I am absolutely disgusted to see the Pitt Street Pharmacy 4 Less removing Rapid Antigen Tests from their 5 and 20 packs to sell them unpackaged at an inflated price. It's downright predatory behaviour, and price gouging because of a pandemic is downright morally reprehensible - not to mention, I'm pretty sure taking them out of the bulk packages and selling them unpackaged is not just immoral, but illegal. You guys are a pack of grubs. EDIT: I am editing to say that I have referred this disgusting + predatory behaviour on to the ACCC. No businesses should be allowed to get away with this behaviour.

This Pharmacy is Managed by a Professional Team whom is driven to provide only the best of customer service. I personally would like to thank them for their help and support to which I have not been shown in many other surrounding businesses... This team went above and beyond to personally contact myself when a product I needed came into stock and that level of service is rare in Sydney and absolutely not in their normal job title!!!.... Please support this business Sydney people.

OMG, what's with the negative reviews?! This place is great. It's new so it's not massively overcrowded like the nearby Chemist Warehouses. I pop in and I can fill a script quickly and get out of there. I don't understand why people will go to the nearby Chemist Warehouses and wait ages when this place is available. The staff have been super nice to me each time I've been.

Love this pharmacy . The middle eastern looking pharmacist / manager was very helpful and answered all my questions . I don’t care if they sell RATs for $20 they have to make a living too . They are in the middle of the city too … By the same logic , Supermarkets should charge less for food or give it for free because it’s not our fault if we have to eat to survive ?

I had a whooping cough vaccine administered by Hafiz!!! He is amazing!!!! I have a needle phobia and he was understanding and patient with me, mentally preparing me to ease my anxiety!!! He made my brother and I laugh (important when I’m in this situation)!!! Thank you Hafiz!!! He even gave me a free cup for being a brave girl!!!! …

Been there once and very happy with the product range and service. Pharmacist that I spoke to on the 4th of Jan was very helpful and answered all my questions. I do think that $20 for a rat test is insane and makes me think are they really 4 less but good location if u need to p/u something on the way home

DO NOT WASTE TIME COMING HERE. Don’t be fool by there catching phrase Pharmacy 4less, discount chemist etc The look alike Pharmarcist on duty kept checking and looking at the paper I gave him, then end up saying sorry don’t have it . I shouldn’t be waiting for that long, hardly any customer were there

It has been the fourth month in consecutive months yay I’ve been in this store to get my prescription of (Endep 50mg) and always out of stock??!! I mean seriously!!! It’s always quiet whenever I drop in or by. Can’t be that busy to be running out!? Either stock up or lock up!!!

I don't know, I go into this Pharmacy 4 less a fair bit, as it's convenient BUT it's about the 5th time it hasn't had a medication I need. They spend more money on the stock downstairs of lollies, drinks and other rubbish than the medication stock that a Pharmacy should have.

One of the workers there was pretty rude to one of the employees there. I'm not sure if he's referred to as some sort of manager or supervisor since he had a pretty self-entitled demeanour about him. One thing's for sure - I wouldn't want be managed by them!

Only place nearby with self-test kits available because they seperate them from the boxes and charge you $20 per test before your own eyes... Absolute scam, shame on this place for doing such a thing at a time of desperation for so many people.

Wow what an experience! A convenient location with easy access. Pharmacy is vibrant and has most things I need especially vitamins. Staff are friendly and the pharmacists are very helpful. Definitely making this my regular chemist from now on!

Such a great pharmacy, easy to get to in the city between my work breaks. It’s always friendly service from the pharmacists and they always educate me on my medicine. Highly recommend!

Hafiz was very helpful and patient with my sister (who has a phobia with needles) and I when we received booster vaccinations for Whooping Cough! Thanks again for all your help!
