They sold us a cat transport cage for more than $100 dollars that was sold as air freight approved. Turns out it's not approved and worthless as the flight cage it was sold for. Don't be fooled they get good money for them and it's 100% not suitable for your needs but they only care about the sale not your problem when hitting the airport stuck with an expensive waste of ti e and money. Avoide these cages at all costs if you intend to fly with your pets. Otherwise they are fine to transport to vets and your car trip. They need to have bolted sides no clips, also circular ventilation which these don't have. The rest seems to meet the requirements but don't risk your time and hard earned cash. Cheers David

Just got my lityle Jack Russell an Adatil Collar as Im going away for 3 weeks and i will be worried about him with anxiety separation so even though he will miss me Im hoping the collar kerps him at ease, Ebony helped me work out the best size for him and, now Im thinking I should make human collars so I don't get separation anxiety, o they have a medication for that called VALIUM lol. Very poor customer service, two weeks ago I bought a fish tank air pump. since last weekend it is not working as normal. I have already spent more than 4hr and two visits to the store. They are not ready to replace the pump, always find reasons to refuse. ................, i went to another shop and test with new similar model air pump with same pipe and air stone, it is working perfectly with new pump but it is not working with 2 weeks old pump which i bought from PETBARN ! Not a friendly business. Staff arrogant...........

I was a regular customer up until this morning. Return policy very unfriendly. This is for a member with 6k business a year. The staff quoted that their policy is like binglee oven policy where I cannot simply take a dog machine back and ask for a refund even when the machine did not work safely and hit my dog eye. Not going back to Blacktown store at all. Poor policies. Be careful before you buy as when I bought they advised the product have return and refund policy.

It has been an extremely long time since I've experienced such great customer service anywhere. Logan really went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation regarding medication for my chicken. She had in depth knowledge and was super friendly, guiding me in the right direction. Very grateful for the help I received from her. ^_^" (You totally need to give her a pay rise, employees like her are a valuable part of the team!)

I leave for overseas today you are out of both cat litter types I use for my cat now I have to go to castle hill for litter as someone is minding my cat. Jade from Blacktown Petbarn has the best customer service I have experienced from any Petbarn store. She is very knowledgable, great communication skills and super friendly! These guys are always so helpful and go above and beyond with any questions I have and ask. Also petbarns loyalty program is very much worthwhile! Have been to a couple of other Petbarn stores, the range is great across them all but the service at Blacktown always keeps me coming back here :)

Friendly staff just need to answer the phone- tried calling multiple times before close and no answer. Also closed the door before 6pm and I had to knock multiple times to be let in- just wanted to buy a box of cat food and be out (was still out by 6pm after being let in).

Pretty good but seems understaffed all the time. You can wait quite a while before getting any assistance. I used the online order and pick up option and it was very convenient and fast. Would definitely recommend the online ordering system to save time.
