"Today my 1yo was feeling unwell"
"A local Called in to chat to a Pharmacist about an infected toe and if they had something I could use Stood and waited whilst two pharmacists spoke together"
"The Pharmacists are arrogant and rude"
"I am always able to score opium based medications here with little question"
"I recently visited to get my scanned licence witnessed"
Today my 1yo was feeling unwell. I called and spoke to “H” who was so helpful and friendly in organising some Panadol and Nurofen for bubs. I paid over the phone and this amazing staff member bought meds out to my car directly so I didn’t have to take bubs out of the car. So appreciated this high level of service. This is my local, I’m a regular here and will continue coming here. Customer service is the best! Thank you again
A local Called in to chat to a Pharmacist about an infected toe and if they had something I could use Stood and waited whilst two pharmacists spoke together. Eventually made eye contact Before I spoke he told me to go to front counter where cashiers work Extremely rude and arrogant Have been considering transferring my weekly blister medicine packs to that Chemist No way. I’ll keep them at Patterson Lakes Chemist
The Pharmacists are arrogant and rude. Forget about asking them to witness a single document (they only had 2 customers and were not at all busy) or even looking you in the eye when they talk to you. I’ve seen them treat other customers despicably. The general staff are so polite and friendly. Guess it balances out the arrogant pharmacists they have to work with.
I am always able to score opium based medications here with little question. Kwok rocks. The scented candles are overpriced though. The rear entrance provides a great escape route. One can easily run away, cross the car park, swim over Kananook Creek to the RSL and disappear. 4 's
I recently visited to get my scanned licence witnessed. All I can say, is what fantastic service was provided by a lovely, amiable professional pharmacist and assistant. They were funny and so lovely. Full kudos to these lovely professionals.
Wow. First visit here and definitely my last. I was abused by a chemist when I asked him to sign an affidavit. Apparently they have set times for this and I was abused because I asked out of those hours. I purchased some things and waited
Why is it that every time I come in here I am never offered any help? Staff members are always standing around chatting so they are not busy. May as well go to Chemist Warehouse if I’m going to get this level of service.
We've been coming here for years and really appreciate the service. The staff stick around which is a good sign! Always friendly and reliable. They could open for longer at weekends, that's my only quibble :)
Takes a while for staff to get to know you, but once they do they are kind, helpful & compassionate. Their free delivery service is excellent & has helped me so much during times of illness
You know a great place when the staff are happy, and have been there for years. Feels like a community pharmacy, professional, kind and attentive service. Always lots of sales on too!
Staff not helpful, can't find what They sold you on system. So have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to get money back on something that doesn't work! due to me not having receipt....
Agree with other negative review. Very poor form, will serve regulars before walk in customers: must be store policy because all of them do it. Expensive as hell too
Well stocked for a small Chemist, friendly and helpful pharmacists and staff. It has easy access front and back (with ramp), and walk through to GP next door.
Staff are rude and unhelpful. Pharmacist refused to talk to me to give advice on over the counter medicine. Definitely won't be back!
Most expensive chemist in Australia. Paid $10.40 for my medicine with concession. Same product is $5.50 at Chemist Warehouse.
Got a vaccination here. The pharmacist who did it did a great job and Jane in the dispensary was amazing.
They are good but there is one staff member there i think is new that has a silent but creepy demeaner.
Helpful staff with a good range of alternate medication from Chinese herbs to all your Western goods
Extremely over priced $23 dearer than chem warehouse on a serious that on pbs Disgusting
