I had tried to use a $15 off coupon online for 2 days & it would not work. I went into the local shop at Ferntree Gully instead. (I have a spinal injury in my neck & having all that I needed delivered, was a much better option for me) I went into the shop at Ferntree Gully & ended up at the cash register of EMILY P. I told her my story & she was lovely & Super helpful. Sadly the computer/register was being a pain & she had to try a few things to get my discount off of my purchases & price match the online prices. I kept apologising for taking up so much of her time & she kept assuring me that it was no problem at all. She was Extremely patient, kind, super professional & Extraordinarily professional. The High Level of Customer service that EMILY P showed is Exemplary & a Very High bar for what customer service should be.She is most definitely a Super Star! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Staff would not let me exchange the size of a product without paying the full amount as the sale had ended from when I purchased (3 days prior) all I wanted to do was swap the sizing (same RRP) but because it was no longer on sale 3 staff members could not work out how to do this. One call to another store and it was sorted out immediately! Ferntree Gully management you need to learn how to train your staff on the basics, surely an exchange of an item should have been worked out by 3 staff members!!!!!! One of the women decided to also give me attitude and speak down to me because SHE couldn't do her job properly, not good enough at all. I don't encourage anyone to shop at Ferntree Gully store, the management need to lift the training and customer service standards.

Upside though at least their sign works, even the staff don't touch the glass.. a bit of maintenance and presentation doesn't go astray. Fish are overpriced and cheaper at proper aquarium stores not "big chain stores" Not a care in the world so walked out and went elsewhere.
Generally ok, but just realised how overpriced they are. Went to buy a dog bed, was $199. Their price match policy meant they couldn't match with Temple and Webster which was $157, with delivery included. We decided to leave it. Bought the same bed, different and better colour for $108 from down the road. Probably won't go back, prices too high for me.
Our go-to shop for pet food and supplies, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, and an excellent range of high quality products. We also did puppy school for our staffy with the trainer Jack. A good way to socialise our puppy, plus he learned some basic commands and it was a great support for us humans being first time puppy owners!
Found out our old cat has FIC and required urinary diet changes. Corey was so friendly and helpful, he gave fantastic advice in relation to cat anxiety management and helped us find the most affordable option for ourselves. Amazing customer service, thank you again!!
Went in the other day and was provided with exceptional customer service from Olivia. She was clear and helpful with the use of slip leads, training methods, useful treat reward systems and flea/worming products for our Kelpie pup. Very happy customers here!
