i don’t know where to start but to say that i’ve never felt this grateful in my life would be an understatement. i took nora at 4 am in the morning and she was treated with the utmost care by Dr. Umair who gave her medicines and stayed in touch with me the following day. Her situation worsened and i had to take her again to the clinic and Dr. Alina, along with Dr. Abdullah, was there to guide and help me through everything. I haven’t seen Drs this selfless, taking care of animals like you would take care of children. They always asked if i had any questions or if there was any other concern and even though my cat is really aggressive, all of them treated her with love. she stayed for a total of 5 days after her surgery and i got daily updates of her, twice a day even. As a pet owner the one thing you’re always concerned about is misdiagnosis of your pet and whether you’re satisfied with the vet or not, i never felt like that or had a doubt even once during my time with them. i was really concerned for my cat but they made the whole time really easy for me. I’m so grateful to have found them at a time when no other vet near me was open, i have no words to express my gratitude for them. I don’t know what i would’ve done without them

A few days ago, our Female Persian Cat, had ingested a venomous lizard right infront of us at 3 am in the morning. She vomited 30 minutes after and the situation was now serious. At such late hours we didn't know where to go to as her usual veterinary was closed and we were afraid we might lose our cat. Thankfully we found out about Pet Express and it being open 24 hours. We rushed to the veterinary and we were greeted by Dr. Umair, who immediately left us with a professional impression, and calmed us and expertly diagnosed the cat and gave her the proper medical care needed. The cat was, honestly saved by Dr. Umair and we are thankful to him. Would recommend this clinic to everyone for all their pet needs. The staff are professional, and know how to handle animals and provide good care for them.

Found a stray cat in dha phase 3 lahore, she fell from the roof of a 3 story building and was lying there bleeding. Ran to the nearby vet - Petxpress They said we cannot come to treat her there(although it’s 2 mins away) I had to bring the hurt and sick cat to the clinic even though she was in too much pain At the clinic they said the cat has multiple compound fractures and you should give her a mercy death, and thats the only solution. I had to do it as they did not give me a treatment options. At the end, I was asked to pay 3500 just for the mercy death and i was handed the body of that stray cat to take with me. The worst experience ever. So traumatising. would not anyone to go there. Truly heartless and capitalistic approach. — at Petxpress.

I have visited several vet clinics in Lahore and have always found some element of disinterest or incompetence on part of the faculty. However, from the very first appointment, the people at Petxpress Veterinary Complex were hands on and cared for my cat with utmost professionalism and a genuine love for animals. In their handling, history taking, examination and treatment, it was clear they knew what they were doing and wanted what was best for my pet. They even handled my very ‘agro’ enthusiastic Rottweiler puppy with such patience, it was truly a testament to their training

Just visited them to treat my cat who got into an accident called them at 2:30 AM and fortunately they were available. They has x-ray and blood test facility available. Did a x-ray immediately but unfortunately she couldn't survive because of internal bleeding. They told me she can't survive anymore and best solution is to euthanize. as her bp fell and heart beat also dropped and we knew she was in pain. Instead of charging extra money from blood test they told truth. Doctor was very professional. loved their service.

Quality Drs with quality treatment. Last night our queen lilly got delievery pains and we were much worried. We called dr asad, dr adil and dr zain at 3:am. All reached at my place on time without delay, checked my lilly, gave us detail information regarding 1st aids in delievery. Now, Alhamdulliah lilly is active nourshing 7 little kittens. All are healthy Alhamdulliah. I m very gratefull. Thanks Allah Almighty we have a best service at our town❤❤

I Visited with my Boxer German Shepherd Dog with Spinal Injury after visiting other Clinic in DHA,they refused to treat but PetExpress treated my dog which have Spinal Injury, after 15 days of surgery my dog is now fine and well, Running after ball and playing with me. It was very unfortunate that we lost one of our favorite feral cats to severe anemia and blood parasites! He had 2 months of bad health before finally being put to rest. That being said, the experience with Petxpress was exceptionally good, thoroughly professional Doctors and staff and they gave me regular timely updates. They were very kind with the pets too. A few days a go my female persian cat was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting, so i took her to a near by clinic pet express the doctors suspected gastrointestinal infection and they did all the required diagnostic tests and gave her the required treatment, so my cat was better in no time.
