We have been using the services of a Kanata PHARMASAVE for 20 years. I had to take my blood pressure medication today. I had a questions about the difference between Diovan and Sandoz Valsartan.  The  consultant was very knowledgeable , and patiently answered all my questions professionally, explaining in detail the differences between the different options. At the reception , the employees were very kind , and fast, considering that I was at 11 o'clock and there were quite a few people. Once again, I was left with the feeling that this is a place where people care about the  customers - their health and time.

Excellent service. Pharmacists very helpful in providing information regarding prescription or answering questions related to other medications. They also go out of their way to ensure that your prescription needs are met. I have on more than one occasion had the pharmacist take extra steps to ensure that I received my medication outside of their normal working hours.

Really good pharmacy, excellent service! They made sure I got the antibiotics I needed as soon as possible even when they were closed. The technicians and cashiers are very professional as well and will make sure to give me good information. The store is very clean and tidy and I always find what I need.

Went shopping here for some medical instruments after a surgery. Asked at checkout about them they said no we don't have, but they did on next aisle so they need to know the store better too help serve their customers better. Once we grabbed them checkout was quick and easy to assemble at home.

Pharmacy customer for only about 3-4 months now but very happy with the fantastic service and very helpful pharmacists. I am so impressed with this pharmacy compared to another brand pharmacy that I previously used in Kanata. This pharmacy proves that bigger is not better. Very happy customer!

Got my flu shot at Pharmasave Kanata last evening. Kudos to all the staff for an amazingly efficient set-up. Physical distancing measures maintained throughout the whole process. In and out in 25 minutes. This is one of the many reasons I continue to support this pharmacy.
