TOTALLY DISGUSTED , went there on friday morning very upset with our loss and left our little girl with her hoping she would be cared for in the process ,the lady was good with getting things organised and that she would be ready to pick up at 10 am Tuesday,i went there to pick our pet up and the guy didnt know what was going on i had to wait out in the hall while he rang up someone to find out what was going on , then he came out and dropped a bag on the table and a plastic bag with her hair in it , i said she is supposed to be in a wood box with a plaque with it engraved, i was gobsmacked with the lack of professionalism and a lack of empathy, he apologised and said he would get it done and bring her over to our house ,this all has been a very distressing time ,im not happy at all with their lack of effort ,not happy one bit . just putting 1 star because i couldn't post with none ,so disappointed with the whole setup

My sister lost her darling little labradoodle Gracie on Good Friday evening and although it was a public holiday my brother and I called the phone number listed and spoke to Jason. He was so caring and sympathetic and happy to help us organise for Gracie to be collected that evening. As a family we were heartbroken at our loss but James was so patient and allowed us all to say our goodbyes and at no point rushed us so he could get home. His compassion was amazing and seeing him place Gracie into the front seat of the van with her favourite toy and a blanket was a beautiful send off. We then dealt with Amanda who was just as helpful and caring and it was her that delivered Gracie's ashes back to my sister and brother the following week. The sympathy card that included Gracie's paw print is so treasured. We cannot recommend this business and their team highly enough. Thank you so much again.

My daughter lost her beautiful furbaby,pebbles she had to be put to sleep,she was an old soul her beautiful cat ,they are like your family, pebbles was 19 years old, she gave so much love to my daughter,she is still grieving we have an appointment with pets at rest this morning this is our 3rd time, with them ,my daughter had them bury her first cat at Sorell" pet Cemetery in 2003 they were very good, hope it is the same today our daughter is hurting so much pebbles was her everything, they were very good when I had a friends dog cremated,I wasn't having her thrown on the tip my daughter & I had her cremated put in an urn ,pets at rest was amazing

An extremely sincere thank you! Such a quality, professional, respectful and empathetic organisation. I picked up my gorgeous Ragdoll, Lucca's ashes, today from my Vet. His passing was totally unexpected for a 4 year old cat. Having Lucca's ashes at home again, has helped ease some of the overwhelming grief at the shock of losing him. The way the urn was presented, the engraved plaque, the gift card and packaging are first class!

Very happy with the service. I took my rabbit "Harley" to be cremated at the Bridgewater office. I received a message "Harley is ready to come home", which was a nice touch. I received him in a very nice bag with a sympathy card. I'm very happy. I would definitely recommend them. I'll be back, but hopefully in the far off distant future. "Thank you"

Lost my beautiful boy Benda recently, and as it was quite emotional we were advised by Kingston Animal Hospital that everything would be taken care of for us by Pets at Rest. Indeed it was, and Pets at Rest had him back to us within a week, with a lovely and very thoughtful card. Can't fault their caring service. Thankyou Amanda!!

Pets at Rest were excellent. We primarily dealt with Amanda, who was very compassionate and understanding of our circumstances and specific needs/requests. Very pleased with their service and loving compassion for both us and our dearly loved fury baby. Thank you kindly Amanda. Highly recommended.

Although i did not have direct contact with pets at rest, i am grateful for the service they preformed, in the care with my cat. Unsure if it was the vet or pets at rest, but i am immensely grateful for the mementos that were return with my cats ashes. And the card of condolences. Thank you.
