Won't shop at this chemist anymore. Pharmacist rude. Claims they price match but denied me had to drive half an hour away to purchase the item I was after - heavily pregnant and not feeling up to going anywhere in the heat. Lost my business. I will shop at chemist warehouse from now on happy to drive a bit further.

I needed a sick certificate this morning - I have a cold (sore throat & runny nose). The staff at Better Health Pharmacy in Fulham Gardens were very helpful and efficient. They provided what I needed quickly and pleasantly. I'm very grateful to have received such good service at my local pharmacy.

I ran out of important medication the day I was told to quarantine. I have nobody who can drive to get it for me. The staff were able to really help me out over the phone and solve my problem. Really appreciate the extra effort you guys went to for me today.

I have witnessed this Pharmacy give incorrect medication to children. If the parent had not found out this incorrect medication could have been taken by the child.
