This store deserves zero stars! I purchased the Leaps and bounds lamb and salmon raw food from here (my mistake). I was told it was there brand and just as good as Big dog raw brand. I fed my dog 1-2 packets a day (less than the recommended amount as I wanted to see how he went with it) He had such runny poor and even threw up sometimes. On the box it says that if you are not happy with the product, To return for a refund. I took the product back to the store a few days later. I wasn't after a refund, just if I could swap it for something he is used to. The lady who served me me had an attitude and rude. Demanded that I have a receipt or loyalty member. I was not given a receipt and am.not a member but have proof of the transaction on my banking app. She refused and said the only way for a swap or refund was a receipt or member number. It doesn't state on the box that I needed that! It is absolutely appalling that they don't care about my dog's health and make a process like this impossible. Never again will I come to this store and will warn everyone I know! I will look to take this further also as the health of my dog is important and these people don't even care.

Had our first visit there on Saturday and wow was absolutely blown away by the absolutely fantastic customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to help us with all our pet needs. The management should be extremely proud of the customer service their staff give to customers. Will not be going anywhere else for our pets needs other then here. Guys well done and keep up the absolutely amazing work that you do.

Box Hill store: I have been to this store a few times since it opened. No customer service, task focused rather than engaging with customers and totally not interested in engaging with your pets....my dog was waiting for at least a pat, but nothing totally dismissed her like she was not there. Most of the staff have a sour look on their face. Never going back.

Fabulous customer service. Have to completely agree with the previous reviewer. Our Ziggy only loves the dog wash bays at PB and of course Eukanuba. So glad to have the store close to us! All the best and keep the service with a smile going!
