I was there today (13.12.21)before 13:00pm for my passport collection. But no one was in the embassy (Malaga). The opening hrs is showing 9:00am to 14:00pm. I was Standing in front of the embassy door ringing the doorbell but no body open. Me and my husband was there of 15 minutes. And so we decided to call and consul picked up and I told her my purpose of being there. She said its only by appointment. And I told her that I don’t think, passport collection needs an appointment. We we’re talking for more or less five minutes, me insisting about the opening hrs, and she insisting about me no appointment. Then she starts to get so aggressive and raising her voice. Then suddenly she told me that the opening hrs is only until 13:00pm. And she is actually out of the office already that she needs to be in whatever therapy. Ok, I will give her the credit that appointment is necessary with this pandemic, but not to the opening hrs of only from “9am to 1pm”! So, that was my awful trip to Philippines embassy Malaga.
