I started getting my prescriptions here when they opened.I have worked in retail and Pharmacy and can appreciate this level of customer service. I feel I can always ask any questions,the advice has been excellent. The Pharmacists are friendly and even when busy,take the time to listen. I live in New Westminster and have complex health issues which even before the pandemic sometimes prevented me from coming into my Doctor. Whatever I needed,they made sure it was delivered to me. Tasha has delivered everything to me for the past few years. She is a Rock Star! Last year when snow prevented most travel on my street,she drove right up to my door. I will be a loyal customer for the long term and have recommended them to many others.

I don’t write many reviews unless a place has gone above and beyond. My large dog recently had a hind leg amputation and his pain was poorly treated. Ultimately, he ended up in vet emerge and a narcotic pain patch was applied to a shaved area of his skin. The patch was applied so poorly the medication was barely being absorbed. I brought him into Pharmachoice to ask for guidance on how to get the patch to better adhere to his skin. Not only did they make excellent recommendations, they applied the gauze and tape to his pain patch, and gave him lots of hugs. I was near tears at the empathy shown to my pup and had to fight back tears. Thanks for such compassionate care to people and animals, Pharmachoice. Ten stars!

“I just wanted to write and thank everyone for the exceptional caring service your pharmacy has provided, especially, Tasha and Abe. Every employee that i have dealt with at this Phamasave has been very professional and more importantly , CARING, and efficient. Both brothers Abe and Maher are patient, informative and go out of their way to support their customers. I have a drug store closer to where i live but i wouldn't go anywhere else. Its a drug store that still remembers what being a neighbourhood pharmacist is all about . They have made a sometimes stressful time in life more bearable. They don't carry the items that are in their flyer. Went to pick up Lifesource blood pressure cuff for 59.99, the cashier told me they dont carry Lifesource products, so was unable to give me the deal. She said she would have her manager call me on Monday, didn't happen. Very frustrating when you drive to the location and the ad in their flyer is not there. Not good business. ****UPDATE**** Spoke to the manager today, he explained everything to me. They do carry Lifesource, the cashier was misinformed, needs a little more training. Thank you for calling and clearing this up for me.

Good location, good pharmacy, descent selection of products, and the staff are generally nice and accommodating except for that one slender Asian woman who could use some attitude adjustment. It's like she's mad at something, snaps at you, makes snotty responses and has that stern look in her face that makes you not wanna do business there. Unlike the male pharmacist, whose very accommodating and well-mannered. She could use a tip or two from him on customer service. I'd rather transact somewhere else than deal with a confrontational staff.

Good people here. Called them because I was having trouble sourcing a medical device for my parents who are seniors. The cheerful kind gal who took my call said they had just sold their last one but would get more in soon. She took my number and called me a week later for pickup. When I went in, I was greeted and shown the right team member who had the product. As someone who does not live in this neighbourhood, I felt good about going the extra mile because it was met with hospitality all the way--thank you!!

What a great neighbourhood pharmacy. I moved my prescriptions here when they opened a couple of years back, and have been super happy with them. Such good service, and so much more personable than London Drugs where I was before. Abe is fantastic, and everyone there is so friendly. I can order refills over the phone, and even when I go in with a new prescription I've never had to wait. I love these guys!

I've been very happy with my care from this Pharmasave location for many years. They are knowledgeable, professional, thorough, caring, and committed to serving our community. Abe Samman RPh. always takes care of my needs and concerns with a smile and patiently and completely answers questions. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The best travel clinic I've been to! The ladies there took there time to thoroughly look at our immunization needs beyond our specific upcoming trip. Despite low availability, my husband was squeezed in to get an important yellow fever shot for his impromptu trip to Brazil. The best part was how fast the injections were that didn't make you feel any pain at all.

I have been with this Pharmacy and team of incredible HUMAN beings . With knowledge , professionalism, caring support . And individualized support. Brand new pharmacy and walk-in clinic (Sunrise Medical). I walked in today, and was very pleased with the efficient service. The pharmacy has a large selection of products, and Abe the pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking kind of sucks around the area as they don't have a parking lot, but I'll definitely return.

A partner went here to get vaccinated. They had to leave because staff were unmasked and showing obvious covid symptoms. Really discriminatory, given this is a medical type place and disabled folks need to go here to get vaccinated. Not a safe space. They also lie to you in their follow ups to reviews which is annoying and gaslighting

Really kind and helpful staff at this location. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help you to find what you need. I always enjoy stopping in here even when it’s not for the best reason, they are always around to aid in my recovery. Atop of that they have great deals on their shop items every once and awhile. A good local health hub.

Really appreciate the staff here! They’re much more efficient compared to the other, larger pharmacies nearby. They also sell unbleached cotton gloves which have been a lifesaver for my eczema. Their product selections are smaller but this place is my go-to for prescription fillings.

The BEST Customer service!! I went in with what seemed like a million prescriptions for my elderly father and they were so amazing. They put them in pill packs for him and just made his life so much easier with one simple thing. They are so nice and I can't say enough about them!!

Great location with a good selection. I went to 2 shoppers drug marts and a london drugs before I found what I needed here! Staff have been great and ordered stuff in for me upon request. Great spot! Will come here first next time.

i went here for my covid and flu vaccine, on separate days. the staff was very helpful when asked where to get the shots and i saw they have excellent selections for medical/travel/disability/senior/ etc support.

Transferred here last year after years of frustrations with the nearby London Drugs and Shoppers. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used, hands down. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
