Please fix that flashing light u have in your carpark that flashes repeatedly on your building all night every night and has been doing so for MONTHS now!! Finishing work just after 11pm and driving the length of Arcacia Rd to turn onto Burwood Hwy every week night, this light is blinding and startling as the street lights in that particular part of the highway are dim at the best of times, so to have this thrust in my face is not good..!! If the light is replaced/ removed I will happily delete this post and change the 1 star to 5 stars!! It’s the ones in the circle-1 doesn’t work and the other one is the flasher!! Not sure as I can’t look because I don’t want to ‘dazzle’ myself and try and drive with a big white spot impairing my vision... Thanks...

Super friendly staff, I always feel encouraged to bring my doggos in and staff are genuine animal lovers. The dog washing facilities are always incredibly clean and well maintained and they have a wide selection of products for all of my animals in one stop. I leave happy and so do my dog's, usually with free treats from the staff also! Highly recommend UPDATE July 2023: Prices have gone through the roof, now usually only having savings if you are a member of their PAID system :( every time I have recently been in there's no one else in there, theu super friendly staff that used to work there seem to have left and under new management maybe? Maybe will continue to use the dog wash but won't be purchasing anything from there anymore :(

I've been to a LOT of pet stores and most of them don't know what they're talking about, they'll just make something up to get you to buy something. But the employees at Pets Domain know tonnes of things about animals and pets and advise you about the best course of action, which isn't always the most expensive way. They care more about the health and happiness of you and your pet than making a dollar. Highly recommend to anyone who is new to pets and to those who are experienced.

Why is this store NEVER open on time? Arrived just after 10am this morning and the store was not open! I had to call another one of your stores to find out if there was a reason they were closed and was told they should definitely be open at 10am! I mentioned it to one of the staff members last time it happened and was told “Sorry our managers are pretty slack”. So unprofessional.

Pushy and forceful staff...was served by the manager who pestered and followed me around the store asking me irrelevant questions about my flea worm and feeding of my dog to get me to become a member. Its no wonder this store is never busy when they are so pushy and desperate for sales. Made me feel uncomfortable and pressured.

Had amazing customer service with Brittany and Matthew on Sunday. Bought in my little pup and knowledge and recommendation in bedding was amazing Brittany was so helpful and a big thank you to her, my pup had his first night outside in his kennel and bed and couldn't get him out because how comfortable it was. Thank you.

I feel very comfortable in this store. Not so crowded that it's overwhelming, l get quality food for my dog, cat and chickens with bonus points attached. The friendly staff greet me and my dog by name as l can bring Ruby into the store for a drink and a pat. I like my chats with store owners. Both informed and charming.

Very friendly staff who go out of there way to offer the best service possible. There are always good deals going on in store with a fantastic range. Pets are welcome in store with clean drinking water for your pet on site as well as some scales to assist with purchasing medication and other items along those lines.

What is fantastic store, we were overwhelmed on how friendly the staff are and would go out of their way to help you find what you need. I will certainly be going back there to get all my German Shepherd's gear as he chews up a lot. Thanks once again Couldn't highly recommend the store enough. A1

Called ahead to locate a specific dog harness. They only had 1 in stock and they placed it behind the counter for me. When I dropped in they helped fit the dog harness and were brilliant handling our dog. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Walked out after they sold tropical fish to a guy who said he’s putting them in an unheated outdoor pond with his goldfish. He even said the last 10 died. Pity, I had $160 of aquarium gear in my hand but I’ll head to Petbarn instead.

Today is the first time I've been to the store and it seems to be a good supplier, but why I give it 5 stars is the person behind the counter. She is a person who is interested in what you talk about and listens. (Hard to find)

Have compared their deals with Budget Pets and Pets Circle and with free membership and their specials, a much better deal here. Wouldn't waste time with on-line suppliers. Service is excellent also.

Staff were amazing, helpful and knew what they were talking about. They do free water testing for your aquarium and give you tips and the gear to get it right. Highly recommended. Jesse is a ledge.

The staff here were very helpful and were happy to share their knowledge of product without any bias for sponsored brands. We will be using Pets Domain for all of our pets products in future.
