After a relative of mine suggested going to Pharmacy Nutrition Warehouse today to fill out my prescriptions for Diabetes, I've decided never again. You should always return to places that you are familiar with and are comfortable with their customer service. The young girl that served me in the prescription area had no idea what the medication I have been taking for the last six years was for. The young girl filled out my prescription in a brand that I do not normally take and I asked her to explain or check this was correct, she become very defensive and dismissive of me. Other chemists always remind me or check that I know what each medication that I am taking is used for. Is it any wonder we have a problem with prescription abuse in Australia when people are not made aware of what they are taking. I have to say that although all of my three medications were slightly cheaper than other places, you cannot put a price on good health. My advice to customers is buyer be aware. I have been a customer of PNW since before Katsedis became Kaye. Been on their wait list for Ozempic for over 6 months. Told that they were getting small amounts every month and that I was 1st on their list. A few months ago . Went 2 days ago only to be told that they have not got any stock for months now. Informed them that I registered with Chester and Jake in Blacktown and that they had already called me and gave me one lot that was coming to an end. I was asked by Roger to try them again. I did register again and got a call back today and picked up my prescription. Throughly dissatisfied and disappointed with PNW and will now fulfill my family prescriptions through Chester and Jake blacktown. Have not seen Andrew at this chemist for more than 2 years now and the service has declined . We even have to ask for the discount cards when we fulfill our prescriptions. Not happy

These guys and girls were helpful in finding out the costs of my medicines and than explaining what the issues are behind that. I was treated very well by the staff and found that this chemist was cheaper than most that I have been to recently. Still it is a decent place to go and get things sorted out medicine wise and for anything health wise you can get the answer from the Pharmacists on all medicines as well. I will go back here again if I need anything for my son and me at all. The only thing you have to do is keep an eye on the time on the parking along Aurelia St as it is only 1 hr keep an eye out.

Extremely poor customer service, terrible attitude and rudeness personified. The pharmacist Nibhay Anand is a terrible hire, and extremely impulsive. This particular pharmacist has an incredible talent of pissing off, perfectly normal people. I would strongly recommend removing him or making sure he has zero customer interaction, to prevent the downfall of this much loved pharmacy. ( Overall the customer service experience is amazing, except for the pharmacists in the store, they have attitude problems) Assumptions : He is an employee not a partner in this store. Good luck!

Absolutely appalled at the service from the dispensary at this Chemist. They are constantly making errors and there is no due diligence. They mixed the wrong medications in the webster pack for our script, and they also did not process a script and this caused delays in receiving our essential medications. Not to my surprise, another customer also had their medications mixed today. It appears this is a common occurrence. We will not be processing our scripts at this Chemist anymore due to the negligence from the pharmacists.

Honestly hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I had a few questions regarding something that I needed seeing to but I wasn’t quiet sure how to go about it. I was greeted by a lovely ladie who worked here named Natasha, very knowledgeable and she was more than happy to answer all the questions I had. She was patient, helpful and gave me further contacts in regards to my problem to help me gain more understanding of it. We need caring people like this ladie in the world. I'm confused with any good reviews. Owner/pharmacist is disorganised so the entire store is also. I arranged to collect webster packs for a family member and they medications were incorrectly packed or dated in some way almost every single time. Also accidentally charged non-pbs prices and didn't realise until I made an enquiry because the prices didn't looked right.Talked to someone who briefly worked there and said they'd experienced the same disorganisation issues. Plenty of other pharmacies on that road. Avoid

Can't complain about Andrew Kathistedes and his crew of attentive, knowledgeable, friendly girls and guys! Fast and efficient with your prescriptions and rarely out of stock of anything!! Every month you get a discount off regular products you buy PLUS they price match their competitors without you even asking!! Worst thing is the parking, but the best parks are in the shopping centre car park - just get out in less than 3 hours and it's free!! Better off not being sick but it's the next best thing!!

One of the Asian service assistant staff is rude, need some politeness and customer engagement skills, next time if it's reapeated I will take it up with management straight, the way she behaved a couple of times in the past is not the true reflection of retaining the customers even though prices are competitive. Hope it positive feedback shed some light on the basics which are a must for the business to flourish in long run. I apologise I didn't note her name, hence had to profile her.

Hello, I too wish to leave my review. I’ve always had a good experience getting my meds/prescriptions and answers to med related queries here. Most of the staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help me. For those that seem uptight, it doesn’t bother me as long as my work is done. I feel bad for those who’ve had not so pleasant experiences at this store. We all are human beings after all, not robots. ☺️

If you want good service and treated nicely dont come here do yourself a favour and go across the road to the other pharmacy. The older lady at counter was rude seems like she doesn't want to be there and the pharmacist deanne at the back was extremely rude seems like all the 1 star reviews are complaining about all the same problems Management needs to retrain their staff

Thank YOU very much for the service during My isolation. THERE was only a couple of Things that got delivered that was wrong and I couldn't return because of the isolation My accent was the problem . The articles were Polident tooth paste for Dentures & Cold Relief. NO BIG DEAL BUT JUST TO MENTION.I will still be coming There Like I said my accent was tje problem. T

One of my go-to pharmacy. Quite complete and price is competitive. They can match price if you do find cheaper price somewhere else. I’m a long time customer so they gave me a deal started few years ago that everytime I buy prescription medicine I’ll get $2 discount if I purchase any item from the store.

Great chemist. Everyone is really helpful, nice and always accommodating. Jean and Debra are two particular staff members who always go out of their way to make sure customers are happy! The CEO Andrew is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very good. I wont go anywhere else.

The move has squarely put this spot on a no visit zone, people on top of each other, I came for a booster shot and will likely leave with the virus instead. Only gets another star cause of the staff over the years, sad the greed of their owners has killed it.

Went there yesterday to get a prescription medicine for my daughter and they gave us an expired one. Don’t think anyone is checking the medicine expiry dates. Very poor service

Even when there is no one there still expect to wait a minimum 30minutes to get a script filled. Only when the owner is there do things move quickly. Super frustrating.

There is crucially bad customer service and employees are rude. Over the three people I met at the shop not one of them greeted .
