The store is located on the level below the main shopping centre. When going towards Coles, the 2 escalaters going down to car park is where you'll find it. After 1st escalater to the left. The staff are nice and helpful. Having proper conversations, not just niceties to get you in. I go there for fish requirements, so can only comment on that section. Limited and basic choices with fish and aquatic plants. There are about 3 brands to choose from for aquarium supplies and fish food. They have a small area on shelf dedicated for all your Betta fish needs. Can get food, gravel, plants sometimes, water enhancers, some medical, tools for the up keep of tanks, heaters, filters, lights and so on. Can become a member with just your phone number, so when you shop a small or minuscule amount can be taken off the total...something is better than nothing. Basic shopping hours of trading. Have been to better places for fish shopping. The store seems more targeted towards the Dogs and Cats.

The blonde girls that work on Fridays are a piece of work. Rude, condescending. Just ignored me when I was in a rush at the counter with a queue forming behind as they both went into long winded discussions with two other customers (who I don't think even bought anything). Any chance of putting in a self serve counter? Every time I go there I get this odd feeling about being in there. During Covid they out up a heap of rubbish in front of the counter to keep customers at a distance. Was a huge "trip" hazard. Wouldn't be surprised if a customer fell over and injured themselves. Its an odd place. I only go there if I haven't had time to order online. Im quick and I know what I want - so an easy customer to have as I buy the pricey stuff with out any hassle. So why so rude? And please stop sneering when I say Im not signed up. If I signed up to every shop I went to ...thats all I would do. Just learn some customer focus

One particularly unpleasant guy (who appears to be the manager) clearly struggles with emotional regulation. And this has a flow-on effect to other staff members. Sales tactics include: • disagreeing with veterinary advice when it comes to my dog's worming (in the hopes of selling other products in-stock) • offering a price-match system and then getting sour when customers try to utilise it • admitting lack of knowledge in one breath and then insisting on another product in the next breath Honestly, you're better off jumping on petcircle.com.au and ordering everything for cheaper, including free shipping over a certain amount. Yes, a website is more pleasant and welcoming than the staff at PETstock Broadway.

Poor food storage conditions became my dog ill. I recently purchased a PRIME100 Chicken roll from this shop on February 25th, but unfortunately, the product was not in good condition. As a result, my puppy became ill with a digestive system disease that was directly linked to the consumption of the product within the first two days. I am concerned that this shop may not be following proper food storage guidelines, such as refrigeration below 4°C. This is a serious health risk for both dogs and their owners, and I urge the shop to take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of their customers and their pets.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR SPECIALS!!!! I went to get science diet wet cat food and there was a sign indicating that that they were on special 24 cans (82g) for $29. But when I went to the counter they didn't honor their special and they said it was for something else when the sign clearly stated "24 cans of science diet 82g per can for $29". The lady went to grab the sign before I could go and double check and ripped it before I could re read it. Didn't end up purchasing the cat food cause after her reaction I felt like she was ripping me off.....

They have basic pet supplies. More aimed at Cat and Dog owners, although they do have some fish and fish related products, (just not a large range). There is also a limited reptile supply section along with a small bird area. Staff are nice and as helpful as they can be. Can also join their loyalty program, (give them your phone number). This will get you a small discount on your purchases.

We went in to get help with a pump for our fishtank - the guy who helped us was so friendly and went so far as to undo the pump to check it, plugged it in to test it - rather than just selling us one that we may not have needed. It really did need replacing so he advised us on the best one and which water flow option would be best for our tank and fish. Great service thank you so much!

Our cats are now fussy eaters because we've been dropping by a few times a week to get the premium stuff. We have noticed that since the switch to food supermarkets don't have vomiting is a rare thing and our cat with IBS has better luck in the litter box now. The staff are all great and we love checking the window to see cats being adopted so quickly.

Well stocked with all the basics and mid-level products. A great range of fish upkeep products and tank decor, although not completely sure on the quality of their livestock or plants, but they seem to look safe and disease-free. Friendly, professional service and very convenient location if you live/work/play nearby and are running low on supplies.

Absolutely amazing pet store, the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The store is well stocked. Which has everything in general your pet needs. I'm also amazed by the fish stock, all the fish are well taken care of, therefore the fish are incredibly healthy, and the tanks are incredibly well kept. Great pet store, well done.

Hard to visit this store without buying something for the extended family. Plenty of fish and fish products. From start up packs to professional accessories and food. Also same for cats and dogs. Plenty to pick from. Very friendly and helpful staff too. They also normally have 1 or 2 days or kittens there for adoption.

Failed to deliver products on time and failed to refund properly as i used Zip afterpay to make the purchase. They said they can ONLY refund to my Zip account. However, my Zip account is already balanced.( I settled all the debt beforehand). By their refunding policy they actually making more credit to my Account.

Avoid staff No one expects pet store workers to have knowledge on every type of pet care or be a vet but I do expect them to at least admit if they don’t know and not be rude about it. There’s just better ways to say things when people’s pets health may be on the line.

So..so store, decent variety of pet supplies but customer service could be better, not the worst I’ve ever experienced from a pet store though. Don’t be fooled by their “specials” however, they never honour the discounts every time I go there.

Went in today to pick up some additions to my aquarium, was helped by Amy who was absolutely wonderful and helpful when picking the right fish for my tank. Fish all looked very well looked after and happy, well priced too! Will be back.

Another good find. This Shop has everything. I am an Aquarium and fish Enthusiast. Pet Barn have very little. Petstock has everything for all Animal Lovers at very good Prices. I Thoroughly Recommend this Shop.

Went to get stuff for my hermit crab and dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful with my needs, they gave good recommendations for alternatives if they did not have the item in stock.

Like most pet supply stores this place has the usual high quality products at the usual price, what makes it special is the staff, the service and the passion.

Have a large range of single kitten foods. My kitten is a fussy eater so I'm noting what she likes and doesn't like. Been feeding her supermarket cat food.

All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Big shout out in particular to Tony the fish guy, super knowledgeable when it comes to things with fins.

Convenient location, open later than most other Petstocks, have a good variety and always friendly staff. Fish tanks usually kept in good condition too.

Took way too long to price match. I came in for one bag of cat food and it took 20 minutes to wait for the guy to finalise the price match.

Pet stock are not bad there prices are average there in between the Ground floor and Harris farm markets in Broadway shopping centre.
