Anthony and Rick are outstanding staff members at Pet Stock Melton. They have been informative and took time to establish our wants and needs and tailor solutions accordingly. I cannot recommend them more highly for any person who regards their pets as part of their family. Their advice was first class and their prices competitive and very reasonable. The owners should be aware of how talented their team members are an ensure they are treated accordingly. Service as good as this is very rare these day's.

Can not fault PETstock Melton! The staff are always polite, engaging and experienced who understand their products. Their prices are competitive and I have seen stock here that I have not seen in other pet store chains. Our husky went to puppy school here and Amy was amazing! very engaging, clearly loves her job and never forgot any of the puppies she trained by name. Do yourself a favor and go to PETstock and don't bother with Best Friends across the street who are just a profit machine.

Not shopping here again after they sold me a bag of dog food with a hole in it that had been taped up. I got it exchanged, though the guy had the attitude that it was all good for them to sell bags of food with holes in it! But just noticed there's a hole in the bag they exchanged it for too! Obviously either don't care about the pets they supply for or just have no understanding about food safety. Shopping at Best Friends across the road from now on..

I had a pleasant experience from this store thanks to the two gentlemen which I wish I knew their names to give them credit for being so helpful and friendly. What a major difference compared to the Watergardens store, who always seem like it’s an inconvenience to approach them for help. The store needs to be even bigger but otherwise I feel like I can purchase everything I need here for my different variety of pets.

Great place, great service. I would always shop wuth these guys but their prices are double the amount as opposed to Best Friends Pet Store directly across the street. Such a shame! Love the pet store bird, Wally. She always jumps on my shoulder and does my shopping with me! Please, is there anyway you can start to price match Best Friends Pet Store so I can just shop with you guys?

Yesterday I went in desperate need of help to stop my young pup from wanting to destroy everything in the house. Rickie helped me and my partner so quickly and easily. He gave great advice, provided so many solutions. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected in customer service. Such a great experience. I will be back for sure!

Really friendly and helpful staff. They were able to refund some dog food my dog didn't like with out hassle. They also carried it to my car. They also seemed very knowledgeable and understanding on my dogs issues. So you can't ask for much more from the people.

Very happy with Petstock Melton, they were $41 cheaper for Bravecto so i was able to buy 2 boxes. When you are needing all flea or worme protection try Petstock first because $82 discount was amazing. The store sell quality pet food aswell.

Go in and get Wally to help you with your shopping. He is a beautiful pink and grey galah and he loves to have a chat on your shoulder or sit on your trolley while you shop. The staff are also friendly and provide great customer service

Have some good products, but need to sell bigger Guinea pig cages biggest one they had in stock was 100 cm which I had recommended to me for two Guinea pigs.. ( when the minimum requirement is 120 or 140 for two male piggies).

It meets the needs of most pets. Lovely selection of simple fish and mussels as an add on natural filter to keep together in the same aquarium tank. Received assistance to catch female swordfish from the tank for purchase.

Large pet shop, there is also a dog wash available, here I stock up on rabbit food, the prices are affordable compared to other pet shops, they also sell birds and parrots. Convenient parking right in front of the shop.

Pet stock Melton have friendly staff who are there to help with our enquiries. I love the new litter box I bought recently. It has high sides which help to keep the litter inside the box. Very happy with my purchase.

Went into to buy some cat litter, also bought on the spur of the moment a new dog coat. Young lady carried the litter to my car for me as it was quite heavy. Very helpful and polite.
