I have bn their customer for 3yrs but I wont advise you to buy meds from Pharmaplus Cinemax because they have a very poor response to emergencies. Poor customer service, I paid them for meds 2 hrs down the line, they are still dilly dallying. "We dont hv the mpesa phone at the shop, we cant find the mpesa message bcz we cant find mpesa phone, the rider is on the way." Its not my business that u dnt hv the mpesa phone. Before customer paying u shd hv notified the customer that u dnt hv the mpesa phone. Bure kabisa.

Am afraid I have to do this: Stock stock and location very convenient, but they charge based on your skin color! I had that feeling, but yesterday I had the confirmation when I (white) was charged the exact double of what my (black) friend was charged for the same item. The company denied them to be aware blaming the employee.... but how can they give you a printed receipt for twice the amount and the ownership not be aware of it?

My son had lots of fevers had no drug in the house I had panicked just made a call to the Nyali branch which connected me to Bamburi branch since I stay near Bamburi,I got the drugs within 10 mins,quality dugs no generic/fake.May God bless you.
