So sad to have to be posting this cause first I’ve always liked coming to this petco everyone is always nice and helpful but after today what happened during my shopping experience It was disappointing and wanted to let petco and people know about it. I had an online curbside pick up order that was picked up on Sunday 07-5-2020. Due to my health being at higher risk I did curbside pick up. Once I got there I called them to let them know I was outside to pick up. I put my window down as the The employer was coming up to me so I can take my order she had NO MASK ON!!!! Not at all on her, not even underneath her chin or anything whatsoever and she began to talk to me, real close to me. At that moment I got anxious and realized how she wasn’t wearing one. The employee that came out was older woman around her 50’s has short hair above her shoulders. It makes me nervous knowing someone could still get sick regardless if customers are wearing them and not the employees there’s a higher positivity rate and knowing the fact the employees are exposed to different people everyday that just goes to show how much higher they can be at higher risk for having the virus especially if there not wearing any mask. I wanted to let petco know so that way they can talk to their team about making sure they wear mask at all times as there is over 1000 cases of the virus in kingwood and people like myself who have health condition it’s just not right especially under this new order of mandated mask to be worn in business and customers as well. Y’all can get fined if going against order. Please Petco at kingwood talk to your employees about the safety of others including themselves and how they’re putting their own families at risk for the virus and about how the mandated order that Harris county has of the requirements for mask to be worn at all times. I know there is a few exceptions but I have seen this same lady before wearing a mask in the past so I doubt she doesn’t require not to wear one. But even myself I have a health medical condition and I still decide to wear it for the sake of myself and others. This is a serous matter and I wouldn’t want anyone to get sick including myself I’m very worried after today I wouldn’t know if she has the virus or not as we know that this virus does not need to show symptoms people can be asymptomatic. Please speak to your employers about this matter, I hope this women, your employee is not sick, if for any reason she were to be and god forbid I were to get sick I will inform you and contact the supervisor.
Petco Kingwood. New to the Kingwood area in 2022. Needed a place to have our Shih Tzu's groomed. Had our 1st Shih Tzu groomed at Petco Kingwood by Katherine(Kat). She did a wonderful job, 5 star plus. She is fantastic. Signed up for Petco's vital care program for the expressed discounts, which included grooming. We were excited about that. On 11/8/22, I took our other two Shih Tzu's to have their first grooms with Kat. Again,she did an exemplary job of grooming. With the discounts applied, it came to just south of $100, without the tip. Extremely fair. On 12/16/22, Shih Tzu #1 was back for her second groom. She looked fantastic. We are, by this time, totally in love with Kat's grooming acumen and skill. The charge for one dog without tip was just south of $50. Since our first contact with Petco Kingwood, I would rate the employees as helpful, respectful, and courteous. We have probably averaged about 2 to 3 visits to the store per month. Today, 2/14/23, I took Shih Tzu # 2 and 3 for their second grooms. All was wonderful, as usual, until I was unfortunate enough to be checked out by Danna. This person's customer skills were among the worst I have ever encountered in my 65 years. I would like Petco to know, if these skills were taught and fostered by them, that they need to change their training before more customers will be forced, to go to elswhere, to avoid customer abuse. We were told that when we signed up for Vital Care, all our dogs would be included. This was upheld when we were charged the discount rate on dogs 1 and 2 on 11/8/22. Danna charged me $35 more than 11/8/22, then proceeded to try and sell me 2 more Vital Care plans, raising my monthly fee from $20 to $56. She wanted the names of whoever told us about all the dogs being included. I don't know if this was a way of calling me a liar or an attempt to denigrate and blame a coworker. The whole situation here results from disception, unscrupulous sales tactics, and a lack of compassion for customers. As a direct result of having encountered Dana, I will be canceling my Vital Care account with Petco and will not be buying any products from Petco Kingwood in the future.
I have a very sweet Shitzu. My experience with Britney, the groomer has me concerned. I took my pup there and he was fully groomed 2 or 3 times by Britney. I noticed that every time he was done, he look traumatized. And when I bought him back he seemed afraid of her. My gut told me, I had better try another groomer at Petco. And I did, my dogs happiness seemed to improve after being groomed. All his reports were,"he is a sweet dog", because he is!!!. I had been very busy traveling to many countries working and needed to get him into the groomer pronto. I made and appointment and didn't ask who the groomer was. Well it was Brittney. My gut sunk a little when I saw her, but he was badly in need of a groom. Apparent my experience and gut foretold this may be a problem. She called and said she couldn't finish him because he wouldn't let her touch his face. She said, " he bit her". My dog is sweet. He doesn't bark at anyone who comes to the door. He greets friends and strangers a like. I honestly feel very angry. I have a feeling that she didn't like me switching groomers. But I now believe it was warranted. She told me to take him to veterinarian groomers. I personally feel it was the groomer, not the dog!
We scheduled a bath and haircut for our dog Chloe 9/9/23 at 10 am. The intake process seemed fine even though there was a little wait time. The staff was friendly and warm to my little aged dog. The haircut and bath was completed in the approximated time given at drop off. My concern at pick up was at the $28 Halloween add on package chosen was not rendered even though we were expected to pay for it. She was given to me without a seasonal scarf, and I had to inform the young lady working the desk in the grooming area that I was paying a additional amount for a scarf. The young lady then said let me check, and she was able to pull up specifically what I had chosen, left, and then returned with a scarf. My dog, Chloe also did not smell as if she was given the scented spray. I feel the $28 add-on was not completed and I do not feel confident in purchasing an add-on in the future.
We regularly shop at this location for food and products for our animals- dogs, rabbits, bearded dragon, fish (4+ tanks, and a pond), and turtles. We're usually there 2-3 times a week or more to purchase crickets for our bearded dragon and get whatever else is needed at the time for our other animals. The store has always been clean, organized, and staff has always been friendly and more than helpful. We've not used the grooming or training, so this review is solely based on shopping. I've been a long time customer of the other large pet store because every other Petco I've been into hasn't had clean habitats for the animals or other issues so I didn't like to support the company. However, this store is the best Petco I've ever been in and we're happy to shop here and save ourselves a trip to PetSmart since this Petco is closer.
Pet grooming only. First time experience was horrible. I took my yorkie to get groomed. She has never had an issue when I’ve taken her to groomers in the past. Today I took her to petco and an hour after drop off I received a call from the groomer who told me they could not finish bc my dog was too anxious. My dog does not have a HX of being anxious and again has never had an issue at groomer appointments or doggy daycare. I picked up my dog and she was halfway groomed as mentioned by the groomer during our phone call. She a spot where she was cut. I’m heartbroken bc the only conclusion I can come up with as to why my dog did not allow her groomer to finish is bc was not treated with kindness. I know that’s a harsh assumption but unless she feels threaded my dog is typically calm and submissive.
I took my dogs to get groomed at the Kingwood drive location and I was not pleased with how they looked. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to look at them when I picked them up but I saw them when I got home. Their face and body were very choppy. One of their faces wasn’t as short as I asked it to be. I asked for a teddy bear cut and it looks nothing like it. My other dogs nails were painted very sloppy. The front paws were fine but she has a lot of nail polish on her fur on her back paws. I understand dogs can be squirmy but if she was moving too much a phone call would’ve been nice and I would’ve just told them not to do it. Both smelled very good and the groomers were very kind but I was not pleased for the price I paid.
Store: they have pet food that’s higher quality than most places, generally more expensive but quality. Groomer: I don’t expect perfect I just want an effective hair cut for my dog and I’m yet to see a grooming place that charges under $60 so I don’t have much to say about price. I brought in my older dog and she was nervous at the start but seemed content with the people there. No signs of animal neglect from my end. I don’t believe they use dryer cages as the company made a statement about removing them (hope someone can confirm). The groomers seem like they like what they do to some degree and had compassion towards my older dog. Katherine should definitely get a raise.
I believe this is one of the best Petco's I have ever step foot in. I called in advance to see if they had these filters I have been looking for. They did so I asked if she could please hold back 3 packages for me and she agreed. She took my name and as promised, I arrived an hour and a half later. I approached the young lady I spoke to and she remembered our conversation and immediately start to check me out after asking if I needed anything else. She was very kind and I hope to run into her again my next visit. The store seemed super clean even though I didn't get to go any further than the front. So I am totally looking forward to my next visit.
Compared to the “other pet store” in the area which I’m sure they consider a competitor, Petco blew them out of the water. They were knowledgeable about small animals, fish, and had a fact-based answer to every question we had. It’s about double the distance for us to drive but we will make that trip based on our experiences today. Danna, Colin and the manager guy who we had interactions with were all very professional and extremely helpful. All of the livestock in the store looked healthy and they made sure we had everything we needed not to make a sale, but to look out for the well-being of the animals. See y’all next time.
review for Grooming services only: I gave them 1 star only cause I couldn't give them zero stars. I dropped off my yorkie to get a cut and when returned he had spots missed that were not cut, he had multiple areas that were shaved shorter than others and those spots were bright red from razor rash. The worst of it was under his chin and his neck area which I have no had to take him to a vet and have been told he has a some sort of infection were they have shaved his neck too close. I don't know which groomer did this, but it was a very bad situation and has now cost me much more in vet bills for medication for my dog.
After searching for someone to help me for nearly 15 minutes (the guy at the counter was nice but he was swamped with customers checking out - they should have had more than one register open), the staff did not apologize at all for ALL THREE of the items I was attempting to purchase being marked incorrectly. This item was clearly marked (per photo) as being $8.99 and rang up as $29.99 at the counter. I shop here regularly, but ended up walking out and likely will not be back, due to the way this was handled. It is NOT the customers fault if everything they attempt to purchase is your store is clearly mid-marked.
Groomers did a great job at a really reasonable price. They were friendly, Emily listened to what I was asking of her, explained a skin condition she has, she even offered some advice for help. We have a German Shepard/Husky mix so imagine the shedding that happens all year long. She came back without dog breath stinks, teeth were really clean, bottom of paws were smooth and felt practically like skin, nails clean trimmed well, she feels skinnier from all the under coat they took off, she still smells freshly bathed 3 days later. Was so happy with the experience and have no plans to take our girl anywhere else.
This rating is for the grooming services. I took my dog in for a 1:00 grooming appointment and was quoted 3 hours. I returned after 4 hours and bought a few supplies before checking to see if my dog was finished. The groomer hadn’t even started on her! When I was talking to the employee at the front desk they didn’t apologize but said that 3 hours was “an estimate.” If you aren’t going to have a dog ready by the time you QUOTED someone, the least you could do is call. Additionally, when I finally brought my dog home and looked at her haircut, it was totally botched. Will not be returning to this location.
Had an 8:30 am appointment to get my dogs groomed, dropped them of at 8:15 am and was told they'd be ready in 4-6 hours. I called several times to see if they were done, no one answered so I went back in at 2:30 pm only to find one of my dogs still on the table! I asked how much longer and was told that the other one hadn't even been done yet. So 6 hours of being there and they didn't even get done! I do NOT recommend their grooming department! The salon manager said she'd offer me a free groom to make it right....WHY would she think I would ever put my dogs through that again?!
This is where we always buy food for our cats. The selection of food is large and the associates working in the store are always friendly. My only complaint would be with the aquarium section. We purchased a fish tank who's filters are never available in stock which means we've had to rig our own system to keep our tank clean. They also don't carry a wide variety of aquatic plants, if that's your interest. Overall, I continue to go there for my cat food and litter but for aquarium pieces and specialty items, you should definitely call first.
Adrian (Kingwood Loc) DOG TRAINER is awesome!!! He is very professional, friendly, kind, and very patient with animals. His extensive ability to work with my dog made a huge impact on her behavior and social skills. He help us to teach our dog to value attention as a reward instead of only using treats as others often do. He helped our dog to learn to ignore distractions and even leave treats on command. This learned behavior will be very helpful when walking our dog in noisy or unfamiliar environments. Thanks Adrian your the best!!
The worst Petco in Texas, the workers are wasting their time at all times, they have no professionalism and are rude, they lie to you so that you buy the products they want, when you choose something to buy they complicate your day by lying to you and wearing pretexts to divert your attention to the product they want, they should all be fired, I will not return to this place full of hypocrites who, after giving you a lousy service, ask you if you want to donate something, I have been impressed by the bad service I received.
Petco proves over and again that they have the right products, when you need them, for your pets. The employees are friendly and offer assistance when needed, but leave you alone if you prefer to check out the merchandise alone. I always have to say hello to the small pets (parakeets, hamsters) while there, and can truthfully say I always feel better coming out than I did going in. Petco certainly facilitates that transformation. Pets bring out the best in us all.
I love this Petco, I go here every time for all of my pets things. They have a great selection of items for my guinea pigs, dogs, and cat. The groomer's treat my anxious German Shepherd with love and patience, which I am so grateful for. All of the staff I've met at this location are wonderful. I even made friends with their dog trainer Adrain, who always makes my visit to petco a little brighter with his kindness. Overall great pet store. No complaints
Scheduled a simple bath and trim for 9:30. Six hours later, they call for her to be ready. The groomer only trimmed her face and hygiene areas and that was it. Even that was done poorly and the eyebrows were uneven and it essentially was a hack job. I've taken her to other groomers and they did excellent. This place is rushed and doesn't pay attention to detail. She didn't even smell that great. I question if they even bathed her. Never again.
I took all of my three dogs to Maria, because she had good reviews. I wish I would of seen my dogs before I paid, but Petco makes you pay first. Very unhappy with two of my dogs . My maltipoo had some knots on her butt and paid extra $15 dollars to take them out, but in the end she came home totally shaved on her butt. And then she butchered my other dog's ear and arm. When they came home they were very uneasy. I dont recommend this place.
Nice store, it is clean and well kept. I was happy to see that they were not selling inappropriate tanks and bowls in the fish section. Their reptiles still have poor housing but animals all look healthy and tanks clean, which is more than I can say for many pet stores. Overall the staff is nice and helpful and they have a large selection of pet food including Honest Kitchen and Orijen. Probably the nicest chain pet store in the area.
Manager is great!! Always helpful. But I shouldn't have to get assisted by the manager to get good service. Stood in line... Worker walked away didn't say anything. Had to get the other guys attention after he turned his back twice while doing something not important... Go to get groom and girl with dye in head is rude and act like she in rush everytime. Not sure she on speed or what. 2 stars only cuz of manager
Usually love Petco, but my last visit to this location has completely turned me off. 1 of your employees, who I'm hoping was just trying to be helpful, would not leave me alone to shop, stayed 1 step away from me the whole time, following around the aisles. Everytime I tried to say 'thanks' and walk away, he'd follow and start talking about things down the new aisle. He made the visit very uncomfortable.
The young lady at the front counter helped me greatly when two small puppies were dumped at my front door the night before and I needed emergency supplies to deal with the situation. She even went online to get the best prices for some of the items that saved me a lot of money. She could have not taken the time to do this and I wouldn’t have known. Wish I had gotten her name. Great job !
Our local store in Kingwood, Tx, has implemented virus restrictions. I called and a very nice employee named Jessica informed me of the new requirements. I placed my order online and within 15 had email confirmation for pick up. I called from outside the shop and was given my order. I very much want to shop at the local store for the sake of the local economy. Thank you.
Great first time visit to this location. I went with my 5 year old in search of a betta fish. There was a large selection of fish in many different colors. We also had several tank options to choose from. Our cashier (Jessica) was very helpful, explaining the return policy and also how best to care for the fish. We'll definitely return to this location in the future.
I especially went to the Kingwood Petco to make a donation for Homeless pets and the area shelters that care for them. I have three cats at home, so taking another in isn't possible. I appreciate Petco helping homeless and abandoned animals and the various shelters that provide for them. I also appreciate the opportunity to do what I can for these groups.
I’ve been to 3 groomers for my pup and love this one the best! Specifically LeAnn ! Fro the first day she was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Today was our pups 2nd grooming appointment, she remembered Cosmo and us which was great ! Gave us a report ! And Cosmo looks so Cute and Clean. I hope to always have Cosmo groomed by LeAnn she’s great !!
I have been coming to this location for a few years now for all my dog, turtle, tortoise and fish needs and I just have to take a moment to point out the staff they are always friendly and helpful. Adrian always greets us by our name and even asks about our turtle pond after mentioning it one time, he gives this large company store feel like home.
Tiana was absolutely amazing with our pocket pyrennes! He was a neighborhood stray we've only had a couple of weeks and she patiently worked with him and made sure he was comfortable through the process. Angus looks amazing and I simply cannot say enough about the care he received. Thank you Jamie and Tiana for treating our family like yours!
We love the Kingwood Petco! It's close to home, has everything we want and need for our cat and dog. There is always someone to help us find an item or make a suggestion. We always get our poodle bathed and clipped at our Petco. Erika is the BEST!!! She is always ready with a hug for us and if we have Kahlua with us, a loving hug for her.
I called in advance to do curbside this lady name Jamie she said she was the manager but based on her customer service she should be in the back restocking. She took my "order" and hung up....I didnt even go to pick it up what's the purpose of curbside if I have to go inside to pay? She is the WORST I would die if I had to work under her!
I earned my free bag of food from my perks, but it wasn't really free. I still had to pay $12 for it. You shouldn't advertise that's its free if it's not. Plus, I had to use it in the store because it wouldn't add to my cart on the app. Otherwise, I really like the savings I get buying on the app and picking up in store.
Had my dog groomed today. Niki did a great job on his cut, but he clearly didn't have a bath. Nails were trimmed on the front, not the back. I would expect that after paying $80 for grooming he would at least smell decent...nope smelled like he had been sitting in a cage in pee. His paws were wet :(
Best petco employees I have Ever experienced! We travel for a living and have been to countless locations. And the groomers and cashiers at this location are so kind! And my baby has never been groomed other than by me and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you Kingswood Petco!
So, customers are required to wear masks, but two of your employees just run around the store without masks on properly. One had hers under her nose, and the other had a mask dangling from his ear. If not for the very nice lady who helped us with a fish, this would have been a one-star rating.
Went to refill for litter, staff didn't allow me to refill it because it's a different container , the container er is very big big deal. Tak3 note Im using the same container on another petco branch and it's not an issue (it's just out of stock o where Im Getting).waste of gas a d time.
Not a huge fan of franchise pet stores but this particular Petco actually does a decent job caring for their animals (aside from some minor husbandry requirements for some of the reptiles they have) and has a rather large selection of pet supplies. Staff is also always friendly to me.
I am an awards member and I have never been able to get it to work properly. The clerk took the time to show and teach me what to do and even explained how I could contact customer service to re-instate all the bonus money I was never able to use. I felt so appreciated as a customer!
I really like this Petco. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars; I have saltwater aquariums, they have cut back on the amount of saltwater fish, coral and tank supplies dramatically. If you have saltwater, go to the store in Atascacita.
My Maltese was there for 6 hours and came out shaking like a leaf. Her grooming was totally unacceptable. Her cut was so uneven and appeared to have been done by a very inexperienced groomer. This groomer with 3+ yrs needs more practice. For what they charge this was ridiculous!
The employees at your stores are always helpful and courteous. Also your commitment to safety during this pandemic is to be commended. Your employees are all wearing masks and the expectation is for the guests to wear masks. I appreciate your company looking out for our safety.
This is a review of their fish department. I've been to the big stores and most every time I see sick looking fish, dead ones and cloudy water. But I was amazed at how nice and clean their tanks were. I'm cycling my tank but I will be getting my community fish from this petco.
My brother Max, he's my parent's German Shepherd, enjoys getting groomed here. He gets so excited when I drop him off for his cleaning. The staff does a really good job with him. And since he is happy leaving, I feel that i can trust these groomers take good care of him,
My pup always smells great and looks immaculate after his grooming visits with Tabby! She has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable. She takes her time and always provides a final behavior result from each visit. I highly recommend her and this location.
My dog really enjoys his grooming experience here, Maria.S is his groomer and she Always does such an awesome job with him, she makes him feel comfortable so he’s not nervous I definitely recommend her, Keep up the great work! Niko and I will definitely be returning.
Online prices are lower but they will honor them if you show them . more them a few bettas dead in store and its hard keeping them alive sometimes they are also high priced with only a 3 day gaurente I dont recommend getting them here and Im a skilled betta owner.
My items ordered for pickup were ready promptly, the one item missing was explained (and an email was sent to me beforehand to say it wasn't available) and I found a suitable alternative quickly. Very friendly staff. They also had great sale items/prices.
They have a nice variety of grain free dog foods that were harder to find when I lived in San Antonio. Although this is a smaller than usual store, they have many things I'm looking for, and a quick phone call ensures I don't water a trip if they don't.
One of the girls was absolutely amazing. I can't remember her name, but she had tattoos on her arms (cutest dog tattoo) and she turned my timid Shadow into a mush to the point of giving her kisses. It was nice seeing him so comfortable with someone.
It’s okay, the employees are actually quite helpful. But either ways the store is quite expansive and they’ve raised the prices too much that I’d rather go to Petsmart instead because it’s cheaper and their products are more convenient than Petco’s.
I got to the store within 10 minutes of them closing. I was looking for a particular Science Diet food but just as i found the one I needed, an associate asked if I needed help. No problems. Checked out as quickly as possible so they could go home.
This pet store has incredibly friendly service. The staff is knowledgeable about other supplies and pet requirements. I highly recommend this store for their professionalism their customer service and their knowledge about animals and their needs.
I’m not too sure why the girl in the grooming department had such a horrible attitude but I do know I was nervous to drop my dog off and leave my dog with her. My dog had an appointment for 10:15 and I had to wait 40 minutes JUST TO DROP HER OFF.
Well I love the attitude of two young ladies in their very much I think one is supv or leader the other very pleasant and attentive. My only thing is the birds are high and I have bitds from you all including a hamster which My wife lov e s .
Very nice people and I love all of the animals here even though the store is relatively small. The grooming center is fantastic. They did a great job with my dog and took special care of her because she is older. Look how good she looks!!!!
Marie in grooming always goes up and beyond with my dog, tater tot. She does exceptional care with him taking time to recognize he is elderly and my anxiety. She should be recognized for her professionalism in her excellent care she gives.
Always have what I need 99% of the time. Was surprised they were out of the Purina Pro Plan for Unrinary Tract. Just figured w/ the recent real life experience of the movie "Frozen" here in our area that shipments may be a wee bit behind
Selection is hit and miss. So I just paid $20 for the cheapest cat litter box. I really wanted to buy my kitten a collar but the only one I found was xmas collection. Expect to be overpriced merchandise and you'll be fine shopping here.
There was a puppy there named Mustard, and he seemed to enjoy the menu. Personally, I tried the canned Blue Buffalo, and I hated it. The dogs there seem to like it, so I guess it's one of those places that only serves food for animals.
So the guy that was helping us started off trying to refuse selling us the fish we asked for, then wanted to try to tell us how to take care of said fish as if we didn't have fish already. Very unprofessional and will not be returning
The petco employees are always so sweet. This post is strictly for the Vetco portion. The vetco manager was rude & they vaccinated my dog with the one year instead of the three year like I asked. It was sneaky & I'll never come back.

We love this Petco! Everyone here is friendly and has the best and most dedicated dog trainer Adrain Lance . Our dog just loves to come to class every week. She has learned so much with him. Looking forward for the next class!
Always get great service here. I wish they had more selection of salt water equipment or offered water (RODI & premixed saltwater) but the livestock selection is really good for a place that doesn't specialize in aquariums.
A little pricey compared to elsewhere however if you get a coupon then go there happily. Btw: The Vet’s prices are high, by comparison, but they are there, will provide their expertise & they & Petco deserve a good living.
Originally had soft paws after a cut, put on our dog, she jumps and scratches us, first few times they lasted two weeks or more which was worth while, the last few times 7-10 days. Paid for cut, buff and caps. Not happy.
I feel like maybe they should have one other person working each shift then they do now but the store is great, the employees are very knowledgeable which I Loved, & the pets are healthy. We love our new babies & fish!
I took my 6yo here to get her first pet fish, and the aquatic specialist did a phenomenal job explaining everything in detail. My daughter was so super excited putting her fish tank together. Thanks again Petco!
This location is excellent. The staff is always super friendly (and often remembers you). They make it feel like your a friend. I can always find what I need. And the curbside pick/online order pickup is fast.
For a corporate animal store it good. I take my 2 dogs here for their baths an they always take great care if them. Even tho one is a pain in the butt to clip her nails. They go above an beyond to get it done.
On-line ordering is easy, be wary regarding harness sizes. A medium harness may not match a medium of a different harness. I went to this location for Vetco, which is a great idea when needing annual shots.

Very knowledgable staff and they have just about anything you can think to get for your pets. Can get a little pricey but they also have a lot of lower end stuff for those trying to save money.
As a fish person, most chain pet stores are our enemy however I love coming to this store. Everything is always in stock and has great variety. Ben is always very helpful and full of advice.

Groomer Erika does a great job keeping my Mellow fresh and comfortable, but also keeping me updated with anything that seems out of the ordinary. The 7-Point Care Check is great!
I wish PetCo would update their reward program. I currently have to go online to claim my rewards, when I know all of this can be synchronized. They need to step up to the plate.

Maybe a little more expensive on some items, but you will definitely get the right thing for you because everyone there is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and care.
They are close to my home and are the only pet store near me that has the 50lb bag of the food my dog eats. The staff is nice and there is plenty of parking.

It's convenient to order online and pick it up. I think it would be easier to show an email or QR code for pickup rather than showing a driver's license.
