The lady in the headscarf that works here is a utter waste of space and should not be working in a pharmacy. Firstly, a few days ago I came in to get emergency meds sent by late dr’s for my 1 year old son with tonsillitis, she chucked the antibiotics in the bag and slid the bag over to me without telling me how to use it, if it needs to go in the fridge etc.. so I had to ask her all the relevant questions and got 1 worded not bothered answers from her. Now today, I have just been prescribed antibiotics by dr’s for tonsillitis, and I called the pharmacy to check if they have the medicine in stock and she said ‘YES U CAN COME’ only for my husband to get a cab there and for her to say they don’t have that in stock because ‘everyone seems to have tonsillitis these days’ and they have run out. After challenging her about why she lied on the phone, she said it was human error. She ‘thought the empty box on the shelf was not empty’ wasted money to get there and she had no remorse. Please go elsewhere! These guys have 0 customer service and think they are working in some alleyway.

Disgusting customer service. I feel sorry for the owners who are rarely present. It seems they don't actually hire professional staff, just get friends and family to help out, which is fine if the level of customer service is strong regardless of this. Previously I have made prescription requests to be told again and again that it hadn't been processed. They blamed the surgery..... I called the surgery who said the request was never received. Infuriating. Today I went in and they were having a chit chat which is again totally fine. Why not have a banter when there are no customers. I actually stood there waiting while the young person at the front just carried on talking and didn't even realise a customer was waiting. I have had to ask for my details to be removed from their database and I will go back to using Munro pharmacy. One thing I can't stand is a poor service. We pay, we don't beg for freebies, so there is absolutely no excuse

Iv been with this pharmacy for 5/6 yrs its like a family the manager is lovely as well as the staff the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome any problems they go above and beyond to help if possible on occasions due to ill healh if i cant get out they always make sure i get my medication even at short notice this pharmcy ist lolal to my house but stay because its a great pharmacy the ladies and gentlmen behind counter as busy as they are are always profesional the manager always takes the time if you need him hes like a member of normal staff i would 1000 percent recomend to anyone best pharmacy iv ever been to a big thank you to nazim and all the staff for the great job they have done and continue to do all year done a great job through the pandemic and getting all patients prescriptions ready for xmas thanks guys you are all lovely bobbi keen ❤️❤️

Absolutely useless and incompetent I started using this pharmacy because of their long opening hours, but had nothing but headache with them every time I used their services. The guy at the till has absolutely 0 customer service skills and always acts as if he’s bothered by my custom. They never have my prescription in stock even though I’ve been using them every month now for years and the one time I used their automatic prescription ordering they failed to order my prescription from my gp, and then after I did it myself they failed to order my medicine by the time the prescription arrived, leaving me without critical daily medicine for over a week. The only reason why I’ve used them all this time is because of their long opening hours, but I’ve had enough. I’m switching to an online pharmacy service and save myself the hassle.

Very unprofessional, staff is not trained properly. My partner called them this morning to get a morning after pill and the girl who answered said I can go there and collect it without her going there because of our sick baby and the girl at the counter charged me for it then this idiot guy comes out and says they need to see her when they should have told her at the first place wasting my time and petrol driving all the way from Dagenham. I told them they can speak to her over the phone if they need to advice her on taking the medication but that idiot wouldn't have none of it. If that's how it works then they should have told us at the first place instead of mis communicating with me. Very unprofessional and rude and would never go back there again. Such a waste of time and money

Superb service and really attentive staff who truly value the needs of their customers, having been let down (again) by my local pharmacy, a call to 111 directed me here, despite the lengthy journey to get there, I was frankly relieved and glad to have ended up coming here of all places. My concerns were discussed again in person after an over the phone consultation, I felt seen and heard, and can’t thank you all enough! Also, a huge thank you to a lovely local resident who was on the same bus as me and helped me navigate the area, despite having google maps, it’s massively heartwarming to interact with a real person and to be shown such kindness in an area I’d never been to before added to my calm on what already had been a stressful day.

This pharmacy is a joke I’m disabled and can’t get out they forgot to put some of my meds when picked up call them for 4 hours they always take the phone off the hook for 4 hours today this is nothing new and give some of my meds to other patients if they don’t stock it the also on the weekends and evenings the pharmacist talking on his mobile phone while doing my prescriptions and because of this he does not pay attention and meds short or missing always loses my prescription unless the boss is in then it’s all done properly and the lady who answered the phone is really rude the only one who isn’t is charzia who is lovely polite and do all she can to help

I called up this morning regarding one of the drops they had given my son. It seems that it had some brown residue inside the drops maybe due to the way it was stored. When I called up the pharmacy worried that my son has run out of eye drops (my 9 week old baby had an eye surgery a few weeks ago) the pharmacist was extremely unempathetic and extremely rude. He said “don’t make sweeping statements” just to be clear before this comment I was not rude. How unprofessional of this so called pharmacist. How do they expect to run a successful business with people like that?

We moved from another pharmacy in the area, our baby boy has a life long condition and is on a long list of medications. The other pharmacy was so disorganised with his medications, we moved here and it was the best decision we could have made! They make us very welcome, open until late, deliver mediations and always very helpful with us asking questions or ordering last minute! Inside is clean and welcoming and the staff are lovely and respectful and definitely more than helpful. Hope someone finds this review helpful as I've read some bad reviews but not sure why!

I am new in this Newham area I come here late at night for a prescription and found the lad in front of counter named as Afaaq I guess. He is very helpful sympathetic and very cooperative to get me all the prescriptions medicines very quickly as I was in emergency. The good thing is that the pharmacy open till late at night. As far as the best Pharmacy I've been to. Really knowledgeable, polite and nice. Very cooperative & helpful staff. Would definitely pick up all my prescriptions from here if I could. Thanks Jacky

Went there for a emergency prescription. At first I thought I might be a bit to harsh but the lady at the counter looked proper miserable. No smile or how can I help you! Just a disappointed "hello" .I noticed she seemed a lot more happy and chirpy when she was talking to a young man in her native urdu/ hindi tongue. Just seemed odd but not a very welcoming atmosphere.i know I would rather go elsewhere for my medication.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD...I will never recommend anyone to go to this pharmacy...5 people working inside and it took 1 hour just to find out whether they have my medicine or not, and at the end they found out that they don’t have the required medicine in stock after 1 hour. The lady one the desk she is very very rude she doesn't even explain the medication or pack the medication, she gave me the medication and when i asked her the bag she gave me some bad attitude and gave me the bag with angry face. She need to be retrained especially ppls they coming sick or upset about health i will do not want to deal with women like her. If i can give 0 i will.

apart from the gentleman doing the vaccines, none of the staff were wearing masks or socially distancing during the peak of the omicron wave... as the pharmacy was very congested due to people waiting for vaccines and prescriptions, this is very irresponsible and sends the wrong message from medical staff, and especially in NEWHAM.

Great caring, understanding, respectful staff, always go the extra length as they understand what is patient care and how would they feel if they could not get their medications or their loved ones. They also do COVID vaccinations and for travel testing which was in the past but some still wish to do it. We keep everyone at heart.

One of the best pharmacies you’ll ever come across these guys are consistent and really do give you advice that helps. They have a wide range of medication they also are open till late and are located next to a doctor’s surgery! When ordering prescriptions they contact you when it’s ready. The service is alway 10/10

Use never answer the phone I continuously call, I was sent by 111 to go to this pharmacy to get antibiotics, yet it says its open til late but when get there it's shut its really unfair to anyone who is ill trying to get medication to find out its shut in future il make sure this is the last pharmacy its sent too

I had to get my son's Antibiotics urgently on Saturday night. Rang the pharmacy at 11.45pm to request if they can keep open another 20 mins (close at 12am), as I had to drive about 12 miles to get this urgent medication. Thanks to the staff and pharmacy who realised how important is medication for my son. ❤️❤️

Excellent staff. I had prescription with wrong name (doctor mistake), I needed to change my name to call to Royal Hospital. I was very sick with 38 temperature and antibiotic was very important for me. Guys from pharmacy called to hospital and do everything for me! Thank you very much all of them.

Went in at 11pm and unfortunately didn't have the antibiotic on the shelf as it had to be ordered. The pharmacy itself is a mess and needs a major tidy up. This is the only pharmacy in the area that is open until midnight which is great but not good if they don't have the medicine you need.

Visiting relatives in London on the weekend, needed something for the kids, this was the only pharmacy open locally. I found them to have friendly staff and be very professional. If this pharmacy wasn't here at this time, I think I would of had struggled at that time on a Sunday!!

I required a PCR safe to fly test from Pharmacy Republic-East Ham and the service was fantastic.!! Very personal and sympathetic staff. Excellent service and I also received a follow up telephone call to ensure that I received next day results. I would highly recommend. !!!!

Went there today to pick up a prescription sent there by the 111 doctors and they are closed so helpful now need to wait another day before getting them. No sign up saying closed or update on goggle it saying the store is open

They are giving good service. But they can handle small amount of customers. I came here for booster vaccination. Wait for 35 minutes after my appointment time to get the vaccine. Some people came after me got saved before me.

We bought a Covid test from Pharmacy Republic. The tests were very delayed from the lab. But everything worked out thanks to the pharmacy doing everything they could to get us the results in time. Excellent customer service!

Very disappointed that the shop has not updated your closing times, as I’m outside now in the rain. If your going to close early then 11pm you need to update your times on google and on the shop front.

I've been here twice to pick up a prescription for my child on a Sunday as it was the only pharmacy open. On both occasions they didn't have the medication in stock - penicillin!
