Very disappointed in my most recent visit. I live in the neighborhood and have shopped at this store at least 100 times, since it opened, a few years back. On my last visit, I was profiled for shop-lifting, followed around the store, and had my item confiscated and "held at the cash" for me. When I expressed skepticism towards this policy (considering I'd never encountered it on my previous 100+ visits) the lady literally rolled her eyes, scoffed very audibly, and walked away, without even an attempt at reassurance. Needless to say, I told her that she could hold it at the cash forever, as I am not inclined to buy things at places that treat me like a criminal. She laughed out loud, in response. Imagine my happy surprise, when I found the same item, for 8 dollar less, at the Jean Coutu, directly across the street. Not only will they be getting all my future pharmacy business, but I will also make sure that my friends and family in the neighborhood, follow me.

Caissière raciste. Une vielle blanche qui prenait son temps avec les clients québécois ou blancs comme elle pour raconter sa vie, raconter des blagues etc... Au début, je pensais que c'était de vielles connaissances, alors je n'ai pas vraiment fait attention. Mais rendu a me faire passer à la caisse, elle ne pris même pas le temps de me dire bonjour ou même de me regarder dans les yeux. Pour m'assurer que c'était bien une discrimination contre ma "race", je pris le temps d'observer son interaction avec le client qui me suivait. Mais pile au moment où je lui souhaitait de passer une bonne journée, elle me coupa la parole pour dire bonjour à la prochaine cliente... blanche comme elle. Je ne voulais pas faire une scène en demandant de voir un manager ou quoi, mais ce comportement est inacceptable, et je pense même à contacter le propriétaire du magasin.

There is one young worker there who I cannot stand. She has followed me around numerous times and either insists I cash out at her cash or she will come over and watch me use the self-checkout. Why does she do this?.. because as I’m sure has happened to other people I scanned a box of coffee pods but the machine beeped twice and I thought I had scanned it twice so I went to delete the “extra scan” and she came over, grabbed the box from my hand while scolding me( I’m 50 btw) and rescanned it and proceeded to point to where my card was to go and pretty much was on my a** until I left. It was an honest mistake but she follows me every time I go in. If the owner responds to this just know one thing, if I can’t afford to buy something, then I go without. I don’t steal, period.

I would give 0 star if I could. Horrible experience and racial profiling. I went to this pharmacy to use the photocopy machine as it was late and Staples was closed.To get change for a 20$ I wanted to buy something small. I went to the travelling section to get any small item that would serve in my next business trip so I would get my 20$ change for the photocopy machine. While I was walking to the travelling section I felt someone walking behind me in a rush. When I stopped at the travelling section the employee stopped and was watching me while pretending to organize the neighboring shelf. It was obvious I was the target. This person was a Caucasian male of about 5.5".6" [~50 years old]. Because of this experience I am now a regular of Jean coutu descources.

I went to this pharmacy after a date with my boyfriend at the restaurant. I wanted to buy hair conditioner the moment I walk in I got racially profiled one of the staff was following me! Mind you I had no purse I had my jacket on, my keys & wallet in hand. The funny part is my Caucasian boyfriend made me realize he was watching me standing straight eyes on me searching for the right brand of conditioner. When I had enough I paid for my stuff and then had anothers staff waiting for me near the door looking at me suspiciously. Me and my boyfriend prefers driving to the pharmacy further on sources than to spend a dime in this discusting place.

Pourquoi les pharmacies de Montréal se battent pour avoir le pire service à la clientèle? Celle-ci est définitivement une finaliste, je parle strictement de la section des prescriptions. DITES-NOUS AU MOINS BONJOUR POUR QU'ON SACHE QUE VOUS NOUS AVEZ VUS! ON DIRAIT QUE VOUS VOUS CACHEZ!! Au-delà du mauvais service, il y a clairement des problèmes de compétences. Chaque commande sera soit: oublié, complétée en 48 à 72 heures, perdue ou lorsqu'une préparation, n'aura pas la même consistance. Ne retournent pas les appels, même lorsqu'ils nous promettent de nous appeler... Sérieusement ?

PSA! Don't buy your hamster here! I got mine here about 3 months ago, saleswoman told me If I rubbed it on my checks I would eventually develop a youthful glow. The reality is that after purchasing said hamster I began to realize she suffers from a variety of ailments including compulsive gambling, an addiction to rolling in sand and worse yet when isnt spending my money, she spends most of time angry at me and puts pieces of corn in her hamster wheel then runs ALL NIGHT! In order to keep me up.

To the people that are saying they racially profile you, I'm white and I've been followed around in there too numerous times to the point I was so uncomfortable I told the cashier and she said its because there is a lot of shoplifting that occurs there thats why they do it..I still continue to go there and I guess they are familiar with me now and I dont feel followed around as much. I go here because they have pretty good sales at the food section and the store is very quiet with no crowds

I bought the 200ml bio-oil from this pharmacy (shown in first picture). Then I realized the color is different from what I bought before (second picture). The color is more orange instead of pure pink (second picture). It also comes with a bad light plastic smell. I have been using bio-oil for years and this is the first time I got one in this organe color and plastic smell. Be careful and make sure you open the package to see the color. It’s easy to tell.

I am so done with this place! I tried, Im patient but the "pharmacy" part is the worst the custumers service is non existent. I go there once a month and I hate it. They dont say hi, they have you waiting 20+min without acknowledging you. Even if your ordered online it takes so much time. Ive been to many Pharmaprix for my pills and they are seriously the worst dont even bother.. im having my file transfered to one on St-Jean.

Pharmacy is very effecient, never had a problem. ....except when picking up meds, not one person behind the counter acknowledges you! You can stand there all day but until you asked to be served no one will serve you. I pick up weekly. Never fails ! They need some customer service training !

They supposed to closed at 10pm as shown on the front of the store, but guess what they close at 9pm idk who is deciding there but a little respect for your customers! Even worse I was there 8:56 and they rushed to close the doors on my face :(

Very bad place worst place and worst manager Yolanda whenever she need people she hires and when she doesn't anymore she fires them, it’s worst place don’t bring your friends and family to work here they just use people

I didn't enjoy my experience with 2 employees. Very tired and angry looking individuals. I asked to test some perfumes and they had asked me rudely if i am going to buy any and how much. . . Very unprofessional.

Please respect the openimg hours on google, had to drive twice based on published ours on the 24th where is said you close at 6 pm and today thr 26th as it said you open in the AM. Thanks

NOT TRUE THEY CLOSE AT 9 pm I was there the 14 may,2022. A black guy was closing the store at 9pm, me and some other people were at the door.

Worst pharmacy I have visited ever so slow, to the level I order the med on the phone two days before and go guess what still not ready.

It's small but the pharmacists are extremely kind and helpful and they have a great delivery guy whose been working there for years.

Dependable store, I go in take what I need then pay by myself. Perfect. Don't need to talk to people Bla BLA BLA if I don't need to
