Not helpful at all, I am a Natural therapist and a carer, due to my work, I had lower back injury. I have always avoided medication, especially strong pain killers, however due to my back muscle inflammation, I tried to fill in a script from my GP. Due to covid it is done over phone consultation. My GP could not access her escript application. I came in limping with my little girl by mine side, I struggled to get out of the car and was struggling to get in the car, not only did you refuse to fill my script from my GP, you didn’t even bother looking at it properly. Nor did you attempt to recommend any pain relief, to help minimise my pain. I ended up burst into tears, because of the pain and needing to ask what I should take. No one wants to be in this pain. I couldn’t get off the floor and needing help from my family. And you won’t even fill a script from a Doctor nor make any suggestion. Just so I could at least get back to my car.

Have contacted them three times over 3 months to have the COVID vaccine I received there in Feb 2022 registered properly but to no avail. Each time I have reached out I've been told someone will call me back and they never do. Desperately need my third vaccine recorded for an upcoming trip and they've been of no help.

The worker's aren't safe its not a good place for a disability pension person.......has they told me that it doesn't matter if I have covered they still want me to go pick up my meds they want me to go there even took a covered test and I was positive

The range is fantastic, as are the pharmacists, but the check out staff are questionable. Todays girl was one of the worst! Highly encourage your managers to ensure the check out staff are kinder and more professional. Such a disappointment.

That Canadian boy who works there... his mind is feeble, but my god can he dance. The oriental girl who works there is a, a rising dragon! Of good customer service that is. I tip my monocle to the good folks of P4L, may their tribe prosper!

I live near to this pharmacy and have always found them to be prompt and courteous. I needed antivirals for Covid and they had a staff member deliver it quickly. I also had legal papers witnessed by the pharmacist without delay.

5* for these guys - they were able to deliver same day and take my script by email which just made life so much easier in covid isolation. Highly recommend. Their staff are lovely.

Illegally subdivided Rapid Antigen Test packs into individual units and then jacked the price, albeit less egregiously than some other places.

Great prices on a range of things that you wouldn't even expect, but the manager there, whose name is Brendan is absolutely horrible.

Great pharmacy, the one Canadian guy that works there is a little "slow", but he means well.
