I have been going to see Raed at Ultracare practically since he opened. I switched from Shoppers to go to a smaller pharmacy in the hopes of getting better care. Shoppers was making mistakes and not having stock in, not receiving faxes from my doctors, delivering the wrong medication, mixing me up with other people with my name and one time over prescribing an antibiotic that shut down my kidneys and put me in hospital. Raed and Ola are both attentive and helpful pharmacists. I trust them completely. They have helped me immensely with my complicated medical history and go above and beyond for me to make sure my health and the health of my family is looked after. I trust Raed 100%, I have even heard from him after hours to make sure my prescriptions are correct and he has worked with my doctors as well. I 100% recommend UltraCare for your prescription needs. He can even make you special doses of medication to help taper or increase your medication as needed. 5 stars from me and they treat me like I'm 5 stars back which I appreciate so much!

When I moved to this area, there were no pharmacies that my health insurance plan supported so I would have to drive a fair distance to get prescriptions without fees. But Raed took the initiative to become affiliated with my insurance company thereby providing my family with our prescriptions with no added fees. No other pharmacy would do this for us. Thanks for the years of great service Raed. And as the other reviewers all say, Raed is truly an expert always providing intelligent medical/pharmaceutical advise that you can trust.

They neglected to tell us there has been a change in our insurance and a prescription would be $89 in stead of $6. Yelled at my husband for declining to accept that and made a scene in front of other customers. Sorry we're poor and don't have an extra $80 laying around! We took our script elsewhere and the new place filled it for $30. The pharmacist at Pharmasave Ultra are Compounding is dishonest and taking advantage of his customers.

Raed is amazing! I work close by so I switched my pharmacy from Shoppers (which was constantly busy and making mistakes) . The pharmacist was exceptionally generous by insuring my last minute prescription was filled by closing time. He also provided a wealth of knowledge about the new medication and directed me to resources I could use to discover further information. Wonderful to be treated as an individual unlike the treatment you may receive at other chain pharmacies.
