I was looking for 0 stars but have to pick 1 star. We went to this pharmacy as this is where we been ordering our medications. We brought in a document from the Japanese government that we need to be completed in order to bring our medication into Japan since we are staying for more that 30 days. The pharmacist said come back Friday it'll be ready , in 4 days. Four days later we called to see if they were ready..and they couldn't find it! THEY LOST OUR DOCUMENT! WOW. So we reprinted the document, went to Jean Coutu, and the pharmacist filled it in within 5 minutes, less actually. WOW. Sooo WE TRANSFERRED ALL OUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO JEAN COUTU. I should mention that ever since we have been at this pharmaprix, we've had nothing but problems filling and getting our prescriptions. Almost EVERY month there a fiasco happening! So thats it!!! NO MORE business or money from us. GOODBYE!!

Went to this pharmacy for the first time to fill a prescription. I spoke to the person at the counter in English, and she continued to speak and ask me questions in French. 0 effort made to speak any English. Then a technician gave me my medication, never had me speak to the pharmacist, never asked what other medications I was taking, never explained the side effects. I sent an email to the pharmaprix head office to explain what happened, they forwarded my message to the owner, I received a call from her 9 days after my original complaint. I asked if she could call me back in 30 minutes or later in the afternoon, she said she would, and never did. If the owner doesn't care, I can see why the employees don't. In my opinion, if you care about your health, and possible drug interactions, you shouldn't visit this pharmacy. Find one that actually does their job properly.

Summer 2021 (during pandemic) My review involves the service at the pharmacy. I was there for a pick-up and was the only one waiting in line. The floor was full of confusing directive tapes with one square outline. The Pick-Up for Internet and Phone counter had a "cash-closed" signed, so I thought that I needed to be waiting on the square area. Two techs were doing work and chatting about but obviously saw me. I waited, I waited, and then I waited. I understand that they might not be the ones to serve people at the cash, but I would have appreciated if they had notified the cashier or whoever is suppose to be at the cash that someone was there. I don't mind waiting if the staff at least tells me that it won't take long before someone serves me. Those little things I appreciate highly in customer service. Not being acknowledged is bad service to me.

Je suis client régulier de Pharmaprix mais aujourd'hui à 16h10 le 26/12/22 je suis arrivé à la caisse après une dame qui payait. La caissière a un problème avec sa caisse et elle a envoyée a cliente à sa collègue d'une autre caisse. Je l'ai approchée pour payer et ses yeux baissés sans me dire bonjour sans me dire que sa caisse a un problème, elle a quitté en allant rangeant d'autres affaires! Quel service à la clientèle !!! Impolie et ignorante ! Je suis très déçu ! Je sais qu'ils ont leur "valeur" vu du manque de personnel mais c'est mieux de rester à la maison que servir au public! À l'autre caisse, l'autre caissière a encore oublié son bonjour ( c'est dommage !) Et même pas un mot qui encourage les clients à revenir! 2e déception !

L'employée asiatique au comptoir qui s'occupe de donner les médicaments me donne toujours un mauvais service. Je n'ai pas aimer sa façon de me servir, je lui ai aussi poser des questions avec une voix assez forte pour qu'elle entende et elle les a juste complètement ignorer. C'est pas la première fois qu'elle m'offre un mauvais service. Chaque fois que je la vois au comptoir ça me donne AUCUNE envie d'y aller, elle me rend super mal a l'aise. Aussi, une fois j'ai fais une commande en ligne, je suis aller pour chercher mes médicaments et ils m'ont fait attendre 30 minutes. Le service au jean-coutu est très bon comparer à celui du pharmaprix.

4th time Pharmacy didn't inform me when picking up prescription they are missing pills & to come back a day or 3 days later. I don't find this amusing when I've placed refills in advance to prevent this from happening. A courtesy call or alternative Pharmaprix to supply meds would be great. For those who travel, vacationing etc.., call them in advance before pickup to see if order is complete. On the positive side, the perfume and personal care side is well stocked.

Service is incredibly slow even if you refill online. They keep offering me a medication that I'm allergic to and I've told them on multiple occasions. You may also be forced to use the self-checkout which I'm really not a fan of. I changed to Uniprix on Gouin and I can't get over the rapidity of the service at this place. I waited about 45 seconds for my ordonnance after asking for it at the counter.

(À PROPOS DU POSTE OFFICE À L'INTÉRIEUR) Leur cartes Visa prépayées sont affichées au kiosque. Tu fais la ligne 20 min. pour en acheter une... Quand t'arrives enfin à caisse tu te fais dire ''Ah désolé on a plus le droit de les vendre ça fait planter le système" pourquoi tu les caches pas en arrière d'abords au lieu de nous faire niaiser en ligne...?

The pharmacy department are super efficient, work hard to please their customers, do there best to get your meds ready as quickly as possible. The cashiers are very friendly. Not a fan of the cosmetic department employees as I get very few "bonjours" or even a nice smile upon entering. Overall great pharmacy. Thank you

Horrible service. No matter how far in advance I order my prescriptions, when I arrive to pick up the order us list or misplaced. Even after confirming with a phone call there is aways a mix up. I ending waiting over 20 min each time. I will definitely transfer my files elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

The pharmacists and owners are bad people. They have made my family members feel guilty for taking out medication there. I will never step foot in that pharmacy until the owners are swapped out for new ones. Some people do not deserve to be in business. These people are a fine example.

Le pharmacien Olivier Vu est super, il est vraiment gentil et il se dépèche à nous servir parce que comme on le sait personne aime attendre. Je suis toujours contente quand je vois que c'est lui qui va s'occuper de ma prescription. Il est plaisant et répond à toutes nos attentes.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. They are always so rude on the phone and dismiss you. The pharmacist is great but the lab employees are not made for customer service (coming from someone who works in customer service) . Changed pharmacies because of it.

Worse pharmacy on the planet. The service is horrible and they make a lot of mistakes with the count. The woman at the pick-up counter is impolite. I changed to another pharmacy last month.

Had to do 4 local pharmaprix stores for an item that had just gone on sale.. it is unacceptable that they should advertise specials and not have inventory..

Pharmacist was obnoxious and the cashier at the back was rude. Every time I go to get my order or call in for it she seems to always be annoyed.

Had questions about my 1 year old's passport photos; not only did they answer them fully, they were patient and great taking the photos.

Impossible to reach anyone on the phone, answering system not working, it keeps repeating the same option. Very unpleasant experience

Clean, bright, easy to see signs, found what I was looking for right away and was in and out in less than ten minutes!
