Lovely staff and great product knowledge, when asking about fish the young girl didn’t know exactly what I was talking about she got another colleague who had more knowledge which was super helpful. Michelle and Ashley seem to be the managers and they do a fantastic job and are always happy to help me out when I go in. I know some people get confused with the Glenorchy PetStock and the Derwent Park Country one, but I sure don’t, Derwent park was bad service with rude people and such lack of enthusiasm for the job shown. Such a completely 360 to the Glenorchy shop.

The location is a bit out of the way for someone older like myself who has to walk and bus. The staff are rude . They don't have good product knowledge. And when you ask a question on the phone they don't like taking the time to walk to a shelf to chek on stock item for the customer. This has been not only my most recent experience but a 3 or 4 times experience..I only go there when I have no other choice. Very bad..Highly NOT recommended. Zero stars.

The store is well laid out however the variety of stock is low. The staff are not very helpful. For example, I was looking for an item and a staff member that was standing close to me did not offer to assist when asked. I had to walk to the cashier who was so busy sweeping. I had to again ask for assistance. Pity that customer service and stock availability is non existent in this store.

Visited the store today for the first time. Needed help with something that was kept behind the counter. Two staff physically behind the counter chatting to a female who didn’t seem to be purchasing anything. No other customers and no acknowledgement of my presence or offer to help. Store is nice - service was non existent. I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Been in on 2 seperate occasions to look at fish. Both times no service what so ever. First time there were staff around, no customers, but just chatting to each other. This morning there was not a single staff member in sight. I could hear them out the back but I waited for a while and no one came. Could have walked out with anything!

Asked for help with puppy harnesses staff new nothing and did not seem interested in assisting. We asked questions regarding their puppy classes and our details were taken and that was the last we how heard. Puppy has arrived three weeks later and we have now made alternate arrangements. Bloody poor. takenand that's the last

Would be better if you were sent an alert as to when your click & collect order was ready. Otherwise, store staff are friendly & helpful & range of products is good. UPDATE: Notification on order pick up has been fixed now, which is great. Really good when companies respond to feedback. Happy to shop here regularly now.

I used the hydrobath facility yesterday. My dog stank. I did not want to bath her outdoors, she's elderly and still quite weak from being very, very sick. The bath is paid for at the counter so there's no racing the clock. I was able to fully dry her. They even provide a plastic apron so you don't get to wet.

I wanted to pick up my dog's food that I usually get at the South Melbourne store as we're on holiday, but they had no idea what I was talking about. We heard the manager of the store speaking very rudely to her younger colleague. Store was clean and neat.

Left work early, drove half an hour to get there before they closed and they had already turned the register off. Turned me away with the door wide open. Can't rely on them and they don't care about the customer.

Very impressed, the place was clean and tidy and heated, I bought wet cat food & treats, they were very fresh and in good condition, they have fish and birds for sale. I highly recommend this store.

Excellent service when we bought 2 finches,cage and accessories a few weeks ago Would recommend this store for animal needs.Willow and Fern sure do make the day bright with their chirping..

Very clean and tidy, turned up about 5mins before closing time and I was welcomed in happily unlike most places where they try and push you out the door. Great selection of products.

Michelle and the young male employee at Glenorchy Petstock are always so friendly and go out of their way to answer my questions with their wealth of knowledge.

I find the staff extremely helpful, and they go out of their way to accommodate me. I now find that they are the only place I go to for my pet needs.

A lot of dead fish in tanks. Staff didn't acknowledge you being in store. Left without buying anything.
