Romantischer kleiner Leuchtturm an der Hafeneinfahrt von Genf aus dem Jahr 1897, der von Paul Bouvier aus Neuenburg entworfen wurde. Der Turm besteht aus Stahl und hat seit 2016 eine 1000 Watt Halogenleuchte, die bereits aus 24 - 36 Kilometern Entfernung sichtbar ist. Der Turm ist 18.7 Meter hoch. Ein Besuch am Abend ist zu empfehlen, da der weiss gestrichene Leuchtturm atmosphärisch angestrahlt wird und man sich wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt fühlt.

A wonderful place to soak in the ambiance of Geneva and this magical city on the lake.

There is a plethora of scenic natural spots around the waterfront in Geneva. Walking down paths does bring you to a slightly different view from each side. I think the slightly cranky swans were my favourite. Bring tributes or you will be hissed at as was some poor toddler who crossed the wrong swan. Food. It resolves most problems.

The second lighthouse on Lake Geneva which is directly opposite to the fountain. Usually crowded in the evening till late at night with people relaxing with friends and family on the pier. You can walk right up to this lighthouse and walk around the railing for a good view of the lake and the fountain.

Light in Cold... Wonderful sight for eyes, the cold wind was freezing... Coming from India I was blown away by the wind...coooolld... Scenic. Treat for eyes.

It’s the heart of the city where you will got a lot of extraordinary landscapes with a combination of the lake and the fountain. I didn’t know why the foundation closed on Sunday so you should check carefully the schedule of the fountain!

You guys have seen a lot of photos of this place right? I want to share some special moments that I have witnessed in this place: It was the day when Geneva was -8 degrees, and everything froze. What a great scene!

The Geneva lake, Lac Lemen, is simply magical. This is my most favourite place in this international city. Come here on a sunny day and be prepared to have your breath taken away by its beauty and tranquility.

It's the place where people come to chill out in the evening. A beer in one hand and the life partner on another hand. Pretty romantic and relaxing. The fountain, the moon makes the view more breathtaking

I like this place a lot. Amazing view. Great atmosphere.

Nice place to evening walk, lighthouse is lit with colors, and you can approach with a path through lake. Around lot of benches and places to sit and relax.

The lighthouse offers stunning views of both Geneva and the lake. In winter, when there is snow, it is difficult to reach it. Under the snow there is ice.

Simply brilliant vibe of the place - I had a chance to watch it from the other side ( other lighthouse ) - Mesmerising views of the lake!

Filled with joy, everyone is having a great time! It is also a fantastic site to observe the fountain.

Very nice place to sit and enjoy the Genewa Lake! Ticket for entrance is 2 Chf.

Beautiful light house, all around with different birds.
