUPER HAPPY AND EXCITED!!! PS the young lady at the cashier was SUPER FRIENDLY as well, big smile and had a wonderful kid-friendly attitude towards my daughter to top up the POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

The groomers were absolutely terrible. We showed up to our appointment on time and no one was there to take our dog. The store employee told us the groomers left for lunch. There was no communication. When they came back, they told us that they don’t have enough time to groom our pet because they wanted to go home early!! They rescheduled the appointment and we showed up later in the week. At the second appointment, within 5 minutes of receiving our pet, they told us to pick him up because he’s growling. Very unprofessional, they need more training. If you want a professional job, don’t come here!!

The manager of the store need not ignore the primary consumer that is doing business with them. An attitude of a down-and-out gambler who's eyes look like they've been smoking and playing scratch tickets for countless hours took the approximate 3.5 minutes out of their day to gaslight me on thier promotional sale. Even the lone cashier with higher hopes had to express his dismay with the bitter demeanour of said "store manager". That being said, memberships don't get rewards. Getting really tired of pet store owners. Their attitude will have me shopping elsewhere.

We have had the pleasure of purchasing our pet supplies, the staff is extremely helpful if you have a question about your pet or the products they are always happy to help or find the answer for you. Danny in the Aquatic section has always approached us and asked if we needed help. Anytime I have had concerns about our fish tank or betta tank she has been a wealth of information. Thanks Danny we appreciate you! Over all the staff is beyond helpful with calling other stores or explaining information you need to know about suppliers, products and services.

It used to be good. My dog goes there for grooming and she used to like going in. People are friendly but they only cut some of my dogs claws and didn't rinse her properly. I've never seen my dog scratched like there's no tomorrow. I rinsed her the following day and she stopped scratching. We used to get info as to what they did and used on her. Also, we stopped by to see the dogs being trained and saw the trainer raised her hand when the 2 dogs weren't listening. In addition, I've never seen our dog hide behind me or my husband.

Alexandra was our groomer for our two pups. She was so kind and patient with our little ones. She is a natural at what she does. I think I found our new groomer. My pups nails were cut and filed to perfection!! I have had this service done before and often times my pups nails still looked long. Alexandra took her time, she was patient with my pups and she got the job done beautifully! Our fur babies smell amazing and it looks like they were in the best of hands. Thank you Alexandra!! We will be back to see you again in the future!

I was there at petsmart today and i think there was one worker name Malisa (not sure) and she was really rude and her tone was not right to us. Me and my friend were there to pick up some stuff and my friend was going to collect that at the counter and she very rudely told my friend to stand at the pickup point while my friend was just showing her order id to make her work easy and she eventually asked that. But, the way she told was not appropriate and also she was kinda racist which made us upset. Never going back there

I had a terrible experience at this place. I booked an appointment 3 weeks before in order to get my dog groomed for an event. I arrived at the location just 5 minutes late and they denied services to me. Furthermore, they even refused to provide any sort of services when I asked them for a simple touch up to cover this loss of time. Highly unprofessional and condemning behaviour from the staff. A friend of mine faced similar problems last time which we ignored but this has become a routine affair for them. Disappointed

Pretty clean & organized location. It’s really spacious as well with great selection of inventory. It’s located in a plaza with a decent amount of food spots so it’s pretty convenient. One of their staff members, Dave, is super friendly & helpful. They have fish and other small animals as well as cats for adoption at the shop. Checkout can be slow if it get busy since there’s usually just 1 cash open. They also offer grooming, pet training services, etc. parking is also pretty easy as there’s a huge parking lot.

This Kennedy Commons plaza location of PetSmart is huge with lots of parking. I’m here to investigate the startup cost of owning a pet turtle which could live some 25 years. Yes, this according to store team member Joanne that took about 10 minutes to answer a dozen of my questions. She made sure I understood the reality of this type of pet compared to a dog or cat. In the end, I felt appreciated as a potential customer and will certainly come here to make a purchase. Other staff were also helpful and courteous.

Very disappointed with this store. They had all 4 of the Precision cargo carrier 100 with a “clearance” tag and priced at $17.99 but when the cashier cashed it out, she charged me $51.99 plus tax. I called and the lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful, she said she doesn’t see the clearance tag for my product, I have to return the product to the store to let them take a look. Three of us were there that day and clearly saw all of the same carriers were listed at $17.99. Never coming again.

A nice place but with bad management staffs. Today we had an unpleasant experience with the manager Joanne(??) at the cashier. We wanted to price-match some products we bought yesterday, she became upset immediately and gave us attitudes. Then, she left in the middle of the process and let a junior associate Christina to take over who had no idea of what's going on and later messed up 3 times of our transactions. After that, she became upset as well and Joanne had to take over again.

Bought nutro dog food green bag lamb flavour. My dog got mayor diarrhea problems he wouldn’t eat his food. Found out the nutro company changed there supplier it is not the same went to return my bag of food put it in buggie and the bag bursed and it spilt in parking lot manager said the bag needs to be half full to refund I am not picking it off the parking lot. Needless to say didn’t get refund. Be careful to anyone out there buying lamb nutro did your dog get sick?

I booked for me dog grooming here. The staff name Cassandra asked me to buy highest package that I dont need to, then after that she said my dog is hard to do all the service so she can only showered him but still charge me for full service!!! She is unprofessional and dont know how to control or calm a dog. She said just dont come to any Petsmart because she has put a note and no place is gonna taken my dog!! How nice! I never come back again even to buy treat!

Just wanted to shoutout to one of the groomers in particular. Mind you in years past all of the groomers have been very good, but lately Aaron has been grooming our golden doodle who has a bit of akin condition. Aaron does an above average job, I can tell by my dogs behavior how much he likes him/trusts him. Aaron also delivers as close if not exactly the type of groom were looking for and we take his advice well. Thank you!

I typically shop at smaller box pet stores but PetSmart had specifically what I wanted so I headed on over. I brought my puppy with me because well who goes to a pet store without their pet? (I suppose taking your fish for a walk might not actually work...) Anyway, we were greeted by all staff members and my puppy made many friends that day. Store was clean, organized and exactly what you would expect.

This is the best location I’ve been to. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Been coming to this one for a few years now and have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. Dani is by far their best associate, she provides exceptional customer service. She knowledgeable about so many different animals and is always giving helpful advice about animal care, behavioural issues and products.

Took my one year old Shih Tzu to groom at this location for the first time. He absolutely loved it! He came back very happy and calm. Usually he doesn’t like grooming sessions at other groomers and comes back very quiet. They treat your pet like an owner would treat them. Adrianna, and the manager were very patient and took time to explain everything to me. Will definitely be a regular here now

Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find what you're looking for and the employees were nice and patient when it came cashing out my ridiculous number of cans of cat food (think it was around 200 lol) and they are also extremely helpful when making returns in store for an online purchase... It's a great store overall and I will definitely continue shopping at this location!!

My experience yesterday was fantastic. I bought a hamster with cage, food, bedding and chew toy. The girl that served me was very friendly, patient and helpful which I appreciated a lot as I'm disabled and I had family members with me that made the speed of the whole process longer. The cashier also was very friendly and helpful. I commend them for their excellent customer service.

They are selling cheaper fish in the name of expensive fish. I sent my friend yesterday and wanted to get half moon beta. But they gave him Veil tail Male Beta instead of half moon. Half moon is named after its tail which looks like a half moon. Obviously my friend does not know much about fish and he got what was written half moon. Very UN ethical business practice.

Good variety of brands for pet supplies. Sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Pet enclosures were clean and well maintained. Good selection of small animals. Our cashier was extremely lovely to deal with, as our kids were paying with stacks of rolled coins. Instead of complaining, the staff appreciated that our kids had worked and saved for this purchase.

The William Kitchen location always has the items i want in stock. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Took my puppy here for classes and the trainer here is knowledgeable and gave great advice. Also took my puppy here for grooming, the staff are very friendly and results are good. My puppy seems to be very happy and comfortable going in with no hassle.

I bought this betta fish from the store and he was having issues eating his food. It was about 2 weeks he has not been eating. I brought this concern to Ashley and Stephanie. They were so kind and helpful. They gave me alternative food samples to try, as well as some tips. Thankfully after many tries, Filipe was able to eat! Thank you Ashley and Stephanie!

The employees/manager gave me a lot of issues about returning food that my cat didn't want to eat. The food was barely touched and at first they refused to take it back, and eventually they agreed to give back the money for just the uneaten portion. Very disappointing experience, I've never had issues at other location. Will not be returning here to shop.

I come here here for all my pet supplies. Quick and easy order online and drive out for curbside pickup. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Come here if you want a better selection and higher quality of products for your pet than your regular supermarket. Location is great right in Kennedy Commons plaza right off the 401 for East and west access.

The people there where not very knowledgeable on things like sizing dog collars more to the point a man was trying fit a collar and the staff was leaving it to lose if you can put two fingers under the collar that is perfect and the ,dog won't slip out of collar. I have been to two different petmart looking for prone collar and there shelves are empty

It's a really huge place and it has a adoption center with Toronto Cat Rescue for years, which is amazing! You can basically get everything you want for every kinds of animals. And fishes, birds, turtle s are available to buy here. You can bring your own pet if you don't mind. It's capable for pet spa, dog training and so many good things.

Nice clean place! I often go here to buy my Hamster’s beddings and my dog’s dog food. I would say the price is reasonable. Their hamster cages for might not be ideal especially for syrian type of hamster but they now have the bigger cages! However the wheel is too tiny! The place is great but I wish they have better cages for hamsters!

Big and clean store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, my daughter want a hamster for her birthday and the staff recommend and show us everything what we need. Even though almost of the tank is empty and limited stocks available, my daughter is happy to have her dream pet and im satisfied. Definitely we will come back to this store.

The worker that was in the live animal part was wearing so much cologne that it was so inappropriate for a pet store. The whole store was invaded with the overpowering scent. I like a good smelling cologne or perfume. However,with the amount this young boy had in was completely unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a pet store

Not a bad place for pet owners. Friendly people, good products. Very pet friendly, the animals are loved there. I would love to give higher stars, but I can’t condone animal capture and sell. Wish they did more to pursue adoptions instead of animal selling. Customer service is good, from a business standpoint, they’re doing good.

Often busy and lack of availability staff for checkout, lines are often long. Not very knowledgeable staff on the products or animal sales. Decent amount of selection of items, lots of dog and cat food to pick from, treats and more. Their beta fish is absolutely horrible condition and mostly dying with no air made me sad!

I tried to buy some fish but the lady who put the fish in the bag told me to wait a bit while she had to do something so she left with the fish. I waited about half an hour but she never came back so I just left. Horrible service I would not recommend this place and I will certainly never come back.

This is my comfort place. I love to come here for rabbit supplies. Staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining rabbit care to me. They also fawned over my bunny when I brought her for a picture with Santa, which I thought was really flattering and lovely. Great place to be.

Nice clean store and parking isn't a nightmare. Staff are very knowledgeable and easy going. Store is a nice size too and is usually stocked up with everything you could need for your pet. They have grooming and training here as well. In and out without any problems and with everything we came for.

There is a booth for Toronto cat rescue. I got my kitten from there. Petsmart will give a coupon booklet when you adopt through TCR. The staff works pleasantly and knows about animals. I bought all supplies for my kitty from here. The staff makes a big difference. They love to work there!

Nice staff, with clean, wide aisles. Not always the best prices, but decent overall. There's an app if that's your thing. Dog training has been helpful for us. KB is clear, patient and makes an effort to give some 1:1 tips to everyone. FYI: Training has been suspended due to Covid.

Used their dog grooming services. Loved the early open times to drop off the dogs before work. Staff was very pleasant and they seemed to be very caring to your animals. Generally noticed the staff enjoys being there. The end result was great and very competitive on the pricing.

We are taking our dog training courses at this location with the instructor K.B and we are very pleased. K.B. has given us so much confidence in how we interact with our dog. He is awesome. I highly recommend him as an instructor and have enrolled in all the levels with him.

Products always in good supply. I wish they had a better loyalty program. Currently points expire which forces you to use them as a discount vs being a loyal customer and saving over time for a larger purchase. Discounts don't make consumers loyal, they encourage switching.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We bought a fish tank and within 2 weeks it cracked. We went back to the store and they replaced it quickly with an even better model. I like how they keep your receipt information on file, just in case you lost your receipt.

I shop food for my bird here. Almost always find the food I want to buy for the bird. However, check out experience could be better. Sometimes there are longer queues despite multiple counters and sometimes cashiers sound very artificial in their interactions.

Staff friendly. However, as a Fish keeper I was beyond disappointed at the lack of care the fish had. They didn’t look clean dead fish on filters, and when I went to get fish, they gave me a bag with gunk in it. I asked to have it removed ended up walking out.

NO WIFI. Very nice and clean pet smart. Lots of stock and parking. Went to grab rabbit food and look at the pets. They have a grooming area and looks like cat adoption area. Fish, reptiles, birds. Staff is friendly and quick at cash. Sign up for points.

Very disappointed with the grooming services. She didn't cut the hair evenly. One leg and paw have lots of hair and the other ones don't. After grooming, our dog is really frightened and restless at home. I will never bring our dog to this location.

A lot of dead fish in the tanks and the water all looked cloudy. The tanks did look scratched up so perhaps that's why it looked cloudy but overall I did not like this store. The ones on Eglinton are much nicer and only about 29 minutes away by bus

Worst pet smart location. I spoke to one of the managers today her name is Joanne she doesn’t have empathy. I spent almost 500$ at the store. I lost the receipt and they couldn’t exchange the item even if the clothes have a tag. Shame on you!!!!!

The grooming salon at this PetSmart is one of the best amongst the PetSmart brand. My dog is quite anxious but they always treat her with care. My dog has reportedly nipped at other Petsmarts but she's usually calm and collected at this one

Always feels nice to be here whenever picking up pet food. Convenient pick up option when ordering online. Friendly customer service being greeted. If you get lucky, you may see some kitty cats. There are also small fishies too on display.
