I've been frequenting this station since it opened. Bought all my gas and used their carwash since day one. I was the happiest customer as were all the people i worked with in a company located directly across the street from where they are located. We are a car dealership that bought 2 season car wash passes and use them to wash all of our cars daily. We also used their gas to fill our gas truck and sent all of our customers there with the promise of a wonderful experience! However, all this has changed in the past couple months, I've been missing all the familiar, friendly faces that have kept me here year to year. Apparently there has been a change of ownership and oh my gosh, what a disappoinment. This establishment has gone from number one in my mind to way below zero on the customer service charts!!!! I went to use the carwash yesterday with our annual car wash card, and the carwash its self was not working. He gave me a credit slip and I went to use it today, and he told me that he printed me a voucher, (Which he indeed DID NOT), and would NOT accept the slip given to me by himself the day before. When I challenged him as to their crazy policy, he put his hand in the air and repeated "Good bye, Good bye, Good bye". It was both rude and humiliating. I spend a lot of my hard earned money here and I send ALL our own BUSINESS dealings to them and that is coming to an abrupt halt. Not saying I will never purchase a beverage or their inexpensive gas from time to time, but I will make sure everyone I deal with in this nieghbourhood is aware of the horrible customer service. As long as you don't have to actually interact with the human sources there the price of gas is still reasonable. However their car wash is very unreliable since the new owners took over. I don't remember any problems with the car wash previous to their take over!!!! I really never wanted to write something like thing about a business that has given me so much pleasure in the past, but the shock and dismay as to how I was treated today is a disgrace, that gentleman (and I am using the term loosely) should look inside and be very ashamed of himself!!!

I was told to send a email to explain what happened. Sent it no issues. today i followed up as its been about a week after reporting this to them and now every time i send them a email it rejects the email. Im able to send them a email from my other email address without it rejecting the email. Kinda feel as if my email had gotten blocked after sending my report to them. I was at the gas station on Friday September 15 2023 at approximately 9:45PM I started to fill my car with gas and I decided to check my oil. The paper towel was out on my side of the garbage can so I stepped up on the curb to grab paper towel from the other side. When I stepped back off of the curb I stepped right where the pavement and concrete connect and there’s about a 1-2 inch difference in hight where they connect. I stepped right where it connects and rolled my ankle and in the process fractured the metatarsal bone on the outer side of my foot. See attached photo of the concrete to pavement height difference I now have a broken foot which is causing grief in my day to day life including work and driving. I feel this issue should be rectified as this should never have happened.

Arrived at 9:30pm Oct. 15. Door was locked. Me and another customer were trying to get in but confused because sign said open. Turns out the only employee was out in the parking lot at his car cleaning it, spraying armorall on his tires etc. We had to get his attention to come let us in to shop. I went into the bathroom and came out and he was already back at his car leaving the store unattended. I had to wait 5 minutes for him to come back in so I could pay. He then rudely rang me in as if I was inconveniencing him and when I left he followed me out and went back to his car leaving the store again unattended while he went through the car wash.. Unreal.. Terrible way to offer customer service. I kind of hope someone robs the store blind while he's in the carwash.

Rude service. I drove by to fill up. All lights were on, the machines worked, I was about to lift the nozzle and then through the speaker a guy says that they're closed. I already pre-payed for my gas. I tried to go in but they were closed and when the guy noticed that I just wanted to ask If I was not charged he kept showing me a cross with his hands as to I guess mimic that they're closed. It was super windy and cold and the guy just turned around without a care in the world and kept looking at his phone. Honestly, I get it everyone has bad days but I don't think I was ever treated like that. It's not even like I was the only person either trying to get gas. I suggest just turning off the lights for the future so people don't assume you're open ‍♀️

Great facility. Usually, it has lower prices than anywhere else. Also, for electric vehicle owners to come on down, they offer free charging for your vehicle. Staff vehicles and customer vehicles are all welcome. Just a friendly update to all electric car owners. The free vehicle charging station has now moved over by the car wash area. Also ever since the new owners took over a few months ago, this location has gone downhill big time. All the new staff are rude and don't know what they are doing. I totally understand why all the previous staff got new jobs and never wanted to work with the new owner.

They have the $4.99 car wash special on this weekend and I buy 4 of them for my work. They state they are the best one but when I use them over the weekend only one used the wax etc... all the others were basic washes. Then I also complained that the cars weren’t being washed and they said oh it does work, I have been complains about this car wash for two months and they have not fixed it. Do not use this places car wash !

Went to get gas, and car wash. Went through car wash, and truck came out dirt. Went to speak to attendant, and he told me that it doesn't spin because I have a truck. Ask for my money back and he said I had to come back when manager was in. Ended up spending 40 min arguing with him and ended up just driving away. Recommend going to any other gas station

I bought a seasonal Petro Car wash pass, and I drove there to wash my car, their car wash was closed due to maintenance, so I asked the cashier to issue me a coupon, so I can use it next time. but the fat old lady at the store refused to issue me a coupon and asked me to go somewhere else to wash my car. Terrible service.

Unfortunately the carwash stopped while I was halfway through it. That in itself isn't a huge issue, the problem is I was directed to back out but then the door came slamming down on my car. The manager was supposed to call me the next morning and I still haven't heard anything

New and shiny. Consistentley one of the lowest gas prices in town. Rbc atm inside and a medium sized store with typical gas station offerings. Never have to wait at a light if you are coming from the north off St. Albert trail. Convenient location.

Drove in to get gas, all lights on, saw someone inside and every pump is off. If your closed have a light on saying closed. Myself and three other cars are driving around to each pump wondering why one is unavailable and then realize they all are.

Rude, customer service is horrible! This is the only car wash where you are not allowed to use if you have an hitch on. So I'll never give then business ever again. I'll drive up the road further and give my business too.

Poorly setup, therefore always full & with a line up of cars. Would be nice if they had 2 pumps per row, like most gas stations. You might as well drive to the next gas station rather than stopping here.

Really nice store nice people but the car wash just dosent work well. It always leaves a lot of soap on my car. Have tried it 5 times with no success ??? It seems to rush you through way too fast.

Rarely have a reason to rate and review gas stations but feel compelled to do so after seeing a roach on the floor. Tuck your pants into your socks or whatever the protocol is...

Gas stations opens late every day and we are waiting outside. The person should be more accountable for opening gas station at right time Which is 6 am

I come hear on my lunch break some days and the lady working is always smiling she has a great customer service. It is also very clean inside.

Don’t wash your car here, even if it’s only a little bit dirty… just go to a wand wash.
